"My first stay here was such a pleasant surprise, I was incredibly satisfied! I even told my family that next time we're in Beijing, we *have* to stay at this hotel again. First off, they have an airport pick-up service that took me straight to the hotel. A greeter at the entrance immediately came out to help me with my luggage, offered me jasmine tea, and even escorted me to my room, turning on the central AC for me – I was almost embarrassed by how attentive they were! In the morning, as soon as I stepped off the elevator, another greeter was there to take my luggage and help me check out. After we boarded our bus, those two gentlemen came on board to bid us farewell and even waved goodbye as we drove away. Honestly, I haven't experienced this level of service even at five or six-star hotels. I'm definitely choosing this hotel again on my next trip to Beijing. I highly recommend everyone to experience their unbelievably good service!"

"This hotel is incredibly convenient for travel, offering free airport shuttle services for both pick-up and drop-off. It has everything you could need, including a laundry room, a kids' area, and a gym. The room was very clean and tidy, with no strange smells whatsoever. The front desk staff were exceptionally enthusiastic, helping us with our luggage and thoroughly explaining the airport shuttle schedule, even recommending the best times for us. It's definitely our top choice for travel!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute drive from Daxing Airport, and they offer a complimentary shuttle service. There are also a few restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The hotel's decor is stylish and elegant. The front desk staff even upgraded my room. The room was spacious and bright, especially the large bathroom which had a bathtub, separate wet and dry areas, and a very roomy shower. The bedroom also featured a walk-in closet. The hotel facilities are quite comprehensive, with a gym and a heated swimming pool on the basement level. The restaurant also provides late-night supper service. All departments offered warm and attentive service. For an airport hotel, it offers great value for money!"

"This hotel is located right inside Daxing Airport's terminal, and for a one-night layover, it offers excellent value for money. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the service was very welcoming. Plus, there's a gym available for use. It's perfectly suited for those arriving late and needing to catch an early morning flight."

"Arrived late at the hotel to a warm, comforting late-night congee. They also offer shuttle service to and from T2/T3 terminals, which was really convenient. The room was great, with a large, comfy bed and excellent heating. It was a perfect, relaxing day for my layover in Beijing. I was so happy! 😊 The front desk staff and driver were all very friendly and helpful. 👍"

"This hotel boasts an excellent location in close proximity to both the subway and train station. The reception staff were notably professional, friendly, and accommodating, ensuring all our needs were met with efficiency. While the hotel is conveniently situated, guests should be aware that it is accessed via a narrow alleyway. Consequently, ride-share or taxi drivers may occasionally choose to drop passengers at the main road or the nearest intersection rather than the front entrance. A thoughtful touch was the complimentary coffee provided at reception, which added great value to our experience."

"We chose Hilton Beijing Capital Airport specifically because we had an early morning flight back home, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. First off, the 24/7 shuttle service to the airport was incredibly convenient. We arrived at the hotel quite early on the day of our check-in. Most of the recently vacated rooms weren't ready yet, and we were thoroughly informed about the situation. We were prepared to wait. However, our two young children quickly became restless and tired, needing a place to rest. After we spoke with Eric at the front desk, he immediately checked with his colleagues to see if our room was ready. Unfortunately, our requested double queen room wasn't available yet. Eric promptly offered us complimentary drink vouchers to keep us comfortable while we waited. Soon after, Eric suggested upgrading our room since our original room wouldn't be ready anytime soon. The upgraded room was much better, larger, and even a duplex! It also fulfilled our earlier request for a room with a view of the runway. The kids were absolutely thrilled and wanted to stay in the room all day watching planes. A big thank you to Eric for his thoughtful approach to solving our problem and for the wonderful room upgrade. This experience left us with a beautiful impression of Beijing. Next, we'd also like to commend another fantastic young man, Liu Chenghong. As soon as we received our room key, he immediately helped us with our luggage and even took the initiative to guide us to our room. The children happily held onto the luggage cart with Chenghong, carefully pushing it together to the room. He was very attentive to the children's safety along the way, with us parents following closely behind. The kids had a great time, and so did we. Afterward, Chenghong diligently helped us move every piece of luggage into the room and arranged it for us. A huge thumbs up to you! Keep up the great work. Your attentive service truly made me, who was already quite exhausted, feel warm and comforted. Everyone we met on this trip to China was wonderful. We will definitely visit Beijing again. Next time we're in Beijing and have an early morning flight, we will choose Hilton again."

"I absolutely loved its antique charm. The check-in experience was great, and the hotel's exterior always made me feel like I was coming home after a day out. The service was excellent, and the facilities were complete. It's located on Qianmen Street, very close to Tiananmen Square, and the surrounding area is incredibly convenient. Public transportation, including buses and subways, is also easily accessible."

"UrCove Hotel is extremely conveniently located right in the heart of the city, just next to the Forbidden City in Beijing. It’s a perfect base for sightseeing, with many major attractions within easy reach. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Unfortunately, I didn’t manage to note down their names, but they were incredibly supportive when I requested a room change, needed to extend my stay, and even during early morning checkouts. Their efficiency and warm attitude really made a difference. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Beijing."
