GGuest UserThe service staff could not hide their rudeness. The concierge was very rude about my late checkout. Paid the fee, and then asked for some tine to make sure everythjng was pacmed (i woke up late from my nap). We would ask about when the best time is for breakfast, and we would be asked condescendingly what is our concern, why are we asking. I asked for 30 minutes, theg said they can only give me 15 minutes. They would treat me like a runaway guest. I would tell them to charge it to my room so I can pay for it on checkout. They would refuse. They held the other guest over at one of the restaurants like they would not believe we would pay our fees, i had to go back to my room after their food upset my stomach.
I went to the champagne room from the good reviews. Some guests with no business there was being attended to by all the staff. They were blocking the way. I had a reservation and was ignored.
The pool is mid, the overhead shower does not really work, the food is also just okay.

Great service as always. Everyone is friendly. No attitude. Highlights are the common space on the 45th floor rooftop. I was assigned a room on the higher floors. I think the room appears to be used infrequently perhaps just in high season so everything looks spotless. The air conditioning was very strong and windy with a fresh clean smell as if it was brand new. I enjoyed my stay very much the beds and pillows all so comfy. Apparently they have rooms for pets as well.

GGuest UserThe breakfast, pool, and gym are all excellent. It's located near Lishui Park with plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was clean and the staff were great. Most importantly, it feels very safe. Definitely recommend it.

MMiranda and Purag TravelThis was my third stay at The Bayview, and once again it didn’t disappoint. My room on the 11th floor offered a breathtaking view of the sunrise and sunset—truly the highlight of my stay. The Christmas decorations around the property added a beautiful, festive atmosphere. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast featured delicious Filipino food along with great coffee. Transportation was easy, as taxis and Grab rides were readily available after checkout. The guard and hotel staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Another wonderful stay!❤️💪

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how well-maintained and organized the place was. Location and Cleanliness: Very accessible to public transpo and resto. hard to fall asleep hearing all outside noises from cars outside. Room is very clean upon checking in.
Room: Even with aircon, its so hard to maintain cold room temp making it uncomfortable. Wifi connectivity is also zero lol.
