"Hyatt Centric truly impressed! Upon arrival, the staff were incredibly welcoming, especially the young man from the baggage team. He not only helped with our luggage and stored it for us but also informed us we could check in at 1 PM (the usual check-in time is 3 PM), which was a fantastic perk.
The hotel is centrally located, right across from a large shopping mall. Nearby, there are popular eateries like Fool Yuen and Xin Feng Bak Kut Teh, along with many restaurants catering to Chinese palates, and Sabah souvenir shops.
The breakfast was extensive, offering a wide variety of options. I especially loved having breakfast in the morning with views of the sea and a clear blue sky.
A taxi ride to Tanjung Aru during peak hours cost 35 RMB due to traffic congestion, but it was still convenient, and we even managed to check out the cultural wall.
I would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Kota Kinabalu."

"Let the picture tell you are stories, First we got into the hotel early and drop our stuff/luggage. Then, comeback again for checkin after 3 pm.. We tried to call the reception but no one answered with all strength we have to go down (lobby reception) and ask the staff to clean the room.
This issue has been solved, we got a new room with sea view, thank you. I also apologize on behalf my sister if her word too harsh, to staff hotel who handling her. Thank youu."

"Travelled with my son for the first time to KK. Glad we settled for Hyatt Regency, location was excellent. Short walk to Suria Sabah mall and Gaya Street night market was just a street away. Grab to places like Imago Mall, Sutera Harbour and Airport cost between RM5 - RM9. Room was big and beds were comfortable, only downside was that the aircon was still warm at 19 degrees. Pool was average. Breakfast buffet was good. One thing that definitely stood out was the service by the hotel staff. We arrived at 12pm with the initial thought to drop off our luggages first but they allowed us to check in rightaway. Housekeeping also called our room to ask if we needed anything. Will definitely stay here again for my next trip!"

"Good location - We stayed here only for 1 night before catching a morning flight after a trip to Manukan Island. It was about 15 mins from the airport and 6 mins from Sutera Harbour. We were able to check in early at about 1pm. It was a great location with the market and food stalls just in front of the hotel. There was also the night market just beside the hotel.
Club lounge - We enjoyed our time at the club lobby with unlimited alcoholic drinks from 5.30pm to 7.30pm. The service staff were very patient, welcoming, and attentive.
Room - we had the king room with City view. The room was spacious and clean. While it was stated city view, we were able to have a view of the harbour and Mt Kinabalu at the far distance."

NNurtasyaGreat experience stay at Raia Hotel. Hotel room are confortable and suitable for bussines traveler as myself. Need to improve in cleanliness and check room's furniture and toilet. I got a defect rain shower. Hard to take shower and abit dangerous cause water over flow thru toilet downlight.
Location wise - near with airport but a bit far from restaurant or mall. But grab food always available and easy to get grab.
Staff friendly and helpfull.
Overall, im happy with my stay here.

PPrisca EMy stay at this hotel was underwhelming. Basic amenities were lacking, no toothbrush, no hand tissues (only toilet paper), no slippers, and no shower cap. They only provided two large towels, with no hand or face towels. The TV was nearly useless with just two available channels.The lighting was also poor; there was no main room light, only two dim lights behind the bed, which made the room feel dark and uninviting.
For the price, there are definitely better options out there that offer more comfort and convenience.

NNNMYWe stayed at the seafront pool villa. Location was excellent in front of the beach, with sunset view. The morning was peaceful. We absolutely loved the private pool quite spacious, they also have children pools. Self-check in was easy & convenient. Otherwise, cleanliness is acceptable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at BBV, spacious villa with private pool.
