Pet Friendly Hotels in Xi'an

What an exceptional experience we had in our stay in this hotel. We were greeted by the friendly front desk manager Stellar Hang 杭星 who check us in in a speedy manner that allow us to have a good rest after a long flight into XiAn. I love the fact that they have a personal butler service via WeChat that we can contact for almost any question we have during our stay. With questions like where to eat to where to visit and where to shop. Being a coffee lover , I really appreciate the Nespresso machine in the room that give us a great start for the day. Last but not least, they provided two pillows with different hardness that allow guests to select the preferred type. kudos to the Novotel team.

Nice hotel ,friendly staff. Breakfast is a fixed selection and one drink. Nice design. We chose the hotel for the cat corner but only 14+ years old kids can play with them. A bit disappointing for us as we had a bit of a younger child with us , but very beautiful cats :). Overall I highly recommend the hotel, good money value .

The hotel is located on the Third Ring Road, close to the highway, the room is very spacious, there are Hanfu for rent, free parking, recommended! The room is very complete, with facial cleanser, makeup remover, laundry detergent, and body lotion. The breakfast is also good, and there are afternoon tea and late night noodles. If you don't want to go out, you can stay in the hotel for a day

Very good location, 10~15 minutes walk to Bell Tower and train station. Many restaurants and eating places near by with delicious, cheap food, very convenient. Service staffs are very friendly and helpful. Only issue I had was there is not lift if your room is at 2nd level. Your need to carry your luggages using a narrow staircase. Room is very spacious compared to other hotels. I will likely to book this place again if I visit Xian again.

We checked in at 2am. There were one person at the reception and another bellhop at his 60s. Other than then 60s bellhop was friendly greeting us, the receptionist has no chill or whatsoever to welcome us. We have 6 luggages and our rooms can’t be accessed by just a lift directly. This hotel failed to mention that all these rooms can only be accessed by different flight of stairs and elevator. This particular large room can only be accessed by 3 different flights of stairs at different location. There is this particular stairs we have to climb down to our room, has no lights, we have to use our own phone torch. At first we were told it’s their procedure to switch off the stairs light after 12am. After complaints, they decided to switch it on for the rest of our stays. Throughout we carried our luggages our self to the room as the bellhop is old, we were afraid we gave him too much stress. Room wise, the tv, living room, wardrobe arrangement has no common sense at all. 2 tvs each facing the bed. The living room has no tv, so if you wanna chill and watch tv with your family, go to your bed and watch. There is only one wardrobe at the living room blocked by the sofa. You have to squeeze in to hang your jacket. There is no coffee cups or spoon. I stir my coffee with their tooth brush provided in a Champaign glass. You might ask why a Champaign glass, because the room service just doesn’t wash your normal glasses after you use it. Worth mentioning, the coffee I drank in the morning, the glass is still there unwashed at night. The can of coke I left it there on the first day, was still there on the last day. Probably they think leaving it there for long will taste better. The room service is really bare min. I understand this is a garden balcony kind of hotel, like a chalet, but they should really buck up on their bellhop services and room cleaning services. It’s really tiring to walk and carry our luggages to our own room. Not to mention checking out is the same. The safety of the guest are not really taken care of given that they expect you to use your own torch to navigate down the stairs on the first day. Also, the everyday room service does not clean the bedsheets even if there are clothes tags or clothes linen on the bed. They simply pull the sheets, tuck in, as long as it looks nice, they doesn’t care about what’s on it and underneath the blanket. Just wanna say, The price we paid for this hotel is same as those nearby.

The location is perfect, right from Exit C of Dayanta Metro so I can save a lot of money moving around the city. Initially I feel the room shape is a bit weird, but it's ok. The staffs were very helpful. Special mention to the guy who helped me with the morning calls as i was heading early to terracota army and huashan. One more thing, the water kettle is perfect, as I can set the heat degree when boiling water. It was very helpful too. Thank you for the pleasant memory🙏

A truly wonderful home stay. The staff was incredibly welcoming, the cats were adorably cuddly, and the rooms felt high-tech and spotless in every corner. Stunning view of the Xian city walls, a projector, and a very comfortable mattress. We would have stayed for the whole holiday! Nice concept boutique hotel. Clean modern and nice. Location was great within Xian’s city wall. Comes with nice amenities. Coffee was great at the reception. 15 mins walk to night market and large malls. Wonderful stay. Will be back in future permits.

This accommodation is something very special. If you like contact and tips from locals, this is the place for you. You Can also taste local tea. The rooms are very nicely decorated and I had the best sleep in a long time. High quality beds and pillows! Hot water comes quickly in the shower with pleasant water pressure. The location is also great if you want to see the Terracotta Warriors. The Huaqing Palace Park and its show is highly recommended. You can reach it by foot.
