Hygiene: Up to standard, no obvious flaws, but there's room for improvement. Environment: Located on a corner at a crossroads, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The subway station is right downstairs, and Changying Tianjie shopping mall is just across the street. Very convenient. However, the window faces an office building, which is quite close. Service: Excellent. Quick response and a great attitude. They even upgraded my room proactively. The breakfast was also very good, with a wide variety of options.

All the in-room facilities were complete and excellent: hot water pressure was strong and temperature stable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the internet speed was fast and reliable, great for streaming or working. The hotel's soundproofing is outstanding; the corridors were quiet, and I heard no noise at all during the night, leading to excellent sleep quality. The overall living atmosphere was comfortable and cozy, and the cleaning staff were diligent and thorough, keeping the public areas spotless as well. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, and easy access to transportation. It's perfect whether you're traveling for leisure or on a short business trip. The value for money is definitely among the best for hotels in its category – I paid an average price but received an exceptional stay. There wasn't a single thing that disappointed me; the service, environment, cleanliness, and facilities were all top-notch. My experience was absolutely perfect. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and will recommend it to my friends!

This hotel is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The environment is elegant and the front desk service is very good. Here for the New Year, the hotel also brought hot dumplings. So warm heart! The hotel's location is excellent. Since I had a flight to catch and didn't want to stay near the airport, this was probably the best choice. It's a 5-minute walk from the Airport Express and Sanyuanqiao subway station. Nearby, there are office buildings with coffee shops and fast food, as well as Phoenix Galleria and Lilane, both very close. Although the room is small, it's fully functional. The housekeeping auntie was especially wonderful. Knowing I had a child, she not only cleaned the room spotlessly every day but also thoughtfully provided extra water and drinks. The laundry room attendant also helped keep an eye on my drying clothes and even packed them for me. Everyone was truly attentive. My previous stay at a Citigo in Xi'an left a deep impression, and choosing this one was definitely the right decision. Citigo under Huazhu Group is absolutely trustworthy.

This courtyard-style hotel in a hutong truly captures the charm of old Beijing. Yet, the facilities are modern and new, and the service is on par with international standards. The front desk staff provided a concise yet detailed introduction to the hotel, highlighting the restaurant, 24-hour self-service water bar, ice cups, and coffee – everything you could need. The butler service was attentive and online without being intrusive. The rooms feature a complete smart home solution. The public terrace offers great views; there are no tall buildings within the Second Ring Road, so you can enjoy the sky, trees, and birdwatching in the evening. The most interesting part was the private terrace in our room. Looking at the highest point of the neighboring roof at night, we saw a cat-shaped figure – a truly agile hutong cat! 🐱

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Beijing! From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They were always willing to assist with any questions or requests, and their hospitality truly made my stay more comfortable. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything tidy throughout my stay, and I really appreciated coming back to a clean and organized room every day. The location is also excellent. The hotel is very well located, making it easy to explore Beijing and get around the city. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby, which was very convenient during my stay. The staff were definitely one of the highlights of my experience. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful, which made me feel very welcome as an international traveler. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing. I would happily stay here again on my next trip to the city!

Ascott has always been one of my favorite brands, and this location is also very good. The room is spacious and well-equipped. Although food deliveries can't be brought up to the room, a robot will deliver them from the first floor. I stayed for two days, and overall it was fine, but there are two things I hope you can improve: 1. The hotel's swimming pool is on the basement level, and it seems to be operated by a third party. Both swimming lanes and the children's pool were being used for training. Only two lanes were left for swimming, and the water depth isn't very friendly for hotel guests with children. 2. Check-out time is 2 PM. The hotel called me a little before 1 PM to confirm my departure time, and I said around 1:15-1:20 PM. However, at 1:07 PM, my door was opened directly. That was a very bad experience!

The hotel is 15-20min by foot from nearest metro station. The room was huge and has surprisingly good soundproofing. My room got a free upgrade but it didnt feel like it. The bathroom was relatively clean but the soaps werent replenished for a long time. The bedroom wasnt very clean, the carpet never vaccumed, random trash left at the edges of the room and in the corner after previous guests. There are also rubber covers on the tables for protection but it just looks and feels bad. The section where table is didnt have overhead light only big table lamp that didnt help. The tea pot wasnt cleaned in long timw either but inside of kettle was clean. The bed was spacious and firm, pillows also ok, i slept well. There are delivery robots, hotel can also accept packages on your behalf. There is smell of cigarettes near the elevator. The service was very professional and kind.

Exceptional stay at Grand Concordia! The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and extremely safe for traveling with children. I accidentally left some personal items behind in my room, and the hotel staff handled it amazingly well—they shipped everything back to me via SF Express, and it arrived safely within just one day, perfectly packed! I have always trusted this hotel, and they never disappoint. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff for their honesty and efficient service!

Before booking, I read the negative reviews, which were mostly complaints about the service. After staying, I felt like this hotel was one giant obedience test. Upon entering the room, I noticed a strong smell from the air conditioning ducts. I picked up the phone and dialed 'one touch.' The operator transferred me to the front desk, who said they would get back to me shortly. 'Shortly' meant I had to call again to get any kind of answer. After changing rooms, the next day my room card stopped working. That's when I understood why there was a phone in the hallway. After calling, they said an auntie would come to help open the door. Ten minutes later, the auntie finally arrived. After opening the door, she said a concierge would bring a new room card later. Well, it never arrived within two hours. Eventually, when I went to pick up my takeout, I had to go to the front desk myself to get a new one. The tissues in the room ran out. The auntie replaced them with new ones, but just left the new pack on top of the tissue box instead of putting them inside. I don't understand that. There was a short black hair in the bathtub... The mini-bar was completely empty on the first night, possibly due to the room change. At breakfast, I opened a Chinese steamed dim sum, and there was a black hair inside... Breakfast ended at 10:30 AM, and many guests came at 10:35 AM to get coffee, but it was all gone...
