"It's 16km from urumqi town. Good for transit as it's near to airport with free airport transfers. Need to reserve the airport pick-up a day before arrival and clarify regarding the location for pick-up in the airport. Urumqi airport is huge. I was confused with pick-up location, went to arrival gates instead of departure gate where the hotel pick-up was. Otherwise, the breakfast was great with many choices. There are lots of restaurants and small night market around hotel for meals"

"I checked in at 2 AM, and the receptionist was very helpful. He upgraded me from a double room to a family room and even helped me with my luggage to the room door. His service was excellent. The hotel is very new, with excellent facilities. The room had a water dispenser, a smart toilet, and a huge TV. There are also public washing machines on each floor. The amenities are plentiful. The location is great, right across from Urumqi Railway Station. It's a 5-minute walk from the station. Very convenient."

Every night you can order a warm foot bath which was really good after walking around in the cold. The staff are really helpful and professional! "This is a new hotel with perfect location to tour the Grand Bazaar and 金泉商城, with a local night market operating in front of the hotel on the weekends. Front desk upgraded us to a bigger room upon request, comfy bed and pre packed light breakfast for our earlier flight the next day. Love Atour for their efficient laundry room, 4 each of wm & dryer, if all are in-use, guests can request for staff to do the laundry. And it comes with shoes cleaning facility which is so convenient after touring any deserts in Xinjiang!"

"It was the first visit to Urumqi and China in general, we came with my mom for medical tourism and hotel met all the expectations with great location and extraordinary service. We’ve decided to prolong our stay as the rooms are super clean and staff are changing the apparel everyday. We’ve came without any knowledge of the city, attractions and Chinese language, but with the help of Helie from first entrance to the hotel, we were getting support with everything. Beside, hotel service, Helie helped us to plan our weekend, and arranged travel agency to visit the most scenic place “ Tianchi Tyanshan. 100% recommend for foreigners!"
