"Hotel Sengoku boasts an unbeatable location! It's not only close to the Bell Tower, but the subway station is right at its doorstep, a shopping mall is directly opposite, and there's a convenience store downstairs. The front desk staff and cleaning crew are both wonderful! The most heartwarming part was the restaurant. The staff were not only friendly, but it felt like they could read your mind, knowing exactly what a weary traveler needed for afternoon tea. Chatting with them while gazing out at the Bell Tower made me feel like I wasn't far from home at all. Truly thoughtful!"

"This hotel is located in the heart of Xi'an, offering extremely convenient transportation. There's a subway station right outside, as well as a tourist service center for trips to the Terracotta Army. The Bell Tower and city tour bus stops are also very close by. Despite being in a bustling area, the hotel's location is surprisingly quiet. Furthermore, the hotel's facilities, rooms, and cleanliness all meet star-rated standards. I highly recommend this hotel to first-time visitors to Xi'an."

"The gym is not a gym. It is a laundry room with a cheap looking bike in it. Might be a treadmill as well. The laundry room is very useful. There are 3 washers and 3 dryers. There could be a system to help manage people's washes so that the machines were not left standing full as when I tried to use them they were all in use for most of the evening. The biggest problem I had in an otherwise good stay was that the amount of dust in the rooms. On all surfaces (pictured some dust on the phone and a thick layer on the projector) there is dust. When I reported this a quick wipe of the projector was done but no apology or anything like this and no other areas were dusted. The room (and probably hotel) needs a deep clean. The projector worked easily enough for me and was good, though I took my own hdmi cable that I plugged into the back, rather than using their system which I had no idea how to use and didn't see any instructions. Overall this hotel was good enough and good for the price but not as good as the rating suggests or the list of amenities could be."

"Highly recommended this hotel. Will definitely come back and stay. Location: very closed to ancient city wall, a lot of food and convenience stores nearby. There is a busy pub and bar street behind with many young local. Price: slightly above ave as we booked family room with view and breakfast. It did include 1 time free mini bar beverage refreshment, 1 time free hi-tea at top floor & 1 time free supper. Cleanliness: Room and common area was clean. Services: I appreciate so much they were willing to accept my early request and provide birthday decoration, small cute cake and a bowl of 长寿面 （Chang Shou Mian). And it is alll freeeeee!! The font desk, bar staff, cleaner and all workers were very nice, friendly and helpful. I was also allowed to take away breakfast due to early schedule (not able to dine-in). There was also free self-service laundry are at level 4."

"This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel thoughtfully provided airport pick-up and drop-off service, and even arranged transportation to the Terracotta Army, which was incredibly convenient for tourists, saving us the hassle of hailing taxis back and forth. The room was clean and tidy, and the environment was comfortable. The staff were warm and attentive, making the entire trip stress-free. This is my top choice for visiting Xi'an, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"Clean and hygienic, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. The hotel is super close to the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter – literally ten meters away, a one-minute walk. It wasn't too noisy at night, even with the windows closed. Pretty good overall. The room was quite spacious, and it had smart home features throughout. I've already recommended it to my family and friends. A lot of foreigners stay here; I saw many during my two-night stay."

"The Aman Hotel near Xi'an's Big Wild Goose Pagoda is excellent! The location is superb, within walking distance to both the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City. We booked a twin room with an amazing view, overlooking the Big Wild Goose Pagoda Park, offering really lovely scenery. It's truly a hotel with a view. The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom featured a smart toilet, which was comfortable and convenient to use. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and quick to respond. It's a quiet and peaceful place to rest after exploring the scenic spots, very convenient for getting around, and the facilities are top-notch. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Xi'an."

"I strongly recommend this hotel located on Huimin Street near Bell Tower in Xi'an! The location is exceptional, walking distance to the Bell Tower, Muslim Quarter and the City wall making getting around very convenient. It is suitable for first time visitors to Xi’an. The hotel is impeccably clean, tidy and modern. The staff are warm and considerate, work efficiently, and respond quickly to needs. We felt very well looked after knowing we could contact hotel staff personally on WeChat if we needed anything. Yoyo even gave us the addresses of some watch repair places and she wasn’t on shift at the time. She also saw us outside and came to greet us and helped with our luggage before we had even set foot inside when we came to check in and this was after midnight! The room is quiet and comfortable, and you can find tranquility from the hustle and bustle. The breakfast was very nice with both western and Chinese choices. The Nespresso machine in the room and the capsules provided each day were enjoyed. The relaxing tea area in the room was a great place to sit and watch the bustling street from a distance. We asked for additional bottled water each day and it was never a problem. The overall experience of staying here is very pleasant, and it is the first choice for tourists visiting Xi'an. There was nothing that could have been improved!"
