"This was a truly wonderful place to stay! I accidentally left something behind at the hotel, but they were incredibly kind and helpful, keeping it safe for two days and even arranging for DHL pickup. They also offered laundry service for an additional fee (they mentioned having an 8kg washing machine). I do agree that there's room for improvement with the locks. However, the staff were lovely, and my roommates were all very kind and quiet. I'd love to stay here again if I get the chance."

"The location is excellent; the hotel is right across from Casa Batlló, and many other attractions are within easy walking distance. There are subway and bus stops right outside the hotel, making public transportation very convenient. It's about a 20-30 minute taxi ride to the airport and about one subway stop or a 10-minute taxi ride to the train station. The hotel service was excellent overall. Guests were greeted upon arrival and departure. They even gave me a Polaroid photo as a souvenir upon check-out, and the front desk helped me confirm the fare with a taxi driver outside the hotel before heading to the train station – very thoughtful. The restaurant also offers snacks for self-service during non-meal hours. Breakfast is a combination of à la carte and semi-buffet; while the selection wasn't extensive, it was delicious and filling. Before checking in, I was a bit worried after reading some negative reviews about the standard rooms, but I encountered no problems at all. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the service was excellent. Overall, I was very satisfied with everything."
