I recently stayed at Hyatt Regency Kinabalu and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Kota Kinabalu, making it very convenient to explore the city. My room offered a stunning sea view, and watching the beautiful sunset from the comfort of the room was truly unforgettable. The environment was relaxing, clean, and well maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout the stay. One highlight was the superb Japanese food, which was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Overall, Hyatt Regency Kinabalu delivered comfort, great views, and excellent dining.

I had a pleasant stay at Promenade Hotel. The location is very convenient right in the city center, close to shopping malls, waterfront attractions, and dining options. It’s a great base for exploring Kota Kinabalu. The lobby and common areas are spacious and welcoming. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained with all the basic amenities I needed. The sea view rooms are especially worth it for the sunset views over the waterfront. Breakfast offered a good variety of local and international options, though the restaurant can get quite busy during peak hours. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, and check-in/check-out was smooth. Overall, everything was good 😊😊😊

One of the highlights was the beautiful sunset view, which was absolutely stunning. The staff were responsive, friendly, and always helpful whenever we needed assistance. The hotel also has easy access to the beach, which made it very convenient to enjoy the ocean anytime. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.
