Shuiyunlan Hotel

I first stayed at Shuiyunlan the year it opened, three times in a row, because I was handling some business in Wuhan. I've had it saved ever since. This time, when I traveled to Wuhan with a few friends, I chose to stay here again. The hotel's location is excellent – very close to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, many famous snack shops, and also to Jiangtan, Jianghan Guan, and the ferry terminal. They now even offer coffee and small pastries in the lobby. The service is, as always, outstanding; everyone is diligent and dedicated. This consistently high level of service is something you rarely see in other hotels. I've visited Wuhan countless times, and my friends thoroughly enjoyed this trip, which is important! Keep up the great work!

The hotel's location is fantastic. It's just a 5-minute walk from the subway station, right after you turn the corner from a snack street. The surrounding area is bustling and great for exploring. As soon as I arrived at the front desk, I was offered a welcome drink, and check-in was quick. It rained almost every day during my 4-day stay in Wuhan, so I ordered a lot of takeout. The robot delivery service was super convenient. The cleaning staff were excellent; they even reminded us about the self-service laundry on the 15th floor. They also left us notes, snacks, and yogurt. There's complimentary water next to the elevator on every floor, which was a thoughtful touch. The lobby also has a library and a 'recharge station' with free coffee, tea, pastries, and snacks. I was very satisfied with my stay. I stayed for 3 nights, and the breakfast menu changed daily and was delicious. I highly recommend this place!

Extremely satisfied! The customer service reached out a day in advance to share some tips and guides. The room was very clean, and the staff always greeted us warmly, even offering small gifts. The location is fantastic, very close to the pedestrian street, with plenty of food, drinks, and shopping options nearby. Excellent! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Wuhan!

The hotel's location is fantastic, right on Jianghan Road as soon as you step out. The front desk staff (小姐姐, a friendly term for young woman) was really nice, and they even upgraded my room. The service was incredibly thoughtful. Plus, the robot delivery for takeout was super quick! Highly recommend!

Overall, the service was excellent, but the facilities were just average. I checked out on June 14th after 11 PM. I asked to keep the key card as a souvenir and to store my luggage. The staff readily agreed to both requests and even proactively asked for a five-star review. This shows that the hotel's service and training are exceptionally good. The hotel's decor and design are very stylish and thoughtful, but there's a slight flaw. In picture 5, the ventilation duct had fallen, which is quite poor. The facilities were a bit mediocre, but the design was excellent, and the service was also fantastic. Because of the great service, I still have a positive impression of this place.

The service was excellent. They called in advance to ask about my arrival time and if I needed anything. The room was clean and tidy, with daily housekeeping. They even proactively refilled my water when it was low, and the mini-fridge kept the water wonderfully cool – a fantastic touch! There are tons of great restaurants nearby, and it's super close to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street. I also walked to the Wuhan Science and Technology Museum, which was very convenient. Breakfast was delicious! They had both Chinese and Western options, and the hot dry noodles were particularly good!

Forgot to take photos of the hotel. It was truly, truly amazing! Every time we left or came back to the hotel, the front desk staff would greet us. The room was also great, very close to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, but it wasn't noisy at all at night. It was a wonderful stay, and the hotel's breakfast was delicious! If I ever come to Wuhan again, I'll definitely choose to stay at Shuiyunlan!

Extremely satisfied! The service was excellent, and the hotel was very clean. The front desk thoughtfully offered a variety of complimentary drinks and teas, and they even provided steam eye masks in the evening. It's located right next to a food street and only 200 meters from the subway, making it super convenient for dining, accommodation, and transportation. Highly recommended!

The service was incredibly attentive; they offered iced water as soon as I entered the lobby, along with tea, snacks, and fruit tea. The hotel's price was very reasonable, and the location was fantastic – just a few minutes' walk to the snack street, pedestrian street, and a shopping mall! The room was exceptionally clean, tidy, and comfortable. We initially booked for one night, but we were so pleased that we decided to extend our stay for two more nights!
