Our room was right by the elevator, and the noise was incredibly disruptive, especially since it ran all night. There's also a high step in the room, which is quite a tripping hazard if you need to get up in the dark. Out of all the European hotels I've stayed in, this is the only one that didn't even provide tea bags, a kettle, or cups – just towels.

The room was quite spacious and clean, and the shower was surprisingly large. I also noticed that the building across the street from my window was quite nice. The hotel entrance is right by a bus stop, and the subway station is also close by. The area feels very safe at night. The only minor issue was that the safe seemed broken; it kept flashing and wouldn't lock, but I left my valuables in the room anyway and nothing went missing. The front desk staff were very friendly, and one of them even said 'thank you' in Chinese, which was a nice touch, haha!

The service was excellent. When my room key had an issue initially, the front desk was very proactive in helping me resolve it. The hotel facilities are great and very secure, the environment feels new, and the room is quite spacious. There's also a pool on the rooftop, and the location is good too, right next to the metro station. I'd definitely consider this hotel again next time I visit Barcelona.

I always stay at this hotel when I'm in Barcelona. It's super convenient with the metro and train stations just downstairs, about 100 and 200 meters away respectively. You can get to all the sights and the airport really easily. It's in a proper residential area, and while it might not look as upscale as the Eixample, it feels very safe. There are delicious family-run restaurants nearby, a breakfast spot downstairs (cheaper than the hotel!), and a convenience store. The hotel itself is quite traditional; not super new in terms of decor, but very clean, and the hot water works great. What's really important is that normally in Europe, if you're changing rooms, you can't move your luggage in early and have to repack everything and wait until check-in time. But here, if you just tell the front desk, you can move your bags into the new room the next day – it's brilliant! There's also a small rooftop pool with a pretty nice view. Highly recommend it, ladies! The pictures show the hotel room, the breakfast place downstairs, and a nearby family restaurant (so good 😋).

The location is excellent, very close to both the metro and train stations. Sagrada Familia is just a 20-minute walk away. All the staff members were very helpful. The facilities are a bit old, but acceptable. Overall, the hygiene was good, though there was a small bug in the bathroom upon check-in. I asked AI and it confirmed it was harmless, so I didn't bother asking the front desk to change rooms.

The location is fantastic, with plenty of amenities nearby. The staff are incredibly helpful.
