It has a parking garage, which is very convenient for us. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay at Pullman. Highly recommended! 👍 Ps. Stunning view from the hotel during sunsets. I believe the other side of the hotel offers a clear view of the cathedral."

The problem is when I arrive to the hotel around 13.00 the staff in morning shift very unpolite. We when there to put our bag and will go out for sightseeing but the words that she said to me very unpolite way. We know check in time is 15.00 we just want to keep our bag. She said it not check in this yet and she say you want to put your bag here? and I answer her yes that why am here she very unfriendly. She even not check my book. We are going out for sightseeing and come back around 16.30 the receptionist in the afternoon the lady who checking in me very friendly and helpful. After check in the room was nice but in the hotel the provider only 1 bottle of water. I call to receptionist the man pick up my phone I was asking more bottle of water he said hotel set only 1 bottle if you need more you have to pay i was shocked with his answer because in pullman Köln the have complimentary 2 bottles of water but this hotel give only 1 and this hotel no slippers in the room also if compare with pullman Köln I prefer pullman Köln is better. I don't know why this hotel get top 10 in the application of trip.com and Ranked 4th of trip.com."

"The hotel is situated at around 5 minute walk from the Train Station. We arrived the hotel by a late ICE train at night, there is no problem regarding safety or ease of access. The reception is 24 hours manned, and has a self-service drink kiosk which you find rare to be free on European budget hotel chains. Overall lovely staff and big hotel. Note this hotel has only stair access, but to be fair for the price we paid for it is totally acceptable."

"It's located across from Cologne Cathedral, and looks spectacular lit up at night. The room was very spacious and comfortable. I was happy to have free water in the room, but perhaps because Germany is an environmentally advanced country, it was bottled water rather than plastic bottles. It's inconvenient to carry around, but it was enough for making tea in the room. If I had to say something negative, it would be that you have to cross a bridge to get to Cologne Cathedral and the station, but you have to go down a flight of stairs to get to the hotel entrance. It was a bit inconvenient to go up and down with a suitcase."

It is strongly recommended that the relevant platforms remove it from the shelves to prevent more travelers from being harmed! **Subject: Strongly Advise Against Staying at This Hotel - Critical Issues Reported** I must urgently warn all travelers to **avoid this hotel at all costs**. During my stay, I encountered the following unacceptable problems: 1. Extremely Poor Hygiene The bedsheets and pillows were covered with unidentified human hair, indicating a complete lack of basic cleaning standards. 2. **Appalling Service Attitude** When reporting the issues to the front desk, the staff dismissively responded with "OK" without apology or corrective action. 3. Multiple Functional Failures - Inconvenient location with poor transportation access - **Wi-Fi connection completely failed on the second day**, severely disrupting work and travel plans - Room facing a noisy main street with **garbage truck operations starting at 5:00 AM**, producing unbearable noise and foul odors As a hotel in Germany’s renowned tourist city, its substandard quality is utterly negligent. I strongly urge relevant booking platforms to **immediately remove this property** to prevent further harm to travelers!"
