I highly recommend this hotel. good location and comfortable. just that the room is abit small. love the free croffle and drinks available at the lobby. worth your money hotel.

Excellent location, 6 mins walk to airport limousine and train station. Super clean and neat room hygiene and setting. New renovation with sensitive shower and water temperature. Water pressure for shower is very good also. Free tasty ice cream from 2000-2200 every evening. Complimentary facial mask and skin care set, quality shampoo and body soap. Would definitely come back and highly recommend for friends. A very comfortable stay which has good value for money.

The environment is good and there is a cafe bar at the G/F, free cafe is provided and free ice cream is provided every night between 20:00 and 22:00. I recommend to everyone who visit Kobe.

It’s closer to motomachi than sannomiya station. The location is good with a lot of food options, but more izakaya style, not suitable for young children in our opinion. Very near the busy Okura street for more family friendly options.
The counter staff were dressed casually, no black jackets here, in fact they were looking a lot like characters on a hongkong police show but generally they are very friendly; the room does not provide bottled water and there are no vending machines in the building; we did not get any croffles but ice cream every night with fruits it was delicious. Night time noise is quite ok, though many people reviewers said it was noisy, we stayed on the 9th floor facing away from the main road and we slept very soundly for 3 nights. The room was very spacious (3 beds plus bath tub), and they gave us clean towels daily. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would return again.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The hygiene is average. The hotel is very impersonal. Bottled water will not be given unless you ask the front desk. Moreover, the hotel has poor sound insulation and is very noisy around.
