Spa Hotels in Barcelonès

Everything about this hotel is pure 5 stars luxury. We got 2 connecting rooms for a family of 4, and this layout of the rooms are perfect for our stay. Location is on the high end shopping belt of the city. Feels very secure. The concierge and receptionists at the hotel are wonderful at making you feel welcome, super professional. A little nick-pick would be the rooftop bar restaurant, we wish the standard of the food could be better. We had a dinner there on our first day, and we are not blown away by the quality of the food and it took really long for them to serve even though it isn’t quite busy. That was the reason why we didn’t feel comfortable going ahead with the breakfast and the 3-Star Michelin restaurant in the same hotel. 🙏

The hotel is next door to Razzmatazz. It is normally quiet, but quite a crazy place during Friday and Saturday nights. It is about 30 min walking from the port, La Sagrada Família, and La Rambla. There are many restaurants in the walking distance. The hotel gives good services like free spa, it is quite old. My shower was not completely sealed and there was leaking to the outside. Overall, it is a pleasant stay.

A beautifully decorated and welcoming hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Close to the city center and an excellent starting point for tourists who want to explore the city by walking. If you get tired, public transportation is no problem, as the metro station is very close (200 m). In short, an excellent location for Barcelona.

Great hotel staff. Very helpful and friendly employees! Always ready to help: with a taxi, with recommendations, with booking tickets. Very good breakfasts, they meet and see you off. The only thing I can say is the air conditioning in the room, I couldn't get used to it and I was cold, the robe saved me 😁😅 Everything else, and especially the location, is great! Very nice Spanish restaurant, which greeted me in a friendly manner even at 22.00😇

The check in experience was so horrible. After I presented my passport to the receptionists (3 guys) in hotel front desk, they kept requesting me to show the boarding pass of my cancelled flight. If i could not show it, they don’t allow me to check in. I argued with them why I have to show my boarding pass and how can I have boarding pass if my flight is cancelled. They insisted I have to show, otherwise I could not check in. Their attitudes were so rude and I spent almost 40 min to show all documents I have on-hand, then they gave me my room key. The room assigned to me is not so comfortable because it is on ground floor without window facing outside streets. I don’t think it is tourist friendly at all.

What first surprised me about this hotel was how incredibly friendly it is towards Chinese tourists. There was even a Chinese New Year greeting card and fruit on the room table. The front desk staff wished us a Happy New Year too! The moment we walked in, a wave of happiness just washed over us. The hotel lobby is incredibly stylish, well-designed, and has a grand, trendy feel to it. I really loved the many thoughtful design details inside the room. The embroidery on the slippers was very intricate, as were the bathrobes, which featured many embroidered butterflies. The hotel also has a dedicated area in the room for makeup and hair drying, which I absolutely adored – and the mirror is an irregularly shaped design, very beautiful. Even the mineral water bottles were beautifully designed. This hotel just emanates happiness everywhere you look. The hotel environment fully meets five-star standards, but there are a few small details that could be improved. For example, the showerhead sprays water in a chaotic way and hasn't been fixed, and the water pressure is quite low, making showering a bit uncomfortable. Also, the hotel doesn't seem to have solutions for certain guest requests. For instance, I wanted to heat up some food I brought back from outside, and the hotel couldn't accommodate. I believe that for a five-star standard, they should consider and properly address customer needs.

This was my second stay in the hotel. The reception staff was friendly and helpful, David treated us fantastically and gave us two great rooms in a high floor facing the sea and Montjuic mount, where luckily that same night there were fireworks. The rooms were big and very original, the same unique feeling as the whole building that you cannot find in too many hotels. The roof top bar and swimming pool are excellent to chill and admire the beauty of the city. The gym is a bit compact but enough for a workout, and it has a small indoor pool to relax. But the breakfast was for me the highlight. The service was impeccable, preparing coffee for you on demand, and the variety of fruits, cold cuts and different dishes was so good that our breakfast lasted close to one hour. I will go again for sure!

The hotel service was very attentive. The sea view room had a decent view, though unfortunately, there was a building directly in front of it partially obstructing the view. I thought mineral water was provided daily during the stay, but the front desk said it was only on the first day. However, for the last two days, the cleaning staff kindly provided bottled water, which I really appreciate! ^_^ The showerhead in the bathroom seemed clogged, and the water pressure was very low, making the shower experience not particularly comfortable.

I went there for my honeymoon. Location: It is located right next to Casa Milà, and you can see the city at a glance from the rooftop. We were assigned a room on the first floor, so the view was of the adjacent building and wasn't great, but I think a higher floor would be nice. Service: They were friendly. Since we checked in early, we planned to just leave our luggage and go sightseeing, but it was great that everything was ready right away. We couldn't stay in Barcelona for very long, but it was a good hotel.

Fabulous hotel!!!! Staff are amazing, all really friendly and helpful- can’t do enough for you. Rooms were really good, super clean, spacious with everything you need- hairdryer, iron, mini bar, shampoo/conditioner etc Spa/Gym is really nice & so nice to spend some chill time there- loved it Bars and restaurants were lovely- really good vibes, food amazing- especially breakfast and so much food! It’s slightly out of main Barcelona- 25/30 min walk but a lovely location along the beach with amazing views We’ve had a fab time at this hotel
