"Superb stay at a lovely hotel! The location, staff, and service were all top-notch! The little birthday surprise from the hotel was unexpected and so incredibly thoughtful 🥰 The view from my room of the Cologne Cathedral was particularly stunning. I'll gladly book this hotel again for my next trip to Cologne. Many thanks to the entire team, from the garage entrance to check-out! 😀🙏"
