This is one of the cutest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The people working there are super lovely and helpful, we had the best chats and conversations. The room is specious and has everything needed. Super queer friendly and just a lovely atmosphere. Everything was amazing there. Worth staying and the location is super central, we walked everywhere and easy access to public transport.

The location is incredibly convenient, just a minute's walk from the subway station. The staff at the front desk were charming and welcoming. The decor is simple yet very stylish, and the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was incredibly rich, refined, and authentically delicious. Highly recommended!

A beautifully decorated and welcoming hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Close to the city center and an excellent starting point for tourists who want to explore the city by walking. If you get tired, public transportation is no problem, as the metro station is very close (200 m). In short, an excellent location for Barcelona.

The 'double bed' was actually two single beds pushed together, which made for a very uncomfortable sleep. It wasn't a proper double bed at all. There was no complimentary welcome water, and the Wi-Fi was only so-so, though still better than what I experienced in France.

Note to future guests: the all-glass bathroom adds a unique and romantic touch! The service was excellent, and the facilities were very new. The location is incredibly convenient, right next to the subway station, and it's only about a 15-minute walk to the main attractions.

The hotel is well-located and quite clean, with pleasant staff. There's no spa as advertised, only a Hammam on the top floor which you have to access directly from the terrace, making it impractical in winter. The hotel doesn't provide bathrobes or slippers. The room was a bit dim, and water was dripping from the ceiling (they compensated with breakfast). Overall, it was acceptable.

The hotel is in a great area close to the city centre and shopping Square and also close to the Metro and bus lines. The staff are very nice and amenities are good. As a female solo traveller I felt very safe in this hotel especially because it’s a LGBTQ+ but hetero friendly hotel. The beds are comfortable just be aware that the shower is see-through so if you’re sharing you will likely see the person taking a shower. The pool was also very nice for chilling in after a very long day of exploring. Just be careful of removing anything in the minibar. I removed some of the things and placed them on the table because I wanted to use the fridge to put my food and drinks that I bought myself . I unfortunately almost got charged for the things that I removed from the mini bar fridge even though I hadn’t consumed them. I did however explain to the receptionist that I returned all the drinks in the mini bar as I hadn’t consumed them.Overall I really enjoyed staying in this hotel and will definitely stay here again.
