We arrived early at the hotel, and I was so grateful they had a room ready for us right away. The bathroom was also very clean and comfortable. We had a stay where we could fully immerse ourselves, with views of the Sagrada Familia from our room. I think we got a really great deal for this kind of environment in Europe."

"It couldn't be worse. A few hours before, they changed my reservation at the Numa Brío to the Numa Colmena. I called the hotel's phone number, but it was impossible to get through. When I finally got through, they told me they spoke poor Spanish and couldn't locate my reservation because there was a problem with my last name. When I arrived, there was no one to help me. At the hotel entrance, I tried to contact them again to get the access code. I had to check in myself from my mobile phone... incredible. I will never return to a hotel of this chain where there isn't a single person to assist me."

As for the service, it wasn't as outstanding as typical Asian hotels. I had to manually pull out the door next to the Concierge room, and the Asian female staff member there didn't budge at all; this attention to detail was quite poor."

"Way too high priced for what we received. We came for four nights during the weekend of Classico. We took this hotel due to the close location to camp naw. However we got highly disappointed. It's our first night we got separated bed and receptionist told us that it was due to availability, These were relatively small beds, at the following day we asked to move to a joint that bedroom, we received even a smaller room with one bed the same size as the other two were. Other than deaths the body lotion device fell off when I was using it, and our sheets had spots on them, not sure what these parts were and I don't want to know. The pillows look like they were used for way too many times and when we ask for a second pillow we got something very long and not suitable for one person so it was very unconvenient to sleep. We also couldn't make sure that the lights was blocked in the morning with the curtains and the window at the bathroom so we woke up way earlier than what we expected. The pool is very small and the hot tub jacuzzi wasn't actually warm. The only nice thing I have to say about this hotel is that the gym even though it was very small had all the necessary equipment and was clean."

"Really loved the design of both the public areas and the room. Everything was comfortable, except for the bathroom – it wasn't soundproof and didn't ventilate smells well, haha. The room had a coffee machine with sugar and creamer sachets, which was a nice touch. The service was excellent, with lots of thoughtful details. There are plenty of coffee shops and brunch restaurants nearby. It's about 1-2 kilometers to Gaudi's three masterpieces, which isn't super close but still acceptable, and taxis are easy to find."

The hotel facilities are great and very secure, the environment feels new, and the room is quite spacious. There's also a pool on the rooftop, and the location is good too, right next to the metro station. I'd definitely consider this hotel again next time I visit Barcelona."
