"清掃がとっても丁寧です。
建物や設備が特別新しいわけではありませんが、清掃がしっかりされてるので、清潔でとても快適に過ごせました。
部屋の広さもホテル公式の写真より広く感じました。
一般的に実物より写真の方がよく見えることが多いですが、このホテルは珍しく写真の印象より実物の方が良かったです。笑
ヨーロッパでホテル数軒泊まりましたが、断トツでこのホテルが1番清潔でした。日本の清掃のクオリティに慣れているとヨーロッパでがっかりすることばかりでしたが、ここだけは素晴らしかったです。(ヨーロッパではなかなかお目にかかれない使い捨てスリッパがありました!)
だだ1点だけ注意が必要です。
チェックインの際にフロントに人がいない可能性があるので、その際はホテルへ電話する必要があります。そこだけは事前に把握なさってください。
私はチェックインの際、通話手段を持ち合わせてなく失敗しました。
対応してくれたスタッフの方は親切でフレンドリーな方でしたよ。
チェックインの仕方だけ気をつけていればとても良いホテルなので、またケルンを訪れることがあれば利用しようかと思います。"

Rrickan2000A rather basic hotel, but worthy of its price. The hotel is suitable for people with a limited budget but who want to live here for a long time. In addition to ordinary hotel rooms, there are also public living rooms and public bathrooms (that is, there are also rooms without bathrooms). The overall feel is more like a student dormitory. The room was very cold when I arrived. I searched for a long time before I realized that the heating was not turned on. So my impression of this hotel is cold and bleak, and I guess I won't go there again in the future. But it would be unfair to say that this hotel has nothing good to offer.
