"Room: Very new and comfortable, excellent! Environment: Great, very clean, and surrounded by a ton of affordable and convenient supermarkets and snack shops. Shuttle Service: Excellent, wake-up calls, and timely pick-up/drop-off, no need to worry! Service: Fantastic, both the front desk staff and the cleaning ladies were very enthusiastic! Overall, I think it surpasses a four-star hotel. I highly recommend it in every aspect! 👍👍 They even gave a small gift upon checkout, the animals in the courtyard are adorable, and you can see planes flying overhead. If I had to find a fault, it would be that the entrance is a bit narrow, but it's nothing major!"

"I chose this Radisson Hotel at Daxing Airport for an early morning flight, and my experience exceeded expectations. The hotel offers free airport shuttle service, which was punctual and made getting to and from the airport very convenient, so I didn't have to rush to catch a taxi. The room was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was excellent; I couldn't hear any airplane noise despite being close to the airport, so I slept very soundly. Michael at the front desk was efficient with check-in and very friendly. The breakfast selection was rich and tasty. The facilities are well-maintained. Staying here for a layover during a business trip was completely hassle-free, and I'll definitely choose it again next time!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay at LeJoy Hotel Beijing! We had a truly marvelous stay at LeJoy Hotel Beijing and couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. The location is unbeatable — it’s literally a stone’s throw away from Xidan Joy City, with Level 1 of the hotel conveniently connected to the mall by just a door. This made shopping, dining, and getting around incredibly easy, especially when travelling with family. The check-in process was smooth and seamless, but what really stood out was the personalized service from 萱萱 (Candice). She contacted us via WeChat and made everything so convenient. Any hotel information or requests could simply be communicated to her through WeChat, and she was always extremely prompt, helpful, and attentive in responding. One service that really amazed us was the Taobao parcel handling. With all the online shopping we did, we ended up having quite a number of parcels delivered to the hotel. The hotel has a dedicated storage area and a staff member who carefully keeps track of the parcels. Once we provided our name and mobile number, he was able to consolidate our parcels and have them delivered directly to our room. This was incredibly convenient and something we really appreciated during our stay. What impressed us even more was what happened after we checked out. I accidentally left a pair of pants inside the cabinet in our room. 萱萱 immediately contacted me, and without hesitation, she helped arrange a courier service to have my pants sent back to me. That level of attentiveness and professionalism really went above and beyond what we expected. Overall, LeJoy Hotel Beijing gave us a wonderful combination of an excellent location, convenience, thoughtful service, and genuine hospitality. It’s rare to come across a hotel where the little details are handled with such care. A very special thank you to 萱萱 (Candice) and the hotel staff, butler uncle always at the drop off to help us carry our bulky stroller for taking such good care of us throughout our stay. "A wonderful hotel with very friendly and helpful reception staff. The room was cleaned every day and was always spotless. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were very quiet. The hotel’s location is very convenient, with easy access by both metro and taxi. I highly recommend this hotel — the value for money is excellent!"

"Apart from the renovation which we were told beforehand, the room we had was dark (probably because it was a windowless room), humid, aircon wasn’t strong but they provided a fan. Could smell urine even with the toilet seat covered, toilet door was closed, to a point that i was awaken by the foul smell. Had to spray perfume to have it barely covered. Ventilation was super bad. Cons aside, service was good, fridge in room had free drinks. Would recommend to book a window room if you had to even though friend that stayed in the window room said it was bad too. There’s a mall few minutes walk away which was a plus. Good view on the reception floor too."

"Everything was good overall. The shower was spacious, especially compared to the room size. Breakfast was good, not as bad as some other reviews suggested. The front desk and executive lounge staff were very friendly and helpful. Afternoon tea was decent, but the Chinese dinner cuisine... could use some improvement. I stayed here right before the end of the summer holiday, and personally, I think it offers better value than Grand Hyatt and Atour."

"I booked this hotel for a weekend getaway with my child because it's newly opened, offers family rooms, and is easy to find. Overall, our stay was incredibly comfortable. The decor, bedding, kids' facilities, and service were all excellent, and the food was delicious too. The family room was fully equipped with everything a child could need, and there was even a separate play area for kids on the same floor with extensive facilities – truly, everything you could imagine was there. The attention to detail was outstanding. What truly stood out was the hotel's decor. Whether at the front desk, in the restaurant, or in the room, it created such a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. The soundproofing in the rooms was also excellent, making for a very quiet and peaceful stay, really giving off a vacation vibe. If we ever visit Miyun with my child again, I'll definitely stay here."

"An absolute 10/10 stay! We genuinely loved The Yard and would happily stay here again. The customer service was top-notch, every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly and incredibly helpful. The hotel itself has so much character. The traditional exterior is absolutely gorgeous, especially when the red lanterns light up at night, while inside our room was surprisingly spacious, cozy and beautifully decorated. We loved having a proper bathtub, the hot water worked perfectly throughout our stay, and housekeeping was excellent. Fresh towels, bottled water and other necessities were replenished daily, which we really appreciated. The location was another highlight! Step outside and you’re immediately surrounded by a lively street filled with shops and so much amazing street food, which we absolutely adored. Comfortable, welcoming, full of character and a wonderful base for exploring Beijing. Thank you to the lovely staff for making our stay so memorable!"

"We had an exceptional stay at RIGHT HOTEL (Jinsong Subway Station / Panjiayuan Antique City). The location is ideal—tucked away in a quiet neighborhood just an easy 8-minute walk from Jinsong Metro Station (Line 10), making it seamless to explore Beijing while avoiding loud street traffic. Local restaurants, bakeries, and fruit markets are right outside the entrance. The room was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The smart-home automation worked seamlessly, allowing easy control over lighting, air conditioning, and the heavy blackout curtains, which made getting quality sleep effortless after long days of walking. The bed and pillows were remarkably comfortable. Having the robot delivery bring food orders directly to our door was a fun, high-tech touch, and the complimentary guest laundry facilities were extremely helpful for keeping everything fresh mid-trip. Service was top-tier from start to finish. Check-in was quick, and the front-desk team was genuinely warm, welcoming, and helpful. They assisted us smoothly using translation apps and took great care of our luggage before check-in and after checkout. With its blend of modern design, smart tech, quiet comfort, and great transit links, this hotel offers unbeatable value in Beijing. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it!"
