I stayed here during my trip to Beijing and really liked it. The subway station is super close, and there are two malls nearby, super convenient. Also very easy to get to tourist attractions like National Art Museum, Beihai Park and Nanluoguxiang. Breakfast was the best part. Lots of choices and pretty healthy too. I would consider staying here again next time I’m in Beijing.

The room is spacious and bright, and the window is picturesque. The room of the Yongding Tower can be seen, which is refreshing. The sofa is simple and generous, and friends do not lose face when visiting. Attentive service, worthy of praise. 👍

A Phenomenal Experience Near Universal Beijing – Absolutely Faultless! We recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. If you are planning a trip to Universal Beijing, the location couldn't be more perfect—it made commuting to the park incredibly easy and stress-free. The highlights of our stay included:  Impeccable Comfort: Our room was incredibly clean, spotless, and well-maintained throughout our stay.  Convenience at its Best: Having direct, seamless access to the adjacent mall was a massive bonus for dining and shopping. Furthermore, the hotel staff went above and beyond by delivering our outside delivery goods directly up to our room—a wonderful, thoughtful touch!  Superb Dining: The hotel restaurant serves great food, and the restaurant staff were attentive and fantastic.  World-Class Service: As international travelers, the front desk staff speaking English was a massive plus and made check-in seamless. A special, heartfelt shoutout to Reno and Richard for their awesome work and exceptional hospitality. Their stellar service truly stood out. All in all, this was a phenomenal experience. We will definitely be back!

Here's my detailed review again! Overall: Excellent location, definitely worth staying! Firstly, the location is fantastic. It's a 5-minute walk to Sanyuanqiao subway station, and even closer if you exit from the basement of Phoenix City Mall. There are plenty of dining options and a 7-Eleven nearby. It's incredibly convenient whether you're exploring Beijing by subway or traveling to and from Capital Airport. Secondly, the cleanliness is great. Although the hotel has been open for a few years, the room facilities are well-maintained, and the bathroom and shower are very clean. Thirdly, the Citigo brand is known for its well-equipped lobby. The ground floor has a restaurant, billiards, TV, and bar service in the evenings, so you can enjoy the nightlife without even leaving the hotel. However, there's a common issue with Huazhu hotels: staff are asked to call and solicit good reviews... If a hotel is good, I'll naturally give an objective review. These calls are actually quite annoying.

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive; check-in was very fast, efficient, and never dragged on. Any requests were met promptly, and they were always gentle and patient, paying great attention to detail. The room itself was spacious and bright with a well-thought-out layout. The natural light and ventilation were excellent, making the stay feel anything but cramped. The cleanliness was truly exceptional; the bedding was clean, fresh, and odorless, and the duvet was soft and comfortable. The floors, tabletops, and even hidden corners were all meticulously cleaned. The bathroom was dry and odor-free, and the wash area was neat and pristine, making for a very reassuring stay. All the in-room facilities were complete and excellent: hot water pressure was strong and temperature stable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the internet speed was fast and reliable, great for streaming or working. The hotel's soundproofing is outstanding; the corridors were quiet, and I heard no noise at all during the night, leading to excellent sleep quality. The overall living atmosphere was comfortable and cozy, and the cleaning staff were diligent and thorough, keeping the public areas spotless as well. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, and easy access to transportation. It's perfect whether you're traveling for leisure or on a short business trip. The value for money is definitely among the best for hotels in its category – I paid an average price but received an exceptional stay. There wasn't a single thing that disappointed me; the service, environment, cleanliness, and facilities were all top-notch. My experience was absolutely perfect. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and will recommend it to my friends!

The hotel offers a 24-hour shuttle service to the airport, which is incredibly convenient. The room views are also fantastic. The hotel service was exceptionally thoughtful and attentive. Jessie from the front desk invited me to leave a positive review upon checkout, and I was very happy with my stay. I'll definitely be back. The hotel's oxygen bar equipment also helped with my sleep.

First time choosing this hotel and I was very pleasantly surprised! The service was excellent, facilities were complete, and parking was convenient (a big plus). For a short trip, it's more convenient and cheaper than parking at the airport. The shuttle runs every half hour and it's only a 3-minute ride. There are also plenty of places to eat and drink nearby (including a convenience store). I didn't take any photos of the hotel, so I've just included some from my trip instead.

I’m truly grateful for this specific service apartment—it has been absolutely ideal for my stay in Beijing. It fits my needs perfectly, and I feel safe and at ease staying here. Due to my severe allergies, I could not stay in a standard hotel. Outside food holds too many hidden risks, filled with unknown plants and herbs that trigger my reactions. Cooking for myself is the only way I can stay healthy. I recently tried breakfast here and accidentally ate Chinese cured bacon, mistaking it for regular bacon. It was smoked with local vegetation I’m allergic to, which immediately caused an allergic response. This experience showed me how vital this service apartment truly is. Having a full kitchen lets me control every ingredient I eat. In an unfamiliar city where so many foods carry hidden allergens, this apartment gives me the safety and stability I desperately need.

I booked this hotel for my Mexican clients who were traveling in China. They absolutely loved it and said it's a hotel they'd choose again if they came back to China. They specifically mentioned that the front desk staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. They even said they'd be back!

Here I am again, after less than a month! This time I even braved a heavy downpour to get here. My flight circled over Beijing for an hour before landing, so I didn't get to the hotel until after midnight. It was another one of those check-in and check-out on the same day trips. I was already feeling pretty groggy, but thankfully, Bella at the front desk was incredibly warm and enthusiastic. She handled everything super quickly and thoughtfully, getting me checked in no time. Once I got to the room, I even bothered the staff to open and close the window for me. They made two trips late at night – I'm really grateful, though I regret not catching their names. This time, my room had an even better view! When I woke up in the morning, the sun was even out, and my mood instantly brightened, just like the weather. I got back late from lunch, but luckily, they extended my check-out time. By the way, I once again ran into the ever-elegant Ms. Rose Xiao. She checked out my room card for me at the very last minute. This trip was truly a whirlwind. As expected, after the storm, there's always sunshine! (I hope I got both employees' names right; I always worry about misspelling them.)
