GGuest UserThis is a very clean and beautiful hotel. Its black and white striped French style perfectly complements Chengdu's laid-back lifestyle. The bathroom is super spacious and comfortable. The hotel offers a wide range of complimentary handicraft activities, and I especially loved the brocade miniature frame painting project, which I booked for two days in a row. My mom absolutely adores the piece she created. The hotel is also great for photos; the entire courtyard feels like a garden, with every corner being photo-worthy.
The hotel is conveniently located near Du Fu Thatched Cottage, about a 10-15 minute walk away, and just a 3-5 minute walk to the Shu Brocade Museum. It's also close to Metro Lines 13 and 5. The hotel environment is quiet and highly recommended. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance.

JJoseatstheworldWhat made this Hyatt truly stand out was the warm and friendly staff, especially at the concierge and front desk. Interacting with them felt more like reuniting with old friends.
If you're lucky enough to be assisted by their Experience Curator, Jasmine, your stay will be twice as wonderful. She's incredibly thoughtful and attentive, accurately anticipating my mood and needs, which made me feel very comfortable and special.
The hotel's location is fantastic, right at the intersection of Metro Lines 2 and 8. There's a shopping mall downstairs and plenty of restaurants nearby. Taikoo Li is just a 10-minute walk away â super convenient! The in-room amenities and bedding are excellent and very tasteful.
Besides a restaurant, there's also a rooftop bar. And if you don't feel like dining at the hotel, the mall downstairs has so many restaurants you could eat there for a week and not repeat a meal.
I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Chengdu! đȘđ»

GGuest UserFive-star review! Iâm truly impressed with my stay at Xishu Hotel. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff were warm, attentive, and efficient. Their professionalism made the whole process smooth and pleasant. The room was spotless, well-designed, and comfortably arranged. All the facilities were modern and well maintained, and the attention to detail was excellent. The bed was especially comfortable, and I slept very well.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing, and the public areas are kept in great condition as well. Whether itâs cleanliness, service, location, or overall convenience, everything exceeded my expectations. I genuinely couldnât find any flaws during my stay. I will definitely choose Xishu Hotel again next time Iâm in the area and will gladly recommend it to friends!

AAichichashaodemantouThe room had a lot of character and was quite spacious, with really hot water. I just couldn't quite figure out the air conditioning. The hotel is located on the other side of the main road, making it relatively quiet. The window latch was a bit loose; it opened by itself in the morning, causing the curtain cords to rattle, which was a bit noisy and disturbed my sleep. I'd recommend the hotel replace that. For breakfast, I'd suggest going for the Western option; the Chinese food was a bit too spicy and oily for my taste.

Cleanliness: Very clean.
Environment: Perfect for a relaxing hot spring getaway. There are several small pools for soaking, nothing fancy, but they have all the essentials. The strong sulfur smell suggests it's natural hot spring water. The breakfast selection was also decent.
Service: The service attitude was excellent, the front desk lady even helped me with my luggage, thumbs up!

SsusannahsunExtremely satisfied with my stay! The breakfast was really generous and started at 7 AM. My room was disinfected and cleaned daily. When taking a taxi, it's more accurate to set the destination to 'Changsheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Pharmacy'. Food deliveries are brought to your room by a robot. Also, traffic in Chengdu is terrible, so allow plenty of time if you're taking a taxi; the subway might be a better option if you're in a hurry. For the Panda Base, make sure to get there right when it opens at 7:30 AM. If you're not specifically looking for Hua Hua, buy an electric shuttle ticket and head straight to the Star Delivery Room first. There are also lots of pandas at Dujiangyan Panda Valley, and it's much less walking â the main Panda Base is huge and tiring, so if you don't want to walk a lot, go to Panda Valley instead. I highly recommend the Hemin Teahouse in People's Park for tea, snacks, and an ear-cleaning experience. After 8 PM, the hotel even offers late-night noodles and vermicelli, so if you're back late from your travels, you can just eat right at the hotel. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the service at Yazi Hotel.

Also, the room cleaning wasn't very thorough; there was visible dust in many places. The staff service was decent though; check-in and check-out were both quick and efficient.

AAnonymous Usergreat location near the IFS and friendly staff! they do group dumpling nights and have alcohol/coffee for sale. the air conditioning worked great and they provide free water. the shower was not very clean though, the drain was almost entirely clogged and the foor was not slanted in a way that it would have drained well regardless. very moldy and stank up the room :(. we stayed at a private two bed room instead of shared accommodations so other showers may have been better.
