Cheap Hotels in Xi'an

"Great hotel. Nice, modern and clean. The room was good too. Comfy bed with medium firmness. Great shower and toilet with auto wash. Aircon worked very well. The tv was a projector onto a big projector screen but we had no idea how to use it as it was in Chinese. The lights had some variations but none that let us control the lights we actually wanted on. This could be improved. Location was excellent to the Bell Tower area. Metro stop on the doorstep but a bit of a walk to the actual train line. Muslim Quarter a 10 min walk. Breakfast catered for the Chinese palette. My husband loved it.  There was a free laundry room which was very handy and we got all our dirty clothes washed and dried in about an hour. Check out going well when they gave us a bag of sweets which we thought was really lovely until we realised it was effectively a bribe when the staff (very politely) insisted we do a 5 star review there and then. That request ironically was the one thing I did not like at all. Do not ask try to force your customers to review what you want them to. Reviews are personal and should reflect their experience plus it’s rude!"

"An incredibly satisfying stay in Xi'an! The Bell Tower Yuan Tuo Hotel gets full marks for cleanliness and facilities. Its overall quality far exceeds the price, and I genuinely recommend it to anyone visiting Xi'an! I have high standards for accommodation, especially regarding hygiene, and this hotel completely surpassed my expectations. The hotel's overall hygiene standards are exceptionally high; common areas are consistently spotless and tidy, free of trash, odors, or clutter. The guest rooms are meticulously cleaned, with no dust or dirt anywhere. The bedding is clean, soft, and wrinkle-free, strictly adhering to a one-guest, one-change policy, ensuring both cleanliness and hygiene. Floors are mopped to a gleaming shine, and furniture is wiped to look new, with no accumulated dust. The entire room feels fresh and airy, making one feel relaxed and comfortable. The bathroom cleanliness is simply impeccable, with a well-designed dry-wet separation that keeps it dry and tidy. Fixtures, mirrors, and walls are wiped spotless, free of water stains or grime, and thoroughly disinfected, providing a strong sense of safety. As for facilities, everything is new, high-end, and fully functional. Smart devices are readily available, with convenient voice control, offering a high-tech experience. The mattress and pillows are of excellent quality, providing a comfortable sleep that effectively alleviates travel fatigue. Room Wi-Fi is stable and fast, and the lighting is soft and eye-friendly, creating a cozy living atmosphere. The infrastructure is very well-maintained; doors, windows, appliances, and bathroom fixtures all operate normally, with no damage, malfunctions, or noise. Additionally, there are convenient self-service laundry and fitness facilities available 24/7, with every detail of service thought of. The location is excellent, making travel easy. With its clean environment, complete facilities, and comfortable experience, this is absolutely a hidden gem among hotels in the Xi'an Bell Tower area!"

"After a disappointing experience at our first hotel in Xi'an, we were incredibly relieved to find the Elegant Hotel at the last minute. It completely changed our trip and gave us the perfect ending to our stay in this beautiful city. As a family of five, we booked two double rooms with king-size beds. Both rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. From the moment we walked into the hotel until the moment we checked out, everything felt thoughtfully planned and professionally managed. Every member of the staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and polite. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying the complimentary afternoon tea and snacks on the hotel's terrace while overlooking the ancient Xi'an City Wall. The atmosphere was peaceful and elegant, making it one of our favorite memories from Xi'an. The location is excellent, with many attractions easily accessible, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. There was a generous selection of delicious Chinese dishes as well as several Western options, so everyone in our family found something they enjoyed. Our only regret is that we didn't discover this hotel from the beginning of our trip. If we had, we would have spent two wonderful days in Xi'an instead of just one. We wholeheartedly recommend the Elegant Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and memorable stay in Xi'an. If we ever return to Xi'an, there is no doubt where we will stay. We will definitely choose the Elegant Hotel again!"

"I got an upgraded room with a balcony overlooking the atrium. It was so relaxing to sit there for a bit every night with a soft light on after coming back. The room facilities were all new and excellent, and having a washer and dryer made laundry super convenient. Breakfast was abundant, and the hotel's location next to the Muslim Quarter and close to the Bell Tower was perfect. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xi'an."

"This was my first time in Xi'an, and I booked this hotel after seeing its good reviews online. The first thing that stood out was the staff; the women at the front desk were all smiling and very welcoming. Next, once inside the room, the smart 'Xiao Du' assistant was incredibly convenient. You literally don't have to get out of bed to control everything in the room. Then, I had a stomachache and needed to use the restroom. The toilet seat was so comfortable and perfectly contoured that I didn't want to get up! I forgot my phone when I went to the bathroom, but I could still control 'Xiao Du' with my voice. Listening to music while using the toilet was truly enjoyable. Also, their breakfast buffet was delicious; the yogurt was great, and the bread was fantastic after toasting, especially with the spread. Plus, there were fried eggs and a vegetable salad – very healthy, which I appreciate. I really recommend this place; staying here definitely enhanced my Xi'an trip!"

"Staying at Dongshe Hotel is a must when visiting Xi'an! The location is superb, close to the Bell and Drum Tower and the subway, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and enjoying local cuisine. The rooms are spotless, offering a great stay experience. Breakfast is rich and varied, catering to both Western and Chinese tastes, with plenty of local specialties available; there's even a complimentary afternoon tea. The hotel also provides free laundry facilities, which is a huge plus for long trips. Excellent value for money – I highly recommend it to all travelers."

"This hotel is located in the heart of the business district, offering a peaceful retreat despite the bustling surroundings. It's directly across from Joy City and right next to the Grand Tang Everbright City. The Shisan Su Point, integrated with the hotel, is excellent for personal enjoyment or as a gift. The front desk staff were incredibly gentle and welcoming. We stayed in the apartment building, and the service staff were very enthusiastic; the complimentary fruit on our first day was super fresh. Because I have a bad back and can't sleep on a soft bed, I contacted the hotel's express service center, and within two minutes, two housekeeping staff members came to change it for me. Just a small suggestion: since the apartment has a washing machine, it would be even more perfect if there was a simple drying rack in the room. Overall, it was excellent!!!"

"The location is fantastic, right next to the iconic Bell Tower. The hotel entrance is just 10 meters across from Subway Exit 6. We chose a room with a view, and it was excellent – we could see the Bell Tower right from our window. The self-service laundry room on the 5th floor was also very convenient. If the timing wasn't right, we could even call the front desk to have our laundry washed, dried, and delivered to our room. This service was a lifesaver for keeping our clothes fresh during our stay, so we didn't have to bring smelly clothes home!"
