Hotel is nice, clean and have good amenities. The room is clean, though not new, but all amenities are working fine. The bed is comfortable and comes with 2 pillows each. The room even has a study table. We use it as a dining table instead. The room has a unique toilet. The shower and toilet bowl is separated having a door each and next to each other. Also, the wall and door of the toilet can slide fully open exposing the sink and the doors of shower and toilet bowl. You can just slide to close everything if you want privacy. The hotel staffs are nice too and attend to your request promptly. I requested for extra pillow and they sent it within a few minutes. The breakfast was also good and delicious. They have a wide variety of dishes from local, western, Indian, Chinese. Though everyday is similar but they change certain dishes such as from fried noodle to fried kuey tiow, fried rice to nasi lemak, etc. The hotel is also close to the waterfront, eating places and walking distance to Suria Sabah shopping centre. Overall, a good hotel to stay in.

Overall our 2-night stay at Hyatt Centric KK was comfy n relaxing. The lobby n top floor lounge ambience is excellent~feeling of calmness. Rooms are spacious n clean with beautiful sunset seaview. We especially like the bathroom with sitting bench~ a considerate design for guests who prefer to sit n shower. Restaurant staff were very well-mannered n helpful. Very relaxing 2 night stay as part if our trip around Borneo. The rooms are spacious and comfortable (a little dated) and the hotel has a rooftop bar that provided us with views of one of the best sunsets we have ever witnessed. The hotel were also kind enough to offer us a free welcome drink at the bar along with a cake to celebrate my birthday. The staff are very friendly and attentive.

Stayed in this Inn for one night. The inn is clean and the location is superb! Walking distance to shopping mall and located in Gaya Street where all the famous eateries locate. You are spoil with choice. Pro -Room is ok size, clean and toilet seem newly renovated. Value for money! Con - aircon was Abit noisy (but we are too tired to be bothered after our wonderful dive trip) Room layout for toilet and bed is a bit weird. There is no proper ”space” for toilet, the sink is actually can said locate in the room itself. In term of privacy, the toilet layout not really suitable for sharing room if you are on business trip with someone. We are traveling in the midst of Covid19 (Sabah zero case and lockdown is not started), was disappointed that the government still collect RM10 tax where the hotel business is already seem bad with less tourist. Not very supportive to the Hotel business I felt. Overall, good hotel for family or close friend.

When i checked in at the conter, there's a water fell down from the ceiling. I believe it was from the unmaintained aircond. I was shocked because my first impression was a bit down already. They should fix problem like that immediately since it affect their costumer. It was an overall pleasant stay. The location is 5/5 in the center of the city. Everything is in walking distance. You can hop in to any local coffee shop within the area, or local business area such as the popular Filipino's market and ***a Street weekend market. Breakfast was okay, worth to pay. There's a variety choice of foods and the changed the main menu everyday too! It was tasty. But drinks, there's lack of choice especially for kids whom loves choc drinks. I hope they can serve milo or hot choc next time. The room cleanlines was okay. The room that they gave was the old not renovated one, facing city area. There's a smell came from the toilet which it was quite disturbing. I don't know what caused the smell, but the room smell a bit like old furniture as well. Will i stay again next time? Yeah, maybe.

Place is a bit rundown but very helpful staff and great location. Rooms are clean and soaps and water provided daily. Lots of restaurants and shopping as well. Only thing is many Chinese around so a lot of info in this area is in Chinese.

Great place in an amazing location. Stayed in both a very comfortable double room and in a dorm/pod which had excellent facilities. The WiFi was bettered by the three PCs adjacent to the excellent reception which proved invaluable for research and booking. Highly recommended.

Overall the location of this hotel is quite strategic especially if you're looking forward for the Api Api Night Market. there are also numerous of restaurants and cafes nearby. I loved how the hotel provide water purifier and steam iron which makes my stay a lot easier. However, there are also a lot of things need to be improve. first one, the front desk management. room keys should've be given earlier while checking in because I only given a room card which is not working for the door. secondly, door closer seems to be broken and haven't been replace. ventilation fan in bathroom also not working. there are moulds in some parts of the bathroom wall and floor. my mom found cockroach in the room. key hole not working properly, you need to shake the lock knob so it could be open. there is a part in the room that has water leaking that cause the paint on the wall to be yellowish. hopefully broken things can be replace and fix, retrain or briefing towards hotel staffs, do pest control and deep cleaning.
