"Being right in the middle of Bindondo Chinatown meant that there was alot to explore within walking distance. The Hotel staff were all nice and cordial. They were even kind enough to keep our bags while waited to leave for our flight. We were able to do some work and mix a bit fo sightseeing too."

"💥Great location and comfortable rooms, but service capacity falls short for the country's largest hotel.💥 While their website boasts being the largest hotel in the country by room count, the operational capacity during our stay didn’t match the scale. Check-in was a lengthy 45-minute process. There were only four counters open initially (three regular, one priority), and an additional counter was only opened after the line had already grown significantly. For a hotel of this size, guest arrivals should be anticipated and staffed accordingly. Breakfast was similarly delayed. With only two staff members checking the guest list (one regular, one priority), the line stretched all the way into the main lobby, taking us nearly 30 minutes just to enter the dining area. Claiming the title of the largest hotel comes with the expectation that staffing levels can efficiently handle high guest volumes. On a positive note, the hotel does have its bright spots: Staff: Courteous and pleasant throughout our stay. Room & Comfort: Comfortable rooms with well-carpeted corridors that effectively minimized hallway noise. Location & Accessibility: Excellent proximity to major malls/casinos (Ayala Malls, MOA, Okada, Solaire, and COD), making Grab pickups after check-out quick and easy. Verdict 😉: While the accommodations and location are strong, the frustrating wait times severely impacted the overall experience. Given our stay, we didn't feel it delivered strong value for money."

"The first thing that must be said is that this hotel really is value for your money. The lobby area has dining and modest cafe facilities. The staff are very friendly and service-oriented. Jenold was particularly affable and helpful. The room size was fine for a single traveler. The bed was soft and the pillows were good so I slept well. The bathroom was a bit cramped due to an inward-opening door. Poor design there. Terminal 3 is just across a very busy road."

"Excellent hotel for a layover. It's super convenient and safe to walk to/from the airport via the glass bridge (it's guarded). We checked out late at night, and everything was fine. We were given a room on the 10th floor; the 11th floor has a bar and a pool. It gets very hot there during the day, but in the evening, it's where the 'party' is at. You can walk along a safe street lined with hotels, grab a bite, do some shopping, and there's a cathedral nearby. The only downside was the check-in queue, but it's understandable given the excellent value for money. And honestly, it's better to bring your own wine to the bar. If I ever need a hotel for a layover again, I'd choose this one."

"This hotel is conveniently located near a bustling area. However, considering the surrounding environment, I feel it's more suited for trips with male friends rather than families. Pros: Quiet on higher floors: Since my room was on a higher floor, I wasn't bothered by noise at night. Smooth procedures: Check-in at the front desk was very smooth and stress-free. Low deposit: The deposit of only 2,000 pesos was a great help. Surrounding area: The bustling location offers great convenience, with many eateries like Starbucks and Jollibee. Finding food wasn't an issue, and everything was within walking distance. Points to note/advice: Elevator caution: There are three elevators. The one on the right when facing the entrance can be quite shaky and might feel scary. If you're easily frightened, I recommend using the two elevators on the left. Room cleaning rules: If you want your room cleaned, you need to press the button near the entrance to display the ”cleaning OK” sign. This wasn't communicated by the front desk, so I struggled on the first day without knowing. Amenities: Toothbrushes and razors are not provided, so you'll need to buy them at a nearby convenience store. Also, there's an additional 100 peso charge to use a nightgown. Facilities: The room has the bare essentials, and it's fine if you just need a place to sleep. The pillows are very soft, which might be a matter of personal preference. Overall: I stayed for 3 nights, and considering the affordable price, the cost-performance is very high. I would especially recommend this hotel for trips with male friends."

Everything is easy access for you. The hotel gym/fitness center is too basic. I expected a bit more because they did advertise it in their website. Fortunately, there is an Anytime Fitness branch nearby (a short walk) that's open 24 hours. Their ”express breakfast” is ok. Basic, nothing fancy, but enough to get you through the day. The BEST part about this ”express” hotel is their Express Checkout. Simply drop your room keys at the box (near the elevator) on your way out! No need to check-out at the counter!"

"I enjoyed the ambiance of our room, the room is really cozy, organized and clean, we had a small balcony facing the sea side and restaurants nearby. I also enjoyed the amenities especially the pool, the bathroom is also clean with toilet essentials provided, with free water, coffee, and electric kettle available. The only thing that is not working inside the room is their security deposit box. I think that they must have double checked first the facilities inside the room. But overall, we had a great and nice experience with Lime resort. The staffs were all accomodating, approachable and with smile on their faces. The food is also delicious since we availed the room with free breakfast."

The hygiene was impeccable, and the facilities were comprehensive. Breakfast is served on the rooftop, an open-air restaurant with a fantastic view. While the variety isn't huge, it's clean and delicious. A great bonus is that you don't need a converter for charging in the Philippines; your domestic chargers work directly.

The room was spacious, and it had a bathtub, just as I'd heard. They offer an excellent breakfast. The staff in the lobby were incredibly friendly, as expected, and it's a top-notch hotel where you don't have to worry about security.

Staying at City Garden Suites Manila turned out to be a great choice for exploring the historic side of Manila. The location is very convenient — just a short distance from Rizal Park, Intramuros, and shopping areas like Robinsons Place Manila. It made moving around the city easy without long travel time. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for resting after a full day of walking around Manila. What stood out the most was the hospitality of the staff — they were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help. The hotel is conveniently located near Chinatown and several popular attractions. The front desk staff are enthusiastic and there are Chinese signs available. The double room was spacious. I suggest adding more variety to the breakfast buffet. It's also within walking distance to the Royal City.

Overall: 4/5 Location: 4.5/5 Very convenient. I stayed here for a 2-day ISO training held in one of their convention rooms, so it was super practical. It’s also right beside Starbucks, which was my go-to for coffee. Value: 4/5 Reasonable for a short business stay, but parking has an extra fee. Room: 3/5 The hotel feels old and nostalgic — classic elevators and hallways. Bathroom was clean, but the room had a slightly musky smell. Walls seem thin since I could hear a neighboring room’s phone and music. Cleanliness: 5/5 Bathroom was neat and well-maintained. Service: 5/5 Staff were friendly and accommodating. Facilities: 5/5 Convention rooms are functional and convenient for seminars and trainings. The packaged food during the training was also good and complete, from breakfast snacks to lunch and merienda. Final Take: Good option for business stays and trainings. Not the most modern, but convenient and comfortable enough for short trips.

Been booking Eurotel everytime since its fronting Rob Manila. The bed is not soft and the beddings are quite old and are yellow-stained already. Also, one problem is the bedding (bedsheet) keeps coming off from the mattress which is a hassle. Hallway sometimes smell of cigarette

Stayed at Hotel H2O with a 4-year-old and a 1-year-old. Its main advantage is the location inside the park, providing direct access to attractions and making it easy to return to the room for naps and breaks. Pros * Excellent location inside the park with easy access to attractions. * Convenient for families with young children who need rest breaks. * Staff quickly resolved a minor issue with a broken bidet upon arrival. * Bed size is king as advertised. Cons * Cleanliness was adequate but not exceptional. * No room service available. * Restaurants are available on the ground floor and via GrabFood delivery, but in-room dining would be more convenient. * The hotel’s restaurant feels disconnected from the overall hotel experience. Recommendation Hotel H2O is a good choice if your main goal is visiting the  attractions, especially with young children. If you do not plan to spend time in the area, other hotels may offer better value.

Location is good , just few minutes walk to the key site seeing location. I spent one night only, the next day can start to move around the city inside the walls. If you don’t want to walk , simply hop on the cycle or rent a bamboo bike 😉
