The hotel has many villas, offering a quiet and comfortable environment. The service is warm and prompt, with shuttle buses readily available. Upon arrival, the hot spring was already set up – the service was excellent. There were even robots in the lobby to interact with children. The hot spring was nice, though a bit chilly after soaking. Overall, it was a comfortable vacation spot, and the food was quite delicious. Lunch and dinner were also served at the hotel. Highly recommended for a vacation stay, as it's very close to Huaqing Palace the next day.

This was a spontaneous, short trip, a perfect reminder that plans often yield to the unexpected. Here I am in Xi'an, at the foot of the Qinling Mountains, longing to open my arms and embrace nature. I soaked in the cool breeze, the fragrant blossoms, and the gentle chirping of birds that seemed to whisper secrets. Every tiny flower here possesses a unique beauty; they don't need to be dazzling, yet their charm is utterly irresistible. It served as a beautiful reminder: you don't need to please anyone, and true happiness isn't given but earned through your own smile. I cherished the tranquility, the white swing nestled among flowers, and the vibrant green pomegranate trees adorned with their distinctive red blossoms. The shaded courtyard was a delight, featuring brightly colored rocking chairs, sun umbrellas, and a small pebble-built stream with stone and wooden bridges. In the stream, around twenty fluffy, super cute ducklings swam playfully, even hiding under lily pads when the sun grew strong. Two brown goats contentedly grazed on the lush green grass. I even playfully called out, 'Hello there, goat, can we be friends?' Haha, a unique soul indeed! The 'Eight-Point Black' rabbits were a constant favorite with the kids, and a proud white fox enjoyed its spacious cage – perhaps not its ideal home, but certainly one where its neighbors posed no challenge! Then there were the flocks of big white geese, honking away with gusto. There's also a vegetable garden, still growing. I hope to taste its fresh produce when I return – what a lovely thought! The evening scenery was enchanting, with countless small lights twinkling like stars in the sky. If you're feeling musical, you can even grab a microphone and sing a few songs. The rooms themselves were very comfortable, clean, and hygienic. For those with energy, brewing a pot of tea and chatting about life is a wonderful option. I love this place so much that I'll definitely be back. It's a perfect spot to record life's beautiful moments and ponder its many inspiring mottos. **Facilities:** Excellent, adorning the rooms like works of art. **Cleanliness:** Impeccable, with great attention to detail. **Ambiance:** Beautiful and spacious. I particularly enjoyed brewing tea by the floor-to-ceiling window while admiring the natural scenery outside. **Service:** The staff, especially one kind lady, was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. **Parting Gift:** Upon check-out, they even prepared a lovely gift for us, including a variety of snacks that children absolutely adored.

Our stay was very satisfying, and the overall service was thoughtful and attentive – highly recommend! While there were a few minor hiccups, the staff immediately and proactively explained and resolved them, always with a great attitude, making us feel very comfortable. Coinciding with the Chinese New Year, the hotel also organized a children's play event, which created a warm and fun atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the hot spring water temperature was just right. Our whole family was very happy with everything, definitely recommend!

The front desk service was absolutely fantastic, with complimentary pick-up and drop-off. The hotel environment was very comfortable, and the heated floors in the room were a nice touch. We drove there, and the guesthouse isn't right by the road; there's an internal path leading to it. Parking was plentiful during the off-season. It's very close to the subway station, about a 5-10 minute walk. Huajing Palace is just one subway stop away, so we could quickly return after the show and relax in the hot spring. Service: The cleanliness was pretty good; a staff member came to clean the tub before we filled it. The food was also great, five meals a day with a lot of variety, and it tasted good. The staff were very friendly, and towels and bathrobes were replaced promptly. Environment: We had a family room, and the beds were big enough. The room was a bit dim, but it created a nice atmosphere. With floor heating and radiators, it was toasty and very comfortable.

First of all, I would like to thank the two elder sisters for their 24-hour attentive service. Because we had children, they disinfected the inside and outside of the pool in our room, saying that we must be clean and hygienic when we have children. I also specially picked vegetables for the children to feed the rabbits... Living in this B&B, I felt extremely comfortable and satisfied. The room was neat and clean, and the bed was soft and comfortable, allowing me to have a good night's sleep while enjoying the hot springs. Here, I found true relaxation and leisure. Because of this service, I will go there again if I have the opportunity...

It was attentive, meticulous, and wonderfully thoughtful throughout our stay, with an exceptionally good attitude. Traveling with elderly parents and children meant we had a lot of luggage. The front desk processed our check-in very quickly, and the staff were patient and detailed, proactively telling us about nearby attractions, breakfast times, and hotel amenities. They even gave us practical tips for family travel, which was incredibly thoughtful. During our stay, service requests were promptly addressed, and any needs we had were quickly resolved. Our room was clean and tidy, with great natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the room was fully equipped with excellent attention to cleanliness details. The hotel's thoughtful details for our family trip truly enhanced our overall experience, making everyone feel very welcome and comfortable. The Yujingtai Hot Spring Hotel is amazing, right within the Shijingli Scenic Area. The room was clean and comfortable. After soaking in the hot springs at night, you can step out and enjoy the night view, light show, and performances – the atmosphere is incredible! The service is attentive, and the environment is elegant. It's a one-stop shop for a relaxing getaway, and the experience was fantastic!

Shijingli Zhufengtang Hot Spring Hotel provided excellent service. They offered a 'panda car' shuttle to pick us up from the parking lot. In the afternoon, despite the hot weather outside, soaking in the spacious outdoor hot tub was incredibly comfortable, with sun umbrellas providing perfect shade. My child played happily in it for over an hour! Breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The resort also featured a wide array of evening performances and activities, along with complimentary sweet soup, fruit, and even Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) for guests to try. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and we would definitely love to visit again!

My stay at the Haoting Hotel far exceeded my expectations! The room was spotless, the bedding comfortable, and the overall environment was quiet and serene. It's very close to Northwestern Polytechnical University's Chang'an Campus, making it super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. What truly impressed me was discovering I'd left something behind in the room after checking out. I was already too far away to turn back, but the front desk staff diligently helped me locate the item, proactively assisted with packing it up, and patiently coordinated with the logistics company throughout the process. Their service was genuinely warm and thoughtful, and their attention to detail truly shined. This is definitely a hidden gem of a hotel, highly recommended for anyone studying or on business trips near Northwestern Polytechnical University!
