AAnonymous UserTotally regretting for booking only 1 night in this fabulous accommodation. Quiet neighborhood except the guests next to my room decided to talk about their life stories in the outdoor balcony until wee hours which is really inconsiderate. The receptionists and staffs are really friendly and helpful during my stay making this extremely memorable. One time disposable towels and slippers are my favorite amenities in this accommodation!

GGuest UserExtremely satisfied with my stay! I booked the hotel last minute on the same day, and welcome fruit was already in my room when I arrived late at night. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, including Sichuan specialties, and the menu changed daily; the food was consistently delicious. When I went to the laundry room at night, the staff were incredibly thoughtful and helped me with drying, and I could just pick up my clothes at the front desk the next day. Upon check-out, I received a thoughtful farewell gift – the attention to detail was impeccable! The hotel also had many charming little decorations. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu!

Their professionalism made the whole process smooth and pleasant. The room was spotless, well-designed, and comfortably arranged. All the facilities were modern and well maintained, and the attention to detail was excellent. The bed was especially comfortable, and I slept very well.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing, and the public areas are kept in great condition as well. Whether it’s cleanliness, service, location, or overall convenience, everything exceeded my expectations. I genuinely couldn’t find any flaws during my stay. I will definitely choose Xishu Hotel again next time I’m in the area and will gladly recommend it to friends!

Its most outstanding feature is the stylish decor. Even the iron and hairdryer in the room are uniquely designed.
There's a really special staff member at the front desk – you'll have to discover them for yourself!
The rooftop bar is a great spot to relax in the evening, and the bartender makes excellent drinks.

GGuest UserWe had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, cosy, and surprisingly spacious, offering excellent value for money. The staff were friendly, helpful, and highly responsive via WeChat, which made communication very convenient throughout our stay. Special thanks to Xiao Liu and Xiao Zhao!
There are a couple of areas for improvement. The hotel is not actually within the Kuanzhai Alley area as we had expected, and there is not much to explore within the immediate surroundings. In addition, the soundproofing could be better, as some noise from outside and neighboring rooms could occasionally be heard.
That said, the cleanliness, comfort, and generous room size more than made up for these minor drawbacks. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would gladly consider staying here again.

The front desk and staff were all very polite, and they responded promptly to any questions. There were no unpleasant surprises, just pure relaxation.
The room was clean and bright, with great natural light and a pleasant ambiance. It was spacious and didn't feel cramped, with a simple yet comfortable decor. The bedding was incredibly soft – once I lay down, I didn't want to get up! The bathroom facilities were complete, and the cleanliness was exceptional; even the corners were spotless, making me feel completely secure.
The public areas were quiet and very elegant, well-maintained and stylish. It was a pleasure to simply walk around. There were both indoor and outdoor hot springs, offering a wide variety. I stayed in a deluxe king room, which allowed me to enjoy an immersive hot spring experience right in the room, without having to share with others – the privacy was fantastic. The water quality was clean and clear, and the temperature was just right. After soaking, I felt completely soft and relaxed, with all fatigue melting away. The healing sensation was off the charts.
Overall, the facilities were complete and functional, and the environment was tranquil and elegant, perfect for a short getaway, a peaceful retreat, and escaping the city hustle. This trip was easy and enjoyable, with no disappointments at all. The experience was 100%, and I've silently added it to my re-visit list – I want to come again next time!

GGuest UserThe room facilities are relatively new, and the hotel's location is close to Kuanzhai Alley. It's quiet at night, so it's good for sleeping. The hygiene is also good. The only issue is that the network signal isn't very strong, and the Wi-Fi is also a bit weak.

Robot service saved our time to pick up order from hotel lobby. Staffs are friendly - always greet us before we ask for help. YYunguThis is a business hotel that's been open for many years. I used to stay here often for business trips years ago and always had a good experience. This time, I brought my child to Chengdu for a trip and decided to stay here again. I was surprised to see that even after all these years, the hotel still has a high occupancy rate. Although the facilities are older, they're well-maintained. The price is also very reasonable, and the key is its excellent location. The subway station right outside the entrance makes it easy to get to all the scenic spots, which is super convenient for getting around. It's a hotel with great value for money.

AAnonymous UserAbsolutely loved this hotel! We had an entire floor to ourselves, and it was so neat and clean with brand new facilities. We booked the family room, which was spacious with two large beds and even a smart toilet. Each guest gets a complimentary bottle of water daily, and you can always ask the front desk for more if needed. There's also a free laundry room with washers and dryers. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. We initially booked for two nights but were so happy with our stay that we extended for another six!
