King Park Hotel Kota Kinabalu

The location is excellent, very close to Gaya Street, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and going to the jetty! The service was fantastic; when a hotel staff member came to fix my safe, they actually took off their shoes before entering the room, and everyone was smiling and very friendly. The restaurant was also quite good and offered a decent variety! I particularly enjoyed the noodles. The only downside is the noisy motorbikes on the street at night, but that's to be expected given its central location! I also went for a run around the area, reaching the Floating Mosque in about 3.4 kilometers. Plus, Yang Yang's Tea Restaurant is right next to the hotel, so dining is a breeze!

The hotel breakfast was fantastic! The location is great, very close to Gaya Street, so there are plenty of dining options nearby. The Yu Kee Bak Kut Teh on Gaya Street is delicious, though it can get very crowded. On Saturday mornings, there's a market with a wonderful variety of fruits.

Extremely noisy! Unbelievably loud! The location is good, right in the city center, but none of us in the group got any sleep all night. There were constant loud noises from cars and bikes on the street every single night! Impossible to sleep! I recommend avoiding hotels in this area.

The room and hotel environment were quite clean and comfortable. There's no dedicated parking, but public parking is readily available around the hotel. The breakfast menu offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the breakfast area had a pleasant atmosphere. All the hotel staff were friendly, polite, hardworking, and always willing to help. My 3-night business trip here left me with wonderful memories. King Park Hotel is truly excellent! ☺️

The location is super convenient, within walking distance to Jiaya Street. I was very happy with the room, it even had a partial sea view. The front desk staff were really friendly and the breakfast was delicious; it was different every day during my stay!
