"It's a pretty good hotel, especially if you're traveling by car. It's conveniently located close to the airport, and the city center is only about a 10-minute drive away.
The rooms are quite spacious and look clean.
Breakfast was quite hearty, with options like hash browns and pancakes, and everything tasted good.
It's worth noting that all the elevators in this hotel are panoramic elevators, so those with a fear of heights should be aware."

The Monument Hotel in Barcelona is an exceptional accommodation that seamlessly blends historic architecture with modern amenities. This was our second stay at this beautiful property, and I was once again blown away by the level of hospitality and attention to detail. The hotel's location is perfect, allowing you to easily walk to all the top attractions, restaurants, and wine bars in the city. The concierge, Xavi, is a true gem. He listened intently to our personal preferences and provided fantastic recommendations, including a wonderful nail salon when I was in need of a manicure. Xavi's restaurant and wine bar suggestions were spot on - we enjoyed some of the best local cuisine and wine during our stay, and have saved those recommendations for future visits. The hotel itself is stunning, with a beautiful historic facade complemented by modern, well-appointed guest rooms and common areas. The amenities are top-notch, ensuring a safe, comfortable and convenient stay. From the luxurious bedding to the high-end toiletries, every aspect of the guest experience is carefully considered. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona, whether it's your first or fifth time in the city. We look forward to returning again soon.

The hotel is super close to the station but I was able to walk to many places. The hotel itself is super clean and so comfortable. The bed was great and the shower was amazing. The room was spacious. Only the pillows were meh as they were small. The staff were very helpful, especially the restaurant staff were awesome. It was great having access to the Spa for 90 minutes free every day but it is a little outdated with some things not working in the pool area and information in English would be great. The gym was very disappointing as it was bare bones in terms of equipment- don't bother. I went on a bike tour (highly recommend!) and walked everywhere to make up for it. The immediate area around it is pretty grungy (not the hotel's fault) and I did not walk around at night as I was alone. The buffet breakfast was the best I have ever had with so many vegetarian options. I was so happy every morning. I didn't use the pool so cannot comment on that. Breakfast 10 stars!!!!!! Room 10 stars!!!!! Staff 10 stars!!!! Spa 8 stars Location- (to get around) 9 stars - (safety feeling as solo female traveller) 5 stars Gym 1 star

Hotel location is really good, walk within 10 minutes to Casa Mila and Casa Batlló. Hotel decoration is so nice and unique. The food in the restaurant also very good. Room is clean and spacious. I like everything. I would come again next time.

A beautifully decorated and welcoming hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Close to the city center and an excellent starting point for tourists who want to explore the city by walking. If you get tired, public transportation is no problem, as the metro station is very close (200 m). In short, an excellent location for Barcelona.

Our shower leaked but the staff gave us new towels and bath mats each day. There was a complementary drink upon arrival. You could hear the footsteps of the room above you. Staff were extremely helpful.

I had a really good stay at the SB Diagonal. The hotel’s location made the trip – it’s in a great area with easy access to the city centre, so getting around Barcelona was simple. The room and overall feel of the place were spot on, clean and comfortable throughout. The food and bar weren’t the strongest part of the stay, but everything else more than made up for it. The staff were friendly, the hotel was well kept, and it was a great base for exploring the city. I’d happily stay here again!

Special hotel. We stayed here as a couple for Brunch Electronik festival at Parc Del Forum this weekend and the location was perfect. From walking in to reception it smells great and is nice and cool. The rooftop terrace was great and the drinks prices in the hotel were reasonable. We then were given a complementary upgrade when checking in and received a marina view which was great. We didn’t eat in the hotel as we were out for most of the day but I’d highly recommend this hotel for anyone going to Parc del forum.
