GGuest UserFound a hidden gem! The staff were incredibly welcoming throughout my stay, but never intrusive. The room was surprisingly spotless, and the mattress was so soft and comfortable – I slept like a baby. The soundproofing was excellent, completely eliminating any noise, and all the facilities were top-notch. It's easy to find, and super convenient for food, drinks, and entertainment. Amazing value for money, I'll definitely be booking here again for my next trip!

AAina1008What a wonderful place! Tucked away in the back makes it quiet and serene, while still being at the center of the traditional Wenshu Monastary area. Perfect for all sorts of travelers, i was a solo female and stayed in the dorms with other friendly guests.
Lovely inner courtyard with a cafe for relaxing and drinking tea. The staff are all so friendly and ready to give you all the tips on what to do in Chengdu. They speak perfect English as well! There are a lot of regular visitors, since people keep wanting to come back.
The rooms are cleaned everyday and beds are made, with fresh towels provided. Everyday felt like I had just checked in, brand new.
Breakfast has a range of western (toast, eggs, bacon, yogurt, cereal) or chinese (rice, wontons, fried pancakes..) and fresh fruit that changes from day to day. All ranges of coffee and tea as well. It filled me up well to start my day walking around the city!
Definitely recommend to anyone, and I will be staying here next time I visit! Thank you :)

GGuest UserOur stay was absolutely perfect! The room was bright, odorless, and exceptionally clean. They provided a full set of toiletries, which was a nice touch. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and responsive. Plus, there are plenty of dining options nearby. I highly recommend this place!

GGuest UserI stayed in the Shangchui King Suite this time, and overall, it was a great experience. The public areas' design continues the mainstream aesthetic of urban resort hotels in recent years, with many design techniques and elements feeling quite familiar – a common high-quality expression used in current high-end hotels. Thanks to the hotel being relatively new, the in-room facilities are clean and pristine. The suite itself is spacious and open, with refined details, making for a very comfortable stay.

GGuest UserWe had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, cosy, and surprisingly spacious, offering excellent value for money. The staff were friendly, helpful, and highly responsive via WeChat, which made communication very convenient throughout our stay. Special thanks to Xiao Liu and Xiao Zhao!
There are a couple of areas for improvement. The hotel is not actually within the Kuanzhai Alley area as we had expected, and there is not much to explore within the immediate surroundings. In addition, the soundproofing could be better, as some noise from outside and neighboring rooms could occasionally be heard.
That said, the cleanliness, comfort, and generous room size more than made up for these minor drawbacks. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would gladly consider staying here again.

PPiaolingcarrie~lvyouguihuashiMy friend and I came here to relax and unwind, and the experience was absolutely perfect! The hotel service was incredibly gentle; check-in was smooth and efficient. The front desk and staff were all very polite, and they responded promptly to any questions. There were no unpleasant surprises, just pure relaxation.
The room was clean and bright, with great natural light and a pleasant ambiance. It was spacious and didn't feel cramped, with a simple yet comfortable decor. The bedding was incredibly soft – once I lay down, I didn't want to get up! The bathroom facilities were complete, and the cleanliness was exceptional; even the corners were spotless, making me feel completely secure.
The public areas were quiet and very elegant, well-maintained and stylish. It was a pleasure to simply walk around. There were both indoor and outdoor hot springs, offering a wide variety. I stayed in a deluxe king room, which allowed me to enjoy an immersive hot spring experience right in the room, without having to share with others – the privacy was fantastic. The water quality was clean and clear, and the temperature was just right. After soaking, I felt completely soft and relaxed, with all fatigue melting away. The healing sensation was off the charts.
Overall, the facilities were complete and functional, and the environment was tranquil and elegant, perfect for a short getaway, a peaceful retreat, and escaping the city hustle. This trip was easy and enjoyable, with no disappointments at all. The experience was 100%, and I've silently added it to my re-visit list – I want to come again next time!

There are tons of great food options and shops nearby, which I loved! 😋 I really liked the design of the Orange Hotel; the color scheme is quite charming. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were beautiful and kind, offering warm and attentive service with smiles that brightened my whole day. The room and bathroom designs were very tasteful, with a lovely vintage vibe. The amenities were excellent – a rain shower, smart toilet, and convenient sink. The room itself was clean and tidy, with plenty of natural light. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning was fresh and quiet, allowing me to get a fantastic night's sleep and shake off travel fatigue. I have to give a special shout-out to the large TV in the room. It has smart screen mirroring, and the sound quality of the speakers was outstanding – listening to music felt layered and立体 (three-dimensional) 👍👍👍. Finally, I really appreciated the thoughtful souvenir gift from the hotel 🎁. Thank you 🙏. I'll definitely choose the Orange Hotel brand again next time!

GGuest UserThis is my second time in Chengdu, and this hotel was by far the most comfortable. The room was spacious, and the front desk service was excellent. Before I even checked in, the hotel concierge contacted me to confirm my room and ask about any special requests. We have two children, and they even offered us complimentary breakfast. There's a restaurant on the third floor of the hotel. I spoke with the front desk about needing a private room, and even though I hadn't booked one in advance, they proactively contacted the restaurant on the third floor to reserve a spot for us, which was amazing! The Mingren Jin Hui restaurant on the third floor was incredibly delicious. Next time I'm in Chengdu, Mingren Hotel will definitely be my first choice again.

The hotel buffet breakfast is nice with lots of variety to choose from. The hotel laundry service is excellent and all the staffs are very friendly and helpful. There are 5 dryers on top of 5 washing machines which is very convenient. Highly recommended for all travellers whose would like to visit Chengdu! 😊

GGuest UserThis stay exceeded my expectations! The location was easy to find and very close to shopping areas and attractions. As soon as I entered the room, there were no strange odors, and the floors and bathroom were spotless. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard – and I slept soundly until morning. The front desk staff were very friendly and handled check-in quickly, responding promptly to any requests I had. The hotel's common areas were clean and quiet, with excellent facilities, all at a great price. It's my top choice for travel accommodations, I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely book here again for my next trip!
