"Traveling to Capital Airport, I searched online and found this hotel had the highest rating. What I valued most was their service, as my friend and I (two girls) had three heavy suitcases – two large and one small. Upon arriving at the hotel entrance, the staff enthusiastically helped us with our luggage and thoughtfully weighed it for us. The front desk offers complimentary luggage storage, and we even received a free upgrade to an Executive Double Room with a window. There were complimentary fruits in the room, making us feel right at home. After a tiring day of travel, we immediately felt relaxed. The air conditioning in the room was comfortable, and we didn't hear any planes taking off or landing, so the soundproofing was quite good. The hot water supply was ample, breakfast was delicious, and the service was excellent. What truly stood out was the complimentary airport shuttle service. The front desk called to remind us half an hour in advance, and the staff helped us with our luggage on and off the shuttle. We arrived in just 15 minutes, which solved a major problem and was incredibly thoughtful. Upon checkout, we even received complimentary eye masks and tissues. Overall, it was a very satisfying trip. If I have the chance to visit Capital Airport again, I will definitely choose this hotel. Oh, and the front desk staff, both male and female, were all very attractive! This is a very serious review from me, and I hope it helps those of you who are undecided."

"· Location: Easy walking distance to Wangfujing – super central! Also walking distance to metro line 8. · Transport: Didi pickups are easy right at the lobby entrance. · Bathroom: Great water pressure for the shower, plus a bathtub in the toilet for relaxing soaks. · Cleanliness: Room was spotless and comfortable. · Noise: Slight soundproofing issues (could hear hallway noise), but not a dealbreaker. · Perks: Loved having Miniso and gift shops in the lobby - so convenient."

"We stayed here for a night with our child during a layover in Daxing, originally just looking for a place close to the airport, but the experience far exceeded our expectations. The hotel's public areas are beautifully designed; the spiral staircase is perfect for photos. The heated swimming pool and gym on the basement level are especially great for families, and our child had a blast. The 24-hour airport shuttle was punctual and reliable, and the driver was very friendly, making luggage handling a breeze. The room was spacious, the bedding soft and clean, and the hygiene details were impeccable. They also arranged children's amenities perfectly after we communicated our needs in advance. The breakfast offered a good mix of Chinese and Western options, with fresh dishes that everyone, from young to old, could enjoy. Michael, one of the staff members, provided excellent service – gentle and discreet, not overly intrusive, yet always responsive to our needs. The quiet and comfortable atmosphere added a lot of peace of mind to our trip. Highly recommend for families on a layover."

"The room is comfortable and the location is great. However, I have three issues worth mentioning: Construction noise  1. Construction noise: There is construction work nearby, and they appear to work through the night. If your room is in stacks 01 to 26, the construction noise may keep you awake. 2. Pillows are too soft and thin : The pillows were quite thin and lacked support. Some hotels now provide two options, such as one memory-foam pillow and one softer/thinner pillow, which gives guests more choice. 3. Lighting in the room : As the room has an open-concept design, it is not possible to switch off the main room light while keeping the toilet lights on. This makes the room quite bright at night and can be uncomfortable when trying to sleep. Overall, the room and location are good, but these points could be improved to make the stay more comfortable."

"I stayed in Beijing for 10 days this time and spent 7 consecutive nights at Jingli Hotel. The hotel's location and the green environment downstairs are excellent. The room was clean and tidy, and the cleaning lady was very enthusiastic. There's a laundry room for convenience, and downstairs, they offer self-service mineral water, fruit, coffee, and warm congee. The hotel also has a gym. The room's soundproofing is good, and you can see the bustling street outside the window. For the same price, Jingli Hotel's facilities, soundproofing, and service are much better than other hotels. There were also quite a few European and American guests staying here. Finally, I'd like to commend the cleaning lady in her 50s who is responsible for the public areas on the first floor. She was warm and enthusiastic, even helping me with my laundry for free, and was very polite. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Beijing. I hope Jingli Hotel can maintain this level of service, and I wish them prosperous business!"

"Apart from the renovation which we were told beforehand, the room we had was dark (probably because it was a windowless room), humid, aircon wasn’t strong but they provided a fan. Could smell urine even with the toilet seat covered, toilet door was closed, to a point that i was awaken by the foul smell. Had to spray perfume to have it barely covered. Ventilation was super bad. Cons aside, service was good, fridge in room had free drinks. Would recommend to book a window room if you had to even though friend that stayed in the window room said it was bad too. There’s a mall few minutes walk away which was a plus. Good view on the reception floor too."

"Everything was good overall. The shower was spacious, especially compared to the room size. Breakfast was good, not as bad as some other reviews suggested. The front desk and executive lounge staff were very friendly and helpful. Afternoon tea was decent, but the Chinese dinner cuisine... could use some improvement. I stayed here right before the end of the summer holiday, and personally, I think it offers better value than Grand Hyatt and Atour."

"The room was spacious and clean, truly a cut above as a new hotel. I often visit Miyun, and I must say this hotel's style, ambiance, and overall quality are completely different from other hotels in the area. The decor is stunning, and the bed was incredibly comfortable – not one of those overly soft mattresses that leaves you with a sore back after a while. Plus, there was a wide variety of breakfast options. I highly recommend trying their wontons at breakfast! My wife and I each had three bowls, they were absolutely delicious!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, right on Qianmen Street. My family and I enjoyed walking around Qianmen every evening. Deyun Club and Tong Ren Tang are also very close, as are many other traditional shops. It's an easy 8-minute walk to Zhushikou subway station, which is very convenient. Just a bit further is Zhengyangmen, which offers great night views. The decor has a charming antique style, the service is attentive and thoughtful, and the arrangements are well-organized. Overall, our stay was very comfortable and offered great value for money. I highly recommend it!!! Also, many thanks to the front desk for upgrading us to a first-floor room, we really appreciate it!"

"Very good hotel at a great price point, the metro is around 15 minutes walking but there are also some busses nearby that are also very useful. The hotel itself is new, the only negative thing is that there is a smell coming from the drain but other than that my stay was very good."
