"Location: For traveling to and from Osaka Airport, you can take the airport bus from Kansai Airport directly to Sannomiya Station, which is about a 5-6 minute walk from the hotel. There's a new building under construction nearby, so it can be a bit noisy during the day, and some roads might be detoured.
Dining: There's a 7-Eleven just 10 meters downstairs, and easily over 100 restaurants and bars around the hotel. You'll find food options all along the JR line.
Shopping Area: It's actually more than a 5-minute walk to the main shopping streets and the busiest commercial area in Sannomiya. If proximity is a priority for you, there are closer options available.
Room: The 1.6-meter bed is definitely fine for two people, but a 24-inch suitcase can only be opened in the bathroom or the hallway connected to the main entrance, making it very cramped.
Cleanliness: Very clean. You can pick up toiletries like lotions and makeup remover on the 1st floor. Check-in is strictly after 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM."

"This single room was booked for a friend, and they were very satisfied. For praises and suggestions about the hotel, please refer to my previous review. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to attractions like Meriken Park, Kobe Port, Chinatown, Kyu-kyoryuchi (Old Foreign Settlement), Kitano Ijinkan-gai (Foreigner's Street), and the Sannomiya shopping street. You can also visit KOHYO Life Supermarket (see photo 4) which has many delicious items. "The location of the hotel is superb as it was located at the Sannomiya station. You can easily identify the hotel building afar from nearby as it was one of the highest building in the district. There were tones of local restaurants and department stores nearby in walking distance. Public transportation was highly accessible to most of the tourist spots in Kobe.
The hotel receptionists was friendly and spoke fluent English. They always greeted the customers with cheerful smile and polite greetings whenever we stepped out from the elevator. For the room itself, it was clean and tidy, not extremely spacious but sufficient for opening up 2 suitcases. And the massage chair was definitely the icing on the cake in which I regarded it as the most unexpected yet satisfying element out of all of my three stays in Kobe, Kyoto and Osaka! It saved our exhausted, sore feet, back and neck every night after the long walk. Highly recommended this hotel for everyone!"

"The location is great! It's super convenient to get here from Kansai Airport by airport bus, about a 10-minute walk after getting off. You can find the bus timetable in the last picture. There are also plenty of dining options nearby.
The front desk offers a wide variety of complimentary toiletries, tea bags, and drip coffee – make good use of them!
What was a bit strange was the check-in process. After completing it manually at the front desk, I still had to register again at the self-service machine…
The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate, which is typical for hotels in Japan. The elevators seemed to take a while, so patience is a virtue here. Also, the housekeeping staff forgot to empty the trash after cleaning."

"Due to a canceled flight from Osaka to Sapporo, Trip.com rebooked us for the next day, flying from Kobe, and we stayed at the Crown Plaza Hotel. It's an old, established 5-star hotel, over 30 years old. There are two daily shuttle buses to and from Osaka Kansai Airport, which is very convenient. It's right above Shin-Kobe Station, and a 20-minute walk to Sannomiya. The hotel breakfast was just okay, but the ambiance and service were excellent. Because our flight was canceled, I had to cancel a whiskey distillery tour scheduled for the next afternoon, and the hotel staff kindly helped me call the distillery to arrange that. The price was about a third of what it would cost domestically, making it fantastic value for money."

"Rooms are bigger than average Japanese hotels, basically a new hotel just a minute away from KOBE CHINA TOWN. Plenty of shops to enjoy food or shopping. Breakfast is a little simple Indian restaurant, nothing to choose much. Bicycles can been rent at the front desk for 500 JPY per use. Very convenient to get around the city.

"The hotel's location is great, about an 8-minute walk from Sannomiya Station. There are many restaurants nearby, and Nishimura Coffee Shop is also close by. The hotel is very secure; you need to use your room card to access your floor. The room size is quite spacious, and the toiletries provided are comprehensive. The breakfast is excellent and diverse. The hotel is located in Chinatown, surrounded by tons of great food options, and transportation is quite convenient.
The indoor hot spring, sauna, and bath facilities are absolutely wonderful! If you love soaking in hot springs and enjoying a sauna, you definitely shouldn't miss this. Soaking multiple times a day is pure bliss!
The staff's service attitude is great, and the hygiene and environment are also very good. Although the room size isn't large, it's really clean and tidy. The clothes and slippers provided were perfect to change into before heading straight to the bath!
Some of Kobe's attractions are also within walking distance. I highly recommend this place to all my friends!

GGuest UserThis hotel is beautiful and the staff provides great service! Unfortunately, I didn't get the dinner because everything was booked in the restaurant, but they offered me to bring food to my room. At first I wanted to do that, but later I decided I wasn't sure if I would be hungry at that time, so I canceled.
The location is far from the center and the station, so it is better to spend your time in the village and return in the evening. This hotel is connected to another hotel, so I enjoyed just exploring everything inside. There are 2 public baths, each includes the bath inside and outside (actually, there are 3, but I didn't go outside as it was raining). It was really comfortable there. I chose the hotel only because I wanted to have an open-air onsen, and I got 2!
So, despite the location, I would recommend this place because it has a decent price, it has a great service and it is a perfect place to spend the evening!

Because it is not very large, it only has 2 indoor hot springs (but you can use the outdoor hot spring in the main building), and the indoor hot spring is relatively small. As for the food, the portions are not too big and the ingredients are not very high-end, but the taste is good. As for the service attitude, except for the female waiter I met when checking out in the morning, the others were good (the chefs were also very friendly).

KkarekarekareBook a female dorm room for 4 people, but I was alone so have the room for myself. The bed is futon style, a thin foam and then the futon mattress itself. We get a new white sheet upon check in. There's a thin full body mirror, small rack for suitcases and personal belongings, but if you need to, there's also safe box near staff room. The female dorm room is on the 2nd floor, next to the shared kitchen so you can kinda hear other guests cooking or working on their laptop with the wifi. You can have your coffe, tea, cup ramen and even light cooking is allowed as they provided the pans, and also some seasonings. The sink and the toilet is next to it, hairdryers are available and the toilet has bidet seat.
The shower room are on the b1f floor, which a little bit of hassle because you have to pass the staff room everytime. You can wash & dry you clothes too in the utility room next to it, but I dont know if they charge or not. Another kitchen and TV room is also here. Rental towels, bath robe, one time use shaver are also available.
Over all a pleasant place if you only looking to for a place to sleep, and wash your self. It's 5 minutes walk from Oishi station. There's a small river near too which also a nice place for a small walk.

MM230456****I was surprised to find out this is a Marriott-affiliated business express hotel. The interior is pretty standard, nothing much to rave about, but they've replaced some plastic fixtures like the toilet paper holder and faucet with metal ones, and everything is spotlessly clean. This really sets it apart from other 3-star express hotels. It's located right on a main road, so if you're very sensitive to noise, especially in the mornings, it might be a bit uncomfortable. As for breakfast, it's a choice of one of four set meals from the Sukiya next door. I've had Sukiya beef bowls so many times I'm practically sick of them, but the one I got this time was a different kind I hadn't tried before. It was delicious and filling, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I'll definitely book this place again. It's cheap and convenient – highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserAlthough the facilities are old, but the hygiene level is still neat, if four people live in a small room is super crowded, recommended to add more than 1100 HKD to change a larger room, but was full room can not be replaced, 1 parking 2 meals package includes dinner kaiseki cuisine, feeling is a super ordinary meal with the group, don't have any expectations, sashimi is not fresh, beef shabu shabu is delicious, but the amount is very small, if you ask for guests, it is recommended to eat outside before staying, casually satisfy your hunger to stay for dinner. Also, a free bowl of ramen will be given in the evening to satisfy your hunger.
