The breakfast is rich in variety, Xinjiang specialty snacks are complete, the taste is great, this is the first choice for Urumqi tourism! Special praise to the front desk Caidi, Yanzhi Sai Reba, warm and professional responsibility."

"My first stop in Xinjiang was the Atour Hotel at Urumqi People's Cinema. I was quite tired on the first day so I didn't take any photos. The room was clean, though the elevator was a bit slow and I had to wait a while each day. The hotel is within walking distance of Ma Feng Hua, where my family and I enjoyed a fantastic meal – it was both visually appealing and delicious. We couldn't find a parking spot directly in front of the hotel, so we parked in a nearby lot. The hotel quickly reimbursed the parking fee after we checked out."

"The hotel staff were incredibly warm and helpful; you could contact them anytime with questions. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of options, and the extended serving hours meant you could sleep in and still catch it. The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, and I really liked the toiletries provided. Although the view from the window wasn't great during the day, the outdoor lighting at night was amazing, creating a beautiful night view."

"This hotel is really hard to spell! Their standards are inconsistent, and they shouldn't let booking channels and platforms dictate their service quality. I stayed here twice, once at the start and once at the end of my trip to Duku Highway, flying in and out of Urumqi. The first night was booked via Trip.com, and the last night was redeemed by a teammate using his American credit card points. Both stays were 100% pre-paid and confirmed. For the first night, a guest relations manager contacted me a day in advance to discuss my itinerary, prepare the room, and even ask about my pillow preferences. Upon arrival for check-in, the same manager personally greeted me, guided me, and introduced the hotel. The room had welcome fruits and a cute bear plushie, and I especially loved the bath service. When checking out, I mentioned my next booking and was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, during my second stay, there was absolutely no special service. The front desk service was very standard and process-driven. Although the room type was better than the first time, the soft services were significantly worse. There were no pre-arranged pillows, no welcome fruits, and I had to call myself to request the bath service. All the towels were old and worn out. Is this difference in service purely due to the booking platform? I can understand that different prices might lead to different rooms, facilities, and views, but it shouldn't mean a loss of basic hotel service standards. What felt like a 'home away from home' before now just seems like empty courtesy."

"After a tour of Xinjiang, I returned to Urumqi and chose to stay at the Grand Mercure Hualing Hotel. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with its own dedicated parking, which was very convenient. The lobby has a beautiful and grand Western Regions style. The room had an excellent view and was clean and tidy. The biggest surprise was being upgraded to a room with a bathtub – after a long journey, I could finally enjoy a nice hot soak, which was incredibly comfortable. The front desk had already prepared the room key in advance, and the service was very thoughtful. The location is truly prime, as it's directly opposite Red Hill Pagoda, the city's central landmark. As night falls, you can simply pull back the curtains and overlook the entire city's night view. Wally, the manager in the lobby, even personally delivered some small snacks. Overall, it was great. The value for money is exceptionally high, especially the huge parking lot, which is very friendly for self-driving travelers."

The downstairs restaurant is very convenient and I really enjoyed the healthy free breakfast with consistent staples and a variety of freah ingredients. It was so colorful! The people who work there are extremely friendly and willing to talk to you help even when there is a language barrier. Top-notch service! There is a kind of mostly concrete park - good for skating or biking - outside as well and many convenience stores to choose from. The street vendor nearby sells lovely grilled kebabs and nan bread."

Xiao Ye was incredibly warm and attentive, always polite and helpful. Upon my arrival, he proactively assisted me with arranging a taxi, which significantly eased my travel burden. Knowing that my train departed early the next morning and would conflict with the hotel's breakfast hours, Xiao Ye thoughtfully informed the front desk and meticulously coordinated my breakfast arrangements. He truly went above and beyond, always approaching solutions from a guest’s perspective to resolve any travel difficulties. His meticulous and thoughtful service made my trip feel incredibly warm and truly made me feel at home. He deserves high praise!"
