GGuest UserThe location is nice and in the heart of the shopping center, 10 minutes walk to the Cologne Central Station and the famous Cathedral, the room was clean, amenities was good, only in the night we felt cold even though the heater was on, but luckily we got extra blanket 😊😊, all of the staff are really friendly and helpful, we were allowed to have early checkin around 11.39AM, otherwise the customers can also let the luggage by the receptionist before the checkin time.

GGuest UserThe location is perfect. Just 5 minutes walk from the Hauptbahnhof. You can buy for 10 € a wonderful buffet breakfast. For lunch and dinner they have good meals. The rooms are very safe with single beds on the ground (not station beds to climb up). Bathroom shower is big and good. Best place to stay in Cologne Central for little money.

GGuest UserSmell of cigarette smoke in the room and in the common areas. A woman in the next room, apparently working in this hotel, who kept talking loudly on the phone, slammed her door, and above all we could hear her coughing every 30 seconds. Windows that let in so much air with lack of heating at night that I caught a cold (yes, I got sick because of it)! So, obviously, I do not recommend this hotel.

It's Riehl, but I went to Deutz and left for an hour. ㅠㅠ
But really lucky !!! It's a four-person room.
I wrote it alone because there was no reservation on the day !!! :)
Unfortunately, there is no amenities, the location is a bit far from the city center.
The rest of the price, cleanliness, service, luggage storage are all very satisfied!!!
I'm going to go again next time :)

NNiguilinChecked in at 3pm on Sunday, no one was on duty. Only the order number could not be used for automatic check-in, and the hotel confirmation number was required. Waited until 5pm for someone to come on duty. The room was not bad, but the fourth floor was being renovated, and the smell of the renovation was so bad that it made people faint. There were only KFC and gas station stores around.
