Grand Westside Manila Bay

Had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, the amenities were great and well-maintained, and the breakfast buffet had a lot of delicious choices. The staff were also accommodating and friendly. Definitely a comfortable and enjoyable experience

Chaotic, always crowded, people everywhere, need to queue even for the elevator. If u want a peaceful vacation, I don't recommend this hotel. Location is equally bad, surrounded with buildings under construction, literally nothing nearby. I arrived on a Saturday, check in takes 30- 40 mins, and another 10 mins waiting for the elevator. The hotel is not built for this many customers, the service Crews are too busy trying to accommodate so many people that they lack the personal touch. Breakfast is normal, I had the same quality of breakfast at another hotel in manila for half the price. Service was poor, I asked for a couple of wine glasses, but was rejected, reason being I did not order any wine with them. 😢 For the same price point, definitely there are much better choices around the same area.

Very nice hotel. Everything is in place. It is also clean and smells good. Buffet breakfast is yummy with lots of selection. The pool and gym area is enjoyable. Will definitely go back again. Near malls, church, ******. We are also able to check in early and hassle free check out because you just have to drop your used room keys in a box. All of the staff are very courteous and helpful.

Our overall experience is above average. The only thing i did not like was the venue of their daily breakfast. We had it at the area near the pool which is inconvinient given the weather now which is so hot. Service crew doest even know where the spoon and fork location when i ask for it. That is i think the only downside. Next time i hope they will allot an area which is air conditioned for the comfort of the guests. I am not sure if that is always the case since when we check in they said that breakfast will be serve in the resto lobby. However i would like to thank the management of the hotel for sending a little bday cake for my grand daughter advance bday. Very much appreciated. Except for the breakfast venue. It was a nice family staycation. I will definitely book again. Thank you trip.com for my first booking expererience with you.

While the rooms aren't the most spacious, they are exceptionally well-maintained. The cleanliness is top-notch, and the amenities are so well-curated that you don't feel like you're missing a thing. What really sets this hotel apart is the atmosphere—it feels incredibly homey and welcoming, making it the perfect retreat. If you’re looking for a spot that prioritizes comfort and quality over square footage, this is it. I’ll definitely be back (again!).

Everything was great despite of, I assume, full capacity of the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

its good for family but please answer the calls when needed we always cant contact the front desk
