GGuest UserThe hotel is clean, comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent! The service attitude is truly top-notch. My husband and I were exhausted after our flight, but the check-in service was so thoughtful that we felt completely refreshed once we got to our room. 💕 Definitely a 5-star review!! 😊 A big shout-out and thumbs up to the front desk lady! 👍😊

Llmlmlml118This stay was pretty average. The good aspects are obvious: the room was clean and the service was excellent! Now, let's talk about the complaints: 1. We were a family of four adults and one child, and we booked a family suite, which was actually two connected rooms: a one-bedroom suite plus a standard twin room. Since these two rooms aren't sold separately, I don't think there should be such a big difference in the amenities. The suite had all the good stuff: a Dyson hairdryer, branded toiletries, and various luxury fruits, while the twin room only had standard items and oranges. 2. The doorknob design in the suite's bedroom was very impractical; you could easily pinch your fingers when closing the door. 3. The toilet seat was too narrow. Once a cover was put on, it wouldn't stay in place, so you had to hold it while using the toilet. 4. From the 22nd to the 25th, there was a power outage scheduled for circuit maintenance. At 11:59 PM, all the lights in the room went out, and then the TV turned on by itself, which scared our sleeping child and made them cry. There was nothing we could do about this; it just happened to be during our stay. 5. There's ongoing gas pipeline renovation in the Wangfujing area until the end of April. As shown in the picture, the road below was noisy, and it woke up the whole family at 2 AM. We weren't notified about this beforehand. I definitely don't recommend staying here before the end of April, especially in rooms facing the road. 6. The bathtub caddy was too short. It only stayed stable if placed in the protruding middle section; elsewhere, it would easily fall. I even got hit in the chest by the falling caddy while bathing, leaving a red mark. I hope this can be improved. 7. The blackout curtains didn't block out light completely, even when fully drawn; there were big gaps. You couldn't tell at night, but during the day, it was incredibly glaring. The picture I took shows three windows in the room: only one could be fully drawn, while the others had gaps. Plus, the curtains were very dusty. I hope they are cleaned more often. 8. The biggest complaint!! The air conditioner didn't provide heat! It only blew cold air! Staff came to check it, but it was no use. After turning it off, the windows felt drafty and cold. When it was on, it blew a lot of air and made the room very dry. It was an awkward situation overall. 9. There was no call before check-in to ask about our needs. We had to request a crib upon arrival. It felt a bit like the casual 'Old Beijing' style. Aside from these, there were many good points, but I didn't sleep well and don't feel like thinking too much. I've just jotted down whatever came to mind. I hope this helps you, and I also hope the hotel can consider these suggestions, based on a real guest's experience, to improve and further enhance their service.

GGuest UserThe hotel room was beautifully decorated, the staff were enthusiastic, and the hotel service was warm and thoughtful. The facilities were complete and the room was comfortable, definitely deserving a five-star rating. The only thing was that the bathroom was made of glass, but it was acceptable.

WWanzixifuThis time, I brought my child to stay in the deluxe room at Manlan Hotel, and the experience exceeded my expectations. I genuinely recommend it for families with children. Room size and layout: The deluxe room was incredibly spacious with clear functional divisions, so it never felt cramped even with a child. What I liked most was having two bathrooms, which made it so much more convenient for our family to get ready in the morning without disturbing each other. Facilities and details: The bed height is adjustable, which is a thoughtful design, especially for families with kids. Overall, the room's facilities are well-maintained. Complimentary minibar: The snacks and drinks in the minibar were all free, which made my child very happy and saved us the trouble of buying snacks ourselves. Location: It's very close to Yonghe Temple and Sanlitun, and not far from the subway station, making travel convenient. Environment and sleep: Although the location is convenient, the hotel itself was very quiet, allowing for an excellent night's rest. The overall comfort level was high. Summary: With its large space, thoughtful facilities, convenient transportation, and quiet comfort, this is a hotel I would definitely return to. I recommend it to families with children or anyone who would appreciate the convenience of two bathrooms.

GGuest UserThe attention to detail here is truly impressive! Location: It's right in the heart of Beijing's CBD, with direct views of the CCTV Tower. Amenities: They've thought of so many thoughtful touches, like individually packaged bathrobes, high-security door locks, exquisite wardrobes and drawers, and a fantastic selection of high-quality drinks at the minibar. The fitness facilities are also excellent and comprehensive! Honestly, besides the high price, there's nothing imperfect, haha. The parking fee is a bit high, but the parking environment is good. It's definitely worth it! The buffet dinner and breakfast are also very extensive! Highly recommended!

SSiau YongThe hotel upgraded us to apartments in a condominium nearby. The apartments are very spacious, well equipped, secured, and clean. The location is a distance away to the city centre, but with private transport, there's no issue. Nearby the hotel there're some shops, and a row of eateries with local food and local prices. The reception desk staff especially Sunny, Tina and Rebecca are warm, helpful, and responsive. Compliments to their excellent service. The only negative point is the breakfast which is outsourced to an adjacent cafe - the variety should be improved. We took the breakfast only once, and make our own in the apartments for the rest of the stay.

AAngel~~~The rooms are clean and tidy, the environment is elegant, and the transportation is convenient. The breakfast on the first floor offers a wide variety of choices, and a robot can even deliver purchases to your room. It's really convenient to get around from here. It's suitable for both business trips and family vacations.

GGuest UserFirst, the pros: The location is excellent, the room is spacious and elegantly designed, and there's a small balcony. The bedding is comfortable, and breakfast is plentiful. The only downside is the limited seating, so expect queues during peak season. Now for the cons: I'm quite sensitive to noise. I feel the hotel's opera-house-like room layout amplifies sound significantly, so if there are noisy guests on any floor, it seems the entire hotel would be affected. The sound of plumbing from the adjacent bathroom was also very noticeable. Although the room has wall-to-wall carpeting, the noise from upstairs activities was still quite loud. I only stayed one night as a transit hotel, so I don't have many other strong impressions.

I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Beijing!

GGuest UserThis was my first stay at the Grand Millennium Beijing, and it exceeded my expectations by far. It wasn't overly crowded, so it felt very peaceful and quiet. The swimming pool is a major highlight, integrated seamlessly with the gym on a different floor, creating a spacious, high-ceilinged area with a Southeast Asian vibe. I encountered many Hong Kongers there, from business travelers in the elevator to an elderly couple in the executive lounge; they were all very humble and friendly. The surrounding area boasts a wide variety of restaurants, and the Fortune Plaza Mall is practically a canteen for Beijing's white-collar workers. The night view is also top-notch, with the CCTV Headquarters lit up beautifully. A pleasant surprise was bumping into a celebrity while working out – the 'rooster among roosters,' haha. The Grand Millennium is fantastic, giving me every reason to return. The male manager who handled my check-in was very gracious, and the service was just perfect.
