New World Wuhan Hotel

The hotel facilities aren't brand new, but its central location is a huge plus, right next to K11. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit of a walk to the subway station. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but there's a residential area nearby with plenty of options to experience a traditional Wuhan 'Guozao' (breakfast). I booked a triple room, but there were only amenities for two people, which is something they should really pay more attention to in the future to match the number of guests.

Our pet-friendly stay was absolutely delightful. The hotel's location is superb, right next to K11, so even on rainy days, you don't have to worry about getting wet when you go out. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, dining, and other activities. The breakfast selection was impressive, especially the wide variety of noodle dishes, which you can customize to your liking. Food service was fast and responsive, and everything tasted great – perfect for a tight schedule during a business trip. The room itself was clean, tidy, and very comfortable, allowing for a truly relaxing stay. A special shout-out to the front desk staff, who were incredibly helpful and had a fantastic attitude. They upgraded our room and, when we extended our stay, patiently helped us find the most cost-effective option. Their dedication and enthusiasm were truly appreciated. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and our dog was just as comfortable as we were. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

My stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel bedding was so soft and comfortable, I felt completely relaxed and slept incredibly well. Room service was super fast and responsive; they delivered everything I needed right away, which was really convenient. The soundproofing in the room was excellent – I couldn't hear any outside noise at all. The shower had great water pressure and a stable temperature, making for a very comfortable shower experience. The laundry service was efficient and thorough, making it so easy to get my clothes washed while traveling. The lobby was elegant, clean, and had a very pleasant atmosphere. Overall, my stay was perfect, and I'll definitely be back!

Extremely noisy, a terrible hotel. The decor is old and there's a musty smell. If you open the window, it's loud; if you close it, it's stuffy. This hotel seems to assign rooms based on the booking platform. If you book through platforms like Ctrip, they give you awful rooms. We were with our child and got a room right by the elevator. That wasn't even the worst part; the most ridiculous thing was that the room also faced the road. There's no way you can get a deep sleep at night with all the honking. I will definitely not be returning. Avoid this place like the plague.

The New World Hotel offers incredible value for money. It has a fantastic gym and a swimming pool, and the rooms even come with bathtubs – perfect for a relaxing soak after a workout! The breakfast buffet is extensive with a great variety of options.

This hotel is really great! I thought it was an old hotel, but when I got to my room, I realized it had just been renovated. The facilities are excellent. The service is also superb; the front desk staff were warm and patient, which was very comforting. The location is right in the center of Wuhan, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Thumbs up! 👍

Made a last-minute decision to travel to Wuhan, booked my flight and hotel quickly through Ctrip. The hotel is in a very lively area, and both the service and facilities are excellent. Any issues I had were communicated and resolved promptly and to my complete satisfaction.
