"Although we only stayed for one night, we were very satisfied with our overall experience. The room was a good size, clean and well-maintained, with plenty of natural light and a bright, airy atmosphere. We also enjoyed the street view from the room.
The location is very convenient, with both a metro station and bus stops just a short walk away, making it easy to get around. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as several supermarkets within walking distance, which was very convenient.
We would especially like to compliment the front desk staff for their friendliness and helpfulness. They made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would happily recommend this accommodation to other travelers."

"There were spider webs and a spider in the corner beside the desk, and even after I informed the front desk, no action was taken.
Apart from that, the overall stay was satisfactory the location is convenient, with both a bus stop and a metro station right downstairs.
The breakfast area is small but offers a good variety of options. Overall, it’s a great value for money."

"Great hotel for a short stay in Barcelona, I really like the location, it is already a residential area, quiet and clean, but there are enough cafes and restaurants, the metro is nearby, the center is a few stops away! Also, the room is always clean, cozy and good, there is almost everything you need, a hair dryer, shower accessories, a coffee machine, a kettle, tea and coffee, a small refrigerator, disposable cups, enough towels, there is even an iron and ironing board! I would really like a corkscrew in the room))) Also a very nice common area with tables and chairs where you can have a snack, but I would like some minimal dishes and a microwave, it would be much more convenient! Check-in at the hotel is completely remote using codes that are sent when the room is ready, it would also be more convenient if the general code from the door was sent earlier, so that you could wait for the room to be ready at a table on the first floor, and not on the street near the door or in a nearby cafe. Overall I recommend this hotel, I have stayed there 3 times already and am very happy!"

YYunxingtianxiaThis hotel truly has it all! Located conveniently on a corner, it's perfectly situated for easy access to dining and shopping. I even got to enjoy Cheese99, a popular spot, every day. Plus, it's within walking distance of Gaudí's masterpieces: Sagrada Família (25-30 minutes), Casa Batlló (15-20 minutes), and Casa Milà (10-15 minutes).
The service deserves a special mention. They were able to book tickets for a football match, and I was incredibly lucky to catch Barcelona playing Copenhagen at home. This included round-trip transfers from Camp Nou to the hotel. Although I interacted with four different staff members for inquiries, confirmation, payment, and transfers (due to different shifts), they all maintained excellent communication throughout. It made for an unforgettable and wonderful evening. I truly experienced the magic of football – the players' agility, their teamwork, varied passing, and the unpredictable, thrilling score changes. The stadium was packed with fans, their cheers and enthusiasm palpable, singing and dancing with genuine passion for the sport! ⚽

AAndrea_tutiangeThe room was exactly as shown on the booking page. What you see is what you get. Toiletries and disposable slippers were also provided. We arrived late on our first day and didn't have time to buy water, so the hotel gave us a bottle, which was very nice! We booked a standard double room, but it had a small balcony overlooking the pool and outdoor restaurant. The view was lovely.
The security was also very good; nothing was lost during our several nights. We also noticed that the automatic door at the entrance was manually controlled by the front desk, so unauthorized people wouldn't be able to get in.

ZZiYinTANThe reception staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, which made our stay feel very comfortable from the moment we arrived. We also truly loved the rooms—they were beautiful, well-maintained, and added a lot to the overall experience. The team was generally very helpful and attentive throughout our stay.
However, there was one small disappointment. I had requested a birthday arrangement for my husband on three separate occasions, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response. I completely understand that such requests are not always guaranteed, but it would have been appreciated to at least receive a reply or update.
Overall, we had a lovely stay, and with a bit more communication on special requests, the experience could have been perfect.

Prices in Paris were ridiculously high; for the same four nights, I spent several thousand ********* dollars more there, and it was just a hostel. But I absolutely loved this hotel! It's away from the hustle and bustle of tourist areas, located in a residential neighborhood, and not far from the metro station. It's a 4-star hotel 🏨, and the best part is the super spacious room with an enormous bed 🛏️ that was so comfortable I barely wanted to leave. The bathroom was also incredibly clean and huge, making it a joy to use. It was just amazing, absolutely amazing! I'll definitely stay here again when I go back to Barcelona. I'm even hoping to visit Barcelona again this summer. I really miss that big bed 🥹🥹 I’ll always miss Barcelona and Arcelon Hotel 🥹

AAiwandexiaopengyouThe hotel is a bit old-fashioned, but the room size was decent enough, with more than ample space to open two large suitcases. And they had *duvets*! This was the only hotel among the several we stayed at in Spain that actually provided them. The location seemed decent enough, although we primarily used taxis. We found that for a group, taking taxis in Barcelona offered better value than using the metro. A branch of Joncake is just a 3-minute walk from the hotel – highly recommended! It's delicious and there was no waiting in line.

Take the Aerobus from the airport to Plaza Catalunya, and it's right next to the subway station, making it easy to get to major tourist attractions. It's also close to Carrefour and the market, so there's no shortage of restaurants. The breakfast was European-style but satisfying, and the 24-hour buffet was a bonus. I like to drink a lot while traveling, so it was great to have beer and wine available with snacks. The room was standard-plus, which is appropriate for the price, but it was clean and the shower had good water pressure. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time. Thank you.

It was a little inconvenient because laundry was done in a shared facility on the 5th floor, and I was a little disappointed that they assigned me a room with a rear view without even asking how many rooms had a view of the Sagrada. There is a rest area and a pool on the rooftop, so it would be nice when the weather is nice. The location is far from major tourist attractions, so it's a bit inconvenient to take the subway every day, so if I had to do it again, I think I'd pick it near Plaza Catalunya.

GGuest UserRecently stayed at this hotel and i can gladly say i have loved it and it is a very aesthetically pleasing hotel. Staff are very nice and welcoming. Location is not city centre but it is about 15-20 min out depending on where you go, i used uber to go everywhere and this cost about 10€ - 20€. I was disappointed because two days before my trip i was made aware that i had to pay a 400€ deposit or a 800€ deposit which was also made unclear on their website. I wish they had made this more clear. To make this clear for everyone else , it is 100€ per night with a credit card and 200€ per night with debit card. At the end of the stay we still had to pay for a 40€ city tax. Considering we already payed alot for this hotel, having to pay a high amount of deposit is ridiculous.
They do have a spa, but not included with the hotel so you have to pay an extra 40€ which i also thought it was quite upsetting. Everything else was great and very nicely equipped with everything we needed.

GGuest UserWhen I arrived on the first day, the bedding was dirty, and there was strange dust on the pillows. I thought this was how it usually was, but then I saw that the bedding was clean after others checked out. However, after staying for four or five days, they did change my sheets and duvet covers, so I found it acceptable. The kitchen only has a small microwave, which is only good for heating up simple food, not for cooking anything substantial. This place seems to host various groups frequently; during my stay, there was a group of kids on a training trip, and it felt lively and noisy every day. The room is small, and the hallway is quite narrow, so privacy is a bit lacking, but hanging up some towels for a bit of cover was acceptable... The staff were all very nice! The location is decent; you can walk to Casa Mila and Casa Batlló, and taking the bus is quite convenient. However, it feels like a 15-minute walk to the nearest metro station, which is a bit far.
