"The hotel is on the 3rd floor of an apartment. Though the front alley seems dirty, the room is pretty clean. I loved the way the receptionists treated me upon my arrival. The young boy helped carry my suitcase and offered a free upgrade to a bigger room. Though all of them can’t speak English, they tried to use translator app to give me detailed instruction. I will definitely choose this hotel if I have chance to visit Wuhan in the future. BTW: they have no English name of the hotel"

"My family had a very pleasant stay at East Lake Hotel. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and well maintained, making it a great place to relax. The overall environment is quiet and enjoyable. What really stood out was the excellent service from the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. I would especially like to commend Zhang Chi (张弛) for his professionalism and warm attitude—he was always attentive and willing to help. A special thank you as well to the security staff Li Ge (李哥), who was very responsible and kind, making me feel safe and welcome throughout my stay. Overall, a great hotel with great people. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others."

GGuest UserThis hotel has an ideal location on Qindao Road. It's also close to Jianghan Pedestrian Road. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. We had a very comfortable stay. The hotel was clean and the rooms luxurious. They gave us free gifts and upgraded our room for free when they saw our family size. It was a very comfortable experience. Will definitely come again. The surrounding environment is great for pictures, so bring something fancy that you might want to take a professional photo in 🤗 (not required, but would be a plus). Oh, the smart room was also a plus. The AI robot could turn on the light and A/C, close the curtains and order extra slippers or anything we needed from the receptionist. Highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated and impeccably clean, providing a true sense of comfort and relaxation. One of the standout features was how quiet the hotel was despite being in a perfect location. It is close to key attractions, dining, shopping and cinema. It offered the ideal balance of convenience and tranquility. All of the staffs are very friendly: from reception, housekeeping, gym and dining. Our special requests are fulfilled, we can borrow wheelchair to assist my mom to travel around, and we are extremely grateful. During the stay, I had the privilege to know some wonderful staffs such as Daisy, Kylie and Amy from the restaurant. They were absolutely wonderful, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a great experience. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options to suit all tastes. The hot dry noodle and beef noodle were very tasty, top quality. This hotel has exceeded all my expectations. We would surely book this hotel again when returning to Wuhan. Until then, see you and thanks for the wonderful experience!

At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly. The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

A cleaning lady comes daily to clean the room and replenish the toiletries. If I needed anything, the front desk responded quickly. The service was excellent, and I highly recommend staying here!
