AAndrea_tutiangeThe room was exactly as shown on the booking page. What you see is what you get. Toiletries and disposable slippers were also provided. We arrived late on our first day and didn't have time to buy water, so the hotel gave us a bottle, which was very nice! We booked a standard double room, but it had a small balcony overlooking the pool and outdoor restaurant. The view was lovely. The security was also very good; nothing was lost during our several nights. We also noticed that the automatic door at the entrance was manually controlled by the front desk, so unauthorized people wouldn't be able to get in.

DDasinveciThe hotel's location is excellent, not far from Casa Milà and Casa Batlló. The front desk staff were very welcoming. When checking in, they needed to collect some personal information, and the city tax was paid upon check-out. The mini-bar in the room is chargeable, but on the first day, we received a complimentary bottle of water and some chocolates. The room overall was very clean with good facilities. Breakfast was also quite good. Barcelona isn't very large, so it's quite convenient to get around everywhere.

ZZiYinTANThe reception staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, which made our stay feel very comfortable from the moment we arrived. We also truly loved the rooms—they were beautiful, well-maintained, and added a lot to the overall experience. The team was generally very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. However, there was one small disappointment. I had requested a birthday arrangement for my husband on three separate occasions, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response. I completely understand that such requests are not always guaranteed, but it would have been appreciated to at least receive a reply or update.  Overall, we had a lovely stay, and with a bit more communication on special requests, the experience could have been perfect.

GGuest UserThis was my very first time planning a solo trip abroad, and I was admittedly quite anxious after paying the full price and then reading some mixed reviews. Since the policy didn’t allow cancellations, I checked in with a bit of worry—but I’m really glad I did. The room turned out to be pleasantly clean and well-organized. I particularly liked the layout: there are two doors between the bedroom and the bathroom, which gave me a strong sense of privacy and security while resting. Another highlight was the lovely scent in the room—it instantly made me feel at ease and almost like being at home. (If possible, I’d love to ask what kind of aroma sachet or air freshener is used—I’d like to buy the same one!) During mid-November, the evenings in Barcelona were slightly chilly, but the heating/air-conditioning unit in the room worked well and kept things comfortable. That said, when the unit is turned on, there’s a noticeable mechanical noise—it’s not too loud and didn’t disturb my rest, but worth mentioning. I also appreciated how responsive the staff were. On my first night, I thought the external shutter in the room was broken. I reported it to the front desk, and the manager quickly sent someone to assist. It turned out the shutter was manually operated by a cord hidden behind the inner curtain on the far right—easy to miss at first glance. Although the hotel isn’t in the city center, transportation was convenient—there’s a nearby bus stop within walking distance, with easy access to both the metro and Sants train station. A nice bonus: just a 3-minute walk away is a bakery called Joncake & Wine, a branch of the famous Joncake. Their Basque cheesecake is incredible, and being a branch, it’s much less crowded than the main store. There’s also a small convenience store right downstairs—great for picking up water or other essentials. One downside would be the soundproofing. The walls and floors seem quite thin, so I could hear voices and footsteps from the neighboring room. It wasn’t too disruptive for me, but worth noting. Originally, I only planned to stay three nights, but I ended up liking it enough to extend for another three. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations and became a memorable part of my solo trip to Spain.

GGuest UserWe stayed for 5 nights and had a great time. We enjoyed the stay as the location is within walking distance for food, shops and near the Metro station. The buffet serves 24 hours is awesome as in the middle of the night, we could just walk-in and enjoy the drinks and snacks and chit-chat. The counter staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall we have a great time during the stay!

GGuest UserIt was a very clean accommodation and plenty of towels were provided. It was a little inconvenient because laundry was done in a shared facility on the 5th floor, and I was a little disappointed that they assigned me a room with a rear view without even asking how many rooms had a view of the Sagrada. There is a rest area and a pool on the rooftop, so it would be nice when the weather is nice. The location is far from major tourist attractions, so it's a bit inconvenient to take the subway every day, so if I had to do it again, I think I'd pick it near Plaza Catalunya.

SSherry_Xuan ZWhat first surprised me about this hotel was how incredibly friendly it is towards Chinese tourists. There was even a Chinese New Year greeting card and fruit on the room table. The front desk staff wished us a Happy New Year too! The moment we walked in, a wave of happiness just washed over us. The hotel lobby is incredibly stylish, well-designed, and has a grand, trendy feel to it. I really loved the many thoughtful design details inside the room. The embroidery on the slippers was very intricate, as were the bathrobes, which featured many embroidered butterflies. The hotel also has a dedicated area in the room for makeup and hair drying, which I absolutely adored – and the mirror is an irregularly shaped design, very beautiful. Even the mineral water bottles were beautifully designed. This hotel just emanates happiness everywhere you look. The hotel environment fully meets five-star standards, but there are a few small details that could be improved. For example, the showerhead sprays water in a chaotic way and hasn't been fixed, and the water pressure is quite low, making showering a bit uncomfortable. Also, the hotel doesn't seem to have solutions for certain guest requests. For instance, I wanted to heat up some food I brought back from outside, and the hotel couldn't accommodate. I believe that for a five-star standard, they should consider and properly address customer needs.

GGuest UserThe location is really good. Wherever you go, you can walk to 10-15 and there is an elevator, so it's easy to enter even if you have luggage. The person who checked in was friendly and the room was quite spacious and the view was good. The downside was that if you were unlucky, hot water would not come out when you wash it, but if you were not washing too late, it would be okay if hot water came out.
