The hotel's location is excellent, making transportation convenient. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff provides warm and thoughtful service. The hotel's airport shuttle service is great, and the breakfast is exquisite and delicious. The self-service laundry machine is also very convenient.

The hotel has a predominantly American style with a youthful and trendy vibe. Everything from the color scheme to the overall decor is excellent. Let me highlight a few things I particularly liked. First, the front desk service was fantastic. I arrived late at night, and the staff was still incredibly welcoming, giving me a thorough overview of the hotel's facilities. A huge bonus was the room upgrade and the complimentary welcome snacks and drinks. I had a lot of luggage, and the front desk even pressed the elevator button for me, which I really appreciated. Secondly, the hotel has many rooms and is divided into different sections, but the front desk staff thoughtfully directed me to the elevator closest to my room. I stepped out and it was right there, which I found very considerate. Thirdly, the upgraded room was spacious and well-equipped with all the basic amenities. A special mention goes to the hairdryer, which was powerful, and the excellent water pressure. Also, the disinfecting wipes next to the toilet were a great little detail – very hygienic! My last point is about breakfast. I was in a hurry, so I didn't take photos, but the breakfast selection was mainly Western with four Chinese stir-fried dishes. However, what really caught my eye was the freshly made noodle soup. Overall, my experience at this hotel was incredibly value for money, and I'd definitely come back!

I absolutely have to leave a review! My overall stay was exceptionally good, especially the staff's warm service and attention to detail. All my requests made during booking were met, and every day I was greeted with smiles and hellos from the staff, which made me very happy. The breakfast was also rich and delicious. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very quiet. I highly, highly recommend it and hope Tonepie continues to improve!

I have to say, the service was excellent! I had an earlier flight and arrived ahead of schedule, and the hotel upgraded me to a family room and allowed an early check-in, all free of charge. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the two large beds were very spacious. The room itself was clean and hygienic, and the breakfast offered a great variety. My only minor complaint is that the room faced the street and was a bit noisy, so light sleepers might want to consider that. However, for someone like me who can sleep soundly anywhere, it wasn't an issue. It's really suitable for four friends, and offers great value for money!

I've been to Xi'an many times, and this hotel was the most satisfying stay yet! First off, they proactively upgraded my room even though it was the off-season, and the front desk staff were all incredibly enthusiastic and helpful. The room itself was great – spacious, with a minimalist design and full smart home controls. They even provided earplugs on the nightstand, although the soundproofing was good enough that I didn't need them. The toiletries were also of good quality, and the shampoo had a lovely scent. Breakfast offered a rich variety, including hot dishes freshly made at a live cooking station. All in all, for around 300 RMB in the off-season, considering the location, room quality, and staff service, there's absolutely nothing to complain about. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Xi'an!

The hotel is very close to the Bell Tower and the Kaiyuan Shopping Mall, with many dining options nearby. The breakfast is delicious, and it's within walking distance to the Muslim Quarter and Yongning Gate. The front desk and staff were also very friendly, and the airport shuttle service was convenient.
