The room is equipped with a variety of welcome minbar drinks for you to enjoy for free. The room is equipped with complete service facilities, including Bluetooth speakers for one key calling service, which can bring you a technological experience during your stay.

"Apart from the renovation which we were told beforehand, the room we had was dark (probably because it was a windowless room), humid, aircon wasn’t strong but they provided a fan. Could smell urine even with the toilet seat covered, toilet door was closed, to a point that i was awaken by the foul smell. Had to spray perfume to have it barely covered. Ventilation was super bad. Cons aside, service was good, fridge in room had free drinks. Would recommend to book a window room if you had to even though friend that stayed in the window room said it was bad too. There’s a mall few minutes walk away which was a plus. Good view on the reception floor too."

"Looks like the hotel had better days. Pretty nice reception-area with tea and pond with beautiful fish. Room size was good and location is 5-10 min drive from airport. Great with 24-hoir reception! Communication was bad: Before arrival (couple of days earlier) I asked for help to book transfer to airport. I used Trip.com and also the hotel wechat. The replies was basically ”Yes” and ”okey”. (We wanted to book transport around 23.00). I also asked what terminal (2 or 3) our plane would depart from (and providing Flight -information) and I got a reply (same morning we would arrive in hotel) that they would help me figure it out. Once arriving in the hotel (around 20.00) we still had no booking of transfer, and they had not helped to find out information about terminal. The staff could not really speak English. In the end, we had to wait until the 24.00 transfer to the airport and we had to provide all information once again. The transfer was a scary experience. First of all, It was long que to drive to the airport. Instead of driving in to the roundabout leading to the terminal (2) - the driver decided to take a longer road (it would go faster then to wait in traffic jam): out on the highway, then left the highway and found a way to drive back again towards to airport (hint: could be better with a hotel on ”the other side of the airport” Considering the car ques). Since we were running out of time, the driver speeded. During the ride, it constantly called in the drivers 2 cellphones (people wanting to know where to be picked up from the airport etc.) and she kept talking in those phones while driving (fast) aggressively. The (old) minibus was cramed with both people and luggages and felt very unsafe. The short time we spent on the room we learned: wifi does not work. It is ”free” but once connected it does not work. The TV did not work. Room was okey cleaned )with bathroom smelling old and sour). For our 3 hour stay this was fine.nwould not have slept over."

"Great location, free laundry, comfortable fresh room. It was quiet when I was there in July, so I had a good sleep. Stayed there on my way back home, originally intended to stay at a different hotel on Wangfujing (the one I stayed at before), but very glad I booked this hotel instead. The gym has several treadmills, it is right next to the laundry, so you can use it during the wait. The staff at the reception was friendly and professional. There's tea and yogurt served at the reception area. I really enjoyed the hotel overall. The only minor downsides were: 1) several patches of dust I found on the bed after the cleaning one day, 2) the tea supplied at the tea station was not a standard tea and had rather unusual taste (not bad, but different)."

"What a gem of a hotel! I randomly picked this hotel on Trip.com because I had a layover, and it turned out to be unexpectedly good. I was traveling with luggage and a child, and the staff accompanied me the whole way, helping with my bags from check-in right up to the room (they even gave us a free room upgrade!). Inside the room, there were complimentary fruits and snacks, and we even received a small gift when we checked out. The hotel offers a shuttle service to Capital Airport, and again, I didn't have to handle my luggage at all. Staff helped load the bags onto the shuttle and then unloaded them, handing them directly to us. It was completely effortless from start to finish. The service was absolutely fantastic, definitely a perfect score!"

"Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel is new, very clean, and in an excellent location. The laundry service was outstanding, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. However, I had one very disappointing experience. During my stay, the police visited the hotel and asked about the purpose of our visit, and we fully cooperated. Later that night, around 11:00 PM, they came back again while my children were asleep, only to ask for my phone number. This frightened my children and caused unnecessary stress. I have traveled extensively in China and had already spent several weeks in Beijing and Shanghai without experiencing anything like this, so this was very surprising and upsetting. To be fair, the hotel staff sincerely apologized and explained that this situation was beyond their control and related to the local authorities. As a thoughtful gesture, they also offered us a gift and a complimentary late check-out, which we really appreciated. Despite this unfortunate incident, the hotel itself is excellent—clean, modern, comfortable, and well-maintained. I would still recommend staying here. Thank you 💜"

"I stayed at a Siheyuan (courtyard house) near Qianmen with my child and father, and it truly felt like quintessential Beijing! First off, the location is incredibly convenient. It's nestled in a hutong on Qianmen East Street, offering a quiet escape amidst the bustling city. A short walk around the corner takes you to Qianmen Pedestrian Street, and Dashilar is easily reachable on foot. Taking a taxi to Tiananmen or the Forbidden City costs just the minimum fare, which is a huge relief when traveling with elderly parents and children – no hassle at all. Secondly, the courtyard itself is absolutely charming. Stepping through the gate, you're greeted by a classic Old Beijing Siheyuan, with its grey bricks, dark tiles, and covered walkways, all centered around a large tree. In the morning, with the sun streaming into the courtyard, enjoying a bowl of congee feels incredibly leisurely. The room, though not large, is exquisitely designed, with comfortable bedding and a bathroom featuring a separate shower and toilet, complete with a smart toilet. Thirdly, the service was wonderfully attentive. The young lady at the front desk, seeing we had elderly parents and a child, proactively helped us with our luggage. Breakfast was abundant, and they even gave us a small gift when we checked out – excellent! Overall, if you want to experience an Old Beijing Siheyuan without compromising on comfort, this place is truly ideal. It's especially perfect for families traveling with parents and children, offering both charm and convenience."

"The room was great. Only the bidet did not work, but I suspect this would have been rectified, had we complained. Now the downsides: The pool is only open from 11 am on. They require you to wear a swimming cap, and nicely enough they supply some you can use. Not so nicely one of the ones they offer is (or was) white. This one nicely displays the amount of black mold that these swim caps are covered in. Utterly disgusting. They don't seem to dry or clean these caps, ever. There is a lifeguard on duty (his shirt says coach?). Sadly during our swim he decided to eat buns filled with meat in the swimming pool area, the smell was intense and not pleasant for swimming. The changing rooms were quite dirty, both the trash can and the towel hamper were overflowing and there was a smell of damp towels. The breakfast is okay. Sadly we observed a staff member using a rag to first wipe a spill on the floor, then the seat of a baby chair and then finally the table... After this we had questions about the hygiene of the hotel... The hotel is fine, just don't expect this to fulfill the European five star hotel experience."

My stay at the CitiGO Hotel Beijing Sanyuanqiao far exceeded my expectations! First, I have to commend its fantastic location. It's right next to Metro Line 10 and the Airport Express, just a two to three-minute walk from Sanyuanqiao Station Exit D. This makes it incredibly convenient whether you're heading to Beijing Capital Airport or major commercial areas like Guomao and Sanlitun. The hotel's trendy and playful design is striking. The lobby's red bicycle wall and blue rabbit sculpture are very artistic, perfect for taking photos. While the guest rooms are compact, they are well laid out. The panoramic window offers excellent views, and the Thai latex mattress and Grohe shower facilities quickly wash away any fatigue. The smart phone-controlled temperature adds a nice touch of technology. What touched me most were the service details. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, and the robot delivery service saved a lot of hassle. Plus, they offer complimentary comforting late-night snacks after 10 PM.

My stay here was absolutely fantastic, and I wholeheartedly give this hotel a five-star rating! After comparing several accommodations, the overall quality and service here completely exceeded my expectations. The hotel's environment is clean and tidy throughout. The lobby is spotless and grand, with a subtle, pleasant fragrance that makes you feel instantly relaxed the moment you step in. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive; check-in was very fast, efficient, and never dragged on. Any requests were met promptly, and they were always gentle and patient, paying great attention to detail. The room itself was spacious and bright with a well-thought-out layout. The natural light and ventilation were excellent, making the stay feel anything but cramped. The cleanliness was truly exceptional; the bedding was clean, fresh, and odorless, and the duvet was soft and comfortable. The floors, tabletops, and even hidden corners were all meticulously cleaned. The bathroom was dry and odor-free, and the wash area was neat and pristine, making for a very reassuring stay. All the in-room facilities were complete and excellent: hot water pressure was strong and temperature stable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the internet speed was fast and reliable, great for streaming or working. The hotel's soundproofing is outstanding; the corridors were quiet, and I heard no noise at all during the night, leading to excellent sleep quality. The overall living atmosphere was comfortable and cozy, and the cleaning staff were diligent and thorough, keeping the public areas spotless as well. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, and easy access to transportation. It's perfect whether you're traveling for leisure or on a short business trip. The value for money is definitely among the best for hotels in its category – I paid an average price but received an exceptional stay. There wasn't a single thing that disappointed me; the service, environment, cleanliness, and facilities were all top-notch. My experience was absolutely perfect. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and will recommend it to my friends!

This was my first trip to Beijing with my kids, and I found this hotel online. The location is incredibly convenient – just a hundred meters or so to the left after exiting Zhushikou subway station. Qianmen Street is right downstairs, making dining and shopping super easy. The room was cleaned daily, and the front desk staff, especially one young lady, was very welcoming and even gave us a lovely fridge magnet. Beijing is fantastic, and we'll definitely be back!

I’m truly grateful for this specific service apartment—it has been absolutely ideal for my stay in Beijing. It fits my needs perfectly, and I feel safe and at ease staying here. Due to my severe allergies, I could not stay in a standard hotel. Outside food holds too many hidden risks, filled with unknown plants and herbs that trigger my reactions. Cooking for myself is the only way I can stay healthy. I recently tried breakfast here and accidentally ate Chinese cured bacon, mistaking it for regular bacon. It was smoked with local vegetation I’m allergic to, which immediately caused an allergic response. This experience showed me how vital this service apartment truly is. Having a full kitchen lets me control every ingredient I eat. In an unfamiliar city where so many foods carry hidden allergens, this apartment gives me the safety and stability I desperately need.

This hotel is an absolute mess. I'd like to ask the hotel manager what they would do if their own daughter was harassed by a male front desk employee while staying at a hotel. What you all did is truly appalling. As a woman, I was contacted privately on WeChat by one of your male staff members, and all you did was give me a perfunctory and evasive response. I'm honestly so upset and speechless, I cried today. But what can I, as an ordinary person, really do? I just won't stay here again, and I seriously advise everyone else not to either 😂. The room facilities have safety hazards, and staff members are harassing guests privately. These two issues alone clearly show the massive loopholes in the hotel's management. The hotel's handling of the situation was superficial and evasive, with no compensation whatsoever. All I wanted was for the hotel to show a serious attitude towards resolving the issue, but unfortunately, that never happened from start to finish.

I have been staying in this hotel since I came back a few years ago. It is very humane and upgraded me to a standard room on a high floor for free. Here I am again, after less than a month! This time I even braved a heavy downpour to get here. My flight circled over Beijing for an hour before landing, so I didn't get to the hotel until after midnight. It was another one of those check-in and check-out on the same day trips. I was already feeling pretty groggy, but thankfully, Bella at the front desk was incredibly warm and enthusiastic. She handled everything super quickly and thoughtfully, getting me checked in no time. Once I got to the room, I even bothered the staff to open and close the window for me. They made two trips late at night – I'm really grateful, though I regret not catching their names. This time, my room had an even better view! When I woke up in the morning, the sun was even out, and my mood instantly brightened, just like the weather. I got back late from lunch, but luckily, they extended my check-out time. By the way, I once again ran into the ever-elegant Ms. Rose Xiao. She checked out my room card for me at the very last minute. This trip was truly a whirlwind. As expected, after the storm, there's always sunshine! (I hope I got both employees' names right; I always worry about misspelling them.)

The room amenities weren't great. In the first room, 213, the door couldn't be deadbolted, and the bed was so old it creaked loudly with every turn, making it hard to sleep at night – I was afraid to even move! The bathroom curtain didn't block out any light, and it kept letting light in from different spots, making me feel exposed while showering. There were no tissues in the room, only one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, which was inconvenient as I had to go to the bathroom every time I needed a tissue. For the next four days, I stayed in room 109 on the first floor, which was better, at least the door lock worked. The only issue was that the water heater in the triple room was too small for three people to shower consecutively; one person had to wait half an hour after the other, and this was in 20-degree weather – I can only imagine how bad it would be in winter! The female receptionist was very kind, but the male receptionist's service attitude needs improvement. The male and female staff sitting at the front entrance, I'm not sure what their roles were, but their service was just average. Overall, I wasn't very satisfied.
