"Loved this nice little place. Excellent location right near the Nada station and bus 92. My private room was larger than expected, great AC, opposite the showers and toilet. Most important the bed was very comfortable! There is a train passing by now and then. I didn’t bother and slept well. There are free earplugs available. If you can sleep in a train, you won’t have any problem to sleep here. On the 1F a kitchen, relax and meetup area. Great to meet and talk with the other guests. Staff was excellent, very welcoming, in English 🙃."

"We had a lovely stay at this ryokan. The staff could speak English very well so it was easy for us to communicate. I love their private onsens which we could book in advance and experienced different onsens. Breakfast was served in the room and it was right on time. The room was very clean and comfortable."

11338605****The hotel is located next to the Rokko Mountain Ranch and offers a shuttle bus (3200 yen per trip) from JR Rokko Station (one stop from Sannomiya Station). The journey takes only about 20 minutes, which is much more convenient and faster for a family with luggage than taking two cable cars and two buses up the mountain, which takes an hour and a half, and the price is about the same. Dinner is a choice of BBQ (5500 yen/person) or sukiyaki (4500 yen/person). Children under 4 years old are half price. For details, you can contact the hotel by email; staff always reply. The rooms have kitchen facilities, but next time it would be more satisfying to buy meat from the supermarket and bring it for a barbecue. Breakfast is average; it would be nice if they had fresh milk from the ranch. The cabins are very comfortable and clean, with first-class facilities. The staff speaks excellent English, and I would definitely choose to bring my kids here for summer vacation again.

GGuest UserTravel with family- kids and parents. The location is excellent, right next to the bus stop ( 1 min. Walk). easy to get around the little shopping street without much walking. 711 is right cross the street from the hotel. Staff are nice here, and helpful. The hot springs are good enough. Nothing fancy, not too big. Three hot springs - gold, silver. One outdoor hot spring. There are some activities - music, and performance during the night right next to the hotel. The hotel is next to the road, but you can’t hear anything outside. Very quiet and relaxing. Overall, good price for what you get.

GGuest UserLike the quaint yet very elaborate ryokan style of living. The onsen may not be as big and fancy as in noboribetsu but it is still comfortable. I subscribed to their dinner and breakfast which was pretty good. I definitely live the wooden bathtub in my room. They have shuttle services to and from Arima Onsen region. The only complain I have is the weak wifi.

GGuest UserA heartwarming and thoughtful mountain hotel experience. This hotel stay completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt a deep sense of genuine hospitality – there was a dedicated shuttle service directly from the station to the hotel, saving me the hassle of dragging my luggage around. The next day, I planned to explore the hot spring town at the foot of the mountain. The hotel proactively offered to store my luggage and deliver it to the station at the bottom of the mountain at the agreed time, completely freeing up my hands. The food was surprisingly delicious, with fresh ingredients and thoughtful pairings. The room was clean and comfortable, meticulously cleaned daily, and the common areas were also spotless. The service throughout was attentive yet unobtrusive. From the shuttle arrangements to the luggage storage, everything was efficient and heartwarming. It's truly perfect for travelers planning a hot spring trip. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit.

CChanEdwinThe service of the staff is superb and way beyond expectation.  I noticed that the yugata for my wife is men’s size and my slipper is women’s size. I hope they can be more prepared on the suitable sizes to be available for guest. The only thing I don't really like is the toilet room inside the Japanese style room. The wall paper has lots of stain spot, smelly and it is not quite comfortable to stay even for a short while to do your thing when you have a need.

GGuest UserОдно из самых ярких впечатлений нашего путешествия — это 2 дня в Ариме Онсен. Наше пребывание в первые же минуты скрасил наш номер: большой, светлый и уютный. Особенно запомнился персонал: не просто вежливый, а заботливый, я забыла свою куртку в кафе и уже стоя на остановке пришел мужчина, чтобы отдать её мне. Спасибо вам большое! У гостиницы есть свое кафе, где можно купить булочки и выпить кофе, с потрясающей террасой. В номере есть все необходимое: зона отдыха, большие окна, нам предложили кимоно и корзинки, чтобы мы могли в них пойти в онсен. Это было великолепно! В отеле нет своих источников, но они есть буквально в 30 секундах пешком, или самый большой общественный онсен в 7 минутах пешком (но с непривычки идти в гору в таби сандалях чуть неудобно, но интересно). Горячо рекомендую, в идеале от 2 ночей, чтобы насладиться по полной программе и немного замедлить ход путешествия и подумать о жизни :)
