The hot spring is really big, and you can enjoy both the upstairs and downstairs pools for free. There's a shuttle bus to Sannomiya Station. The room views are absolutely stunning, perfect for couples. Breakfast was just okay, but overall, it's a great stay.

I had a nice stay at the hotel, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was of good quality with variety of options. General perception the hotel seems to be more catered for local guest rather than international guest. The public baths were open to general visitors not stay in the hotel so it got quite busy. A few feedback on improvement: - I asked for a travel adapter during my stay and the manager at the counter asked me to come down to the counter to pick it up. Unexpected at a 4 star hotel. Other hotels assisted with simple room service. - The standard check-in (5pm) and check-out (10am) time is too short. Onsens are for relaxation and it felt rushed in the morning to finish my breakfast quickly to rush out of the hotel. When requested for a 1 hour late check out I was told I had to pay which didn't feel appropriate considering hotels general check out time is 11am/noon. I would recommend staying somewhere else if you don't want to rush in the morning. Otherwise it's a nice place to stay.

I love the onsen with it, which are at two different floors in the hotel, on at the rooftop, another at the middle.
