MmindyTThis hotel is an absolute hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, we felt so well taken care of. It feels like a Ritz-Carlton but with even warmer, more personal service. The corridors are lined with plush carpets, the materials and finishes are all rich and top-notch, and my child immediately described it as “posh” — I’d add that it’s also very zen, peaceful and quiet. The room is generously sized, quiet and very zen. The hotel is new, modern and “smart”: when you get out of bed in the morning, a soft foot light comes on automatically so you don’t have to scramble for switches. The kids loved pressing buttons to close the curtains, and I liked being able to choose between work lighting and cosy ambience at a single touch. Service here is outstanding. Everyone is fully dedicated, responsible, warm and kind — and very prompt. Nothing is ever too much trouble; everything is handled politely, respectfully and thoughtfully, so you really feel safe and well looked after. The team also has a lovely sense of humour, which adds to the comfort and makes the stay feel relaxed and friendly rather than stiff. On top of that, they even helped me plan safe and cost-effective travel options — such amazing, value-added service. Special thanks to Xiaoyu and Xiaoliu, who were excellent throughout. Xiaoyu especially made the extra effort to be promptly on hand via WeChat, helping with any queries even after hours — it honestly felt like having a friend there with us. The rest of the team were equally attentive and caring, and I noticed everyone would greet the guests, including the cleaners. It is a very well-run hotel: not just following instructions but offering real service from the heart. When we checked out, they even surprised us with bags of lovely snacks, which was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. Breakfast was wonderful. The spread has everything one could ever need: noodles and omelettes cooked on the spot with a rich meat stew, a choice of porridges (I especially liked the millet), plus Western and kid-friendly options, and many different drinks to choose from. Insider tip: don’t miss the croissant — it has egg custard inside as a filling! The toiletries, like the shampoo and soap, are specially made and feel high quality — another small touch that shows how much care has gone into the details. The location is incredibly convenient. Huge malls and a hypermart are literally at the doorstep, and the MRT/subway is linked directly to the hotel. The nearby malls and eateries are massive and have everything you could possibly want. There’s an outlet mall about 15 minutes away, so shopping is definitely covered. Practical bonuses: major banks are right downstairs, and if you need to change RMB, the exchange rate is very good and the fees are reasonable. There’s even a salon if you feel like getting a new haircut during your stay. Through the connected mall, you can find food of every kind, including Michelin-starred options — including a restaurant that serves crab cooked in liquor and delicious braised radish. Although the hotel is luxurious, modern and packed with smart features, what I treasure most is the dedication, warmth and sincerity of the staff. I’ve stayed at many other hotel chains, but this experience is way beyond anything I’ve had before. This stay has now set a very high bar for other hotels to match. Highly, highly recommended.

XXiaowanziwennibenFacilities: All-inclusive, everything you could possibly need. Cleanliness: Great, much better than the CitiGO I stayed at last time in Wuxi. Environment: Located in China Resources City, close to Fenghuanghui and Lilane, and very near to Sanyuanqiao Exit D. Both dining and transportation are extremely convenient. Service: All the staff, from the front desk to the laundry room to the floor service, were excellent 👍 Very enthusiastic, thoughtful, and polite. Highly satisfied. The hotel was full of guests, very lively, and had a festive atmosphere, like Chinese New Year. The heating was very strong, so much so that I had to open the window for ventilation. Beijing has been quite warm recently; it would be good to turn down the central air conditioning's heating a bit, it would save electricity and be more comfortable. The auntie in the laundry room was very responsible, and there was also a tall, fair-skinned girl with long hair at the front desk who was very polite.

GGuest UserI was very satisfied with my stay! The hotel is conveniently located, with convenient transportation around it, and is close to the attractions/business districts I want to visit. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and the check-in was very quick. They also introduced the hotel facilities and surroundings to me. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were complete. In particular, the water pressure and hot water in the bathroom were very powerful and relaxing. Although I only stayed for one night, the overall experience was very pleasant and the price-performance ratio was super high! I will choose this hotel again next time I come here, and I highly recommend it!

MMiaomaLocation & Transportation: Excellent. Within a ten-minute walk, you can reach Wangfujing Street. The hotel is also within a ten-minute walk to the subway station (it's located between China Art Museum and Jinyu Hutong stations on Subway Line 8). There are several 'must-try' restaurants from the 'Must-Eat List' nearby, though the queues can be crazy. Dining: I had both breakfast and dinner. The variety isn't huge, but several dishes were very tasty. For breakfast, my personal favorites were the pan-fried buns and roujiamo (Chinese meat burger). I also had a bowl of noodles every day (with many different toppings). The stir-fried dishes changed almost daily and were freshly made and delicious. Service: Very generous, warm, and proactive. Room Facilities: We had a twin room. The beds couldn't be pushed together, but thankfully, they were 1.4 meters wide, which was quite spacious.

QQ.S.TThe lobby is clean and bright, and the room is spotless. Parking right outside is tight, but there's a free parking lot available. A convenience store next door is super handy. The front desk staff were really friendly and allowed a late checkout until 2 PM, just like with Huazhu Club. My only complaint is that the room facilities are really dated, especially the TV – it's practically useless, can't cast, and is incredibly hard to use. Also, having to go downstairs to pick up food deliveries is a bit of a hassle.

While it is not in the immediate city-center tourist zone, I found transport straightforward, with taxis readily available and metro access within walking distance. This location worked especially well for business-related commitments and appointments. 🛏️ Rooms & Comfort The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering a calm and private environment after a busy day. The bed was particularly comfortable, and I appreciated the well-thought-out lighting and overall room layout. During our visit, the lift was under maintenance, and the hotel kindly offered us free breakfast, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. The location is excellent, with easy access to the subway, making it very convenient for getting around Beijing.
