The room was really spacious, and the facilities were new and complete. Plus, the free mini-bar was a fantastic bonus! And that Kobe steak was absolutely delicious.

This is one of the best hotel we have stayed. The hotel is in an upscale district with a number of high ends shopping destination. The view is very nice. Dinner and breakfast are good. Staff can speak very good English. I really like the hotel. We drove there with free parking.

Perfect hotel! The Basque cheesecake from room service was absolutely delicious. Definitely book a room with breakfast – the French toast is amazing, and there's a great variety of drinks too.

This colonial-style hotel is imbued with a strong maritime theme from the lobby to the bar, restaurant, and executive lounge. However, please note that the executive lounge does not allow children, so unfortunately, I couldn't experience it fully this time, only went in for a quick look. My child did get a huge, delicious cookie. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Kobe!

Truly a 5 star hotel. luxury shopping just steps away. Breakfast at 5500yen was the most i paid for in Japan but worth every penny. the selection were not extensive but what was served were top notch. Large room with view of the harbour, awesome beddings. All staff speaks english. Honestly, if u want to splurge this is the hotel to be at.

Excellent location next to central Kobe, easily walkable to everything you need. High end amenities with great tea selection and teaware and Nespresso capsules. Complementary hotel umbrellas for the rain during our stay was a great touch, very friendly staff too!

This hotel is in a prime, bustling location in Kobe, surrounded by luxury brands downstairs, making it super convenient to get around. The room wasn't as old as I expected and was quite spacious. The 'harbor view' was pretty much non-existent though. Amenities and bedding were excellent. Interestingly, check-in is on the top floor, where all the restaurants are located too, and it gets quite busy with diners.
