I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything was neat, and the facilities were in good condition. The price was very reasonable for the quality provided, making it great value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

I recently stayed at Tang Dynasty Bay Hotel Kota Kinabalu and had a fairly decent experience overall. The service was generally acceptable — the staff were polite and responsive when approached, though there’s still room for improvement in terms of attentiveness and consistency. The facilities are quite basic and a little dated, but still functional for a short stay. The room was reasonably clean, and the bed was comfortable enough to rest after a long day out. As for the food, it was simple and nothing too memorable. The selection was limited, but sufficient if you’re just looking for a quick meal to start the day. Overall, it’s a practical choice if you’re traveling on a budget or just need a convenient place to stay. Manage your expectations, and it will serve its purpose well.

The room was spacious, the bed is good but the tv couldnt connect with the wifi. There is no toothbrush but shampoo and all provided.

Hi Trip.com. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding room 213 assigned by the hotel. The bathroom lacked a faucet/shower head (unfortunately, I was unable to take a photo). Additionally, I would like to clarify if taking a photocopy of a guest's identity card is standard hotel policy, as I am concerned about third-party data misuse. Thank you.
