    Very Good

    The service was great albeit slow. It took them forever to get us a room. Facilities were old. We didn't eat in the hotel. The location was great given the fact that its really near Robinsons Malate so it wasn't hard to get food. Overall still an okay stay. Thank you!

    We enjoyed our stay. Fast check in process and accommodating reception staff. The waiters were attentive to our needs and when we had our breakfast-delicious(buffet) and with all smiles. The location is good. Near key places in Manila and many stores nearby wc is very convenient 24/7. The room is okay, it can still be improved once renovated, I think .The bathroom is clean enough. Limited power outlet. AC was warm when we checked in but they changed it immediately. But overall it's a 9/10 rating for me.Will consider booking this hotel again, ☺️
