GGuest UserThe location is nice and in the heart of the shopping center, 10 minutes walk to the Cologne Central Station and the famous Cathedral, the room was clean, amenities was good, only in the night we felt cold even though the heater was on, but luckily we got extra blanket 😊😊, all of the staff are really friendly and helpful, we were allowed to have early checkin around 11.39AM, otherwise the customers can also let the luggage by the receptionist before the checkin time.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located about 20 km from the center of Cologne in a large industrial area. It is pleasantly quiet at night. There are shops, restaurants and gas stations nearby and within walking distance. The room is a good size and I personally liked the fairly firm mattress. The staff was very friendly at all times. Free parking directly at the hotel.
The only negative point was that the room was quite cold. The temperature could only be increased using the air conditioning. Unfortunately, I had no way of increasing the temperature in the bathroom.

GGuest UserSmell of cigarette smoke in the room and in the common areas. A woman in the next room, apparently working in this hotel, who kept talking loudly on the phone, slammed her door, and above all we could hear her coughing every 30 seconds. Windows that let in so much air with lack of heating at night that I caught a cold (yes, I got sick because of it)! So, obviously, I do not recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserFood and stay were great. I felt it was a tad bit expensive for a one night hostel stay but I was grateful for the breakfast that was included.
Location is easily accessible and city center can be reached by line 18. 😌

GGuest UserThe hotel is small, the bed is small, the bathroom is not separated from wet and dry, the ground is full of water after the bath, the room floor is easy to slip, in addition to the price is cheaper, close to the tram station, not very satisfied, but the service is satisfactory
