The room was spacious, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large, fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, dryer, and laundry detergent. It was clean and tidy; I stayed two nights, and the towels were changed daily. The receptionist was very helpful and assisted with my luggage. Located in the city center, diagonally opposite Casa Batlló, it's easily accessible.

There is only one small lift in the entire building so you have to squeeze and wait. We had large luggages so it was a little difficult to carry up but the front desk was nice and helped us throughout. They don't have a parking place but they collaborate with a carpark nearby so everyday we have to park about 3mins walk away before walking home. They have a washing machine in the apartment and they provide the washing detergents just that you had to pack and throw out your own rubbish. Quite a big space for a family of four because we had a living room too. Overall ok stay but the stairs to our apartment is steep so it was a little difficult for my aged parents everyday.

The apartment is centrally located with lots of eateries around. Check in was not communicated properly. No instructions was provided that this is a self check in aptmt. Its different from the pictures where there is a hotel concierge. We arrived late at 10pm and could not enter the main gate. Luckily, the service man came down to clear rubbish and helped us with check in then. The host should have provided clear instructions on check in procedure and pin prior to arrival.

The hotel has a great location, just a 5-6 minute walk from the subway station and very close to the Sagrada Familia, a 10-12 minute walk away! The hotel is also very clean. The only drawback is that the soundproofing isn't very good; the door next door closes very loudly!

The apartment is perfectly located (the metro and Mercadona supermarket are 5 minutes away). Contactless check-in. The apartment has everything you need for comfortable living: a microwave, induction stove, toaster, coffee machine, plenty of dishes, plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, salt and oil in the kitchen, and a hand towel. An iron and ironing board and a folding clothes dryer are also provided. The bed linens were perfectly ironed and looked brand new. The towels in the bathroom were fluffy, and we appreciated the large towels provided for the shower. Special thanks for the broom and dustpan provided in the apartment (even though we didn't use them), but they would be useful on other trips. The apartment is very clean. During our stay, the maid came once, and everything was sparkling clean afterward. Thank you so much! I highly recommend staying in this apartment! WARNING! Be careful. We paid for our stay through trip.com, and it was indicated that the city tax was included in the price. But! Two days before check-in, we received an email asking us to pay the city tax and a payment link! It was a very stressful situation, as we couldn't pay with our bank card.

The apartment was okay, great location, about 15-20 mins walk to Pg. de Gràcia & Plaça de Catalunya. There is no staff at the apartment, the entrance code was received before check-in. There is an elevator for travellers with luggage. The apartment was tidy but some areas were a little dusty. Soundproofing was pretty bad even with the windows closed. There is a welcome pack given with oil, salt, pepper etc. Dishwashing liquid and 1 laundry pod was given as well. There is also dishwashing tablet, even though there's no dishwasher in the apartment. However, there is no kitchen towel. Bathroom amenities were also very minimal for our 4-night stay. Drying rack was also broken. Additionally, there is a security deposit of €300, they only returned it more than a week later after messaging and reminding them. I doubt they will return the deposit if I didn't ask.

I was very satisfied with the location, which offered a glimpse into local life in Barcelona. I had seen some recent negative reviews, so I was a bit worried, but the place was clean and comfortable. With two bedrooms and a living/dining area, there was plenty of space, which was perfect. It just so happened that my stay coincided with the Gràcia Festival, which was a unique experience. The double-glazed windows were surprisingly effective at blocking out noise to a certain extent. The elevator occasionally being out of order and the creaky floors in some areas were minor inconveniences I could overlook.

4 mins walk from Train station, great location. Rooms are not as described and the room pictures are not as shown. Booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 4 people, as the booking details said including 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed. However, we'd received a room that was missing 1 single bed, it ended up one of us needed to sleep in the living room on the sofa bed, which is not my initial idea when making this booking, we don't want to sleep in the living room!  As we talked to the receptionist, it was very disappointed that they were not able to make another arrangement for us!  Honestly, I would have booked the 3 bedroom apartment because we don't want to sleep in the living room or on a sofa bed. Due to the incorrect room pictures, booking information and inappropriate arrangements makes this an unsatisfied stay. 

I had a really good stay at this hotel. The place was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, with everything you need for a nice visit. The location is convenient and the staff were polite and helpful whenever I reached out. The only thing to know in advance is that you have to contact the hotel by WhatsApp or email to receive your access code before arriving. I didn’t realize this at first, so I ended up waiting around 40 minutes in the lobby while sorting it out. Once I got the code, everything went smoothly and the stay itself was excellent. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel, it’s a great value and very well maintained. Just make sure to message them ahead of time to get your code and you’ll be set.

The apartment is next to the subway (terminal), which is very convenient. There are seats for travel. Next to it is the Hyatt Hotel, which has a good location. There is a large supermarket downstairs, which makes shopping very convenient. The room is very comfortable, and it is highly recommended.
