Good location, walking distance to anjung kinabalu, friendly staff, clean room and toilet and spacious for family room. Near to kfc and restaurant 7 eleven and self laundry. Breakfast is okay, not manay choices but still okay

Rooms were new but the cleanliness is questionable. Pillows and sheets had a damp smell to it which was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Luckily I only stayed for 1 night as it was a short business trip.
