"The cleanliness was acceptable, which was what I was most satisfied with, but my impression of the hotel gradually declined. When I first entered the room, the environment seemed alright; the smart speaker worked well, the TV was large, and the smart toilet was also good. However, firstly, the room was extremely far from the elevator, requiring several turns and a long walk to reach it. Secondly, there was no electricity card. I only went downstairs to the convenience store to buy water and bread. Not only did I have to walk a long way to the elevator, but the power went out as soon as I stepped out. I had to turn the lights and TV back on and adjust the lighting when I returned to the room. Thirdly, food delivery couldn't be delivered to the room. This wasn't a major issue; I could have called the front desk to have it delivered, but they could have used a robot. Fourthly, the room card automatically demagnetized at 2 AM every night, preventing me from entering the room. This should have been mentioned at check-in. The next afternoon, I returned with my bag and luggage, only to find I couldn't open the door and had to wait for the front desk in the hallway. Fifthly, the smart door had problems; I couldn't lock it when leaving the room. Absolutely unacceptable."

"Overall, my stay was great, with the only downside being the lack of underground parking. The front desk staff were very welcoming. The room itself, from its layout to the decor, was excellent, and the bathroom had a convenient wet/dry separation. The mattress was incredibly comfortable with good bounce. A major plus is the laundry room, which has five washing machines and five dryers – that's a lot for any Atour hotel in Xinjiang! Plus, it's super convenient as the subway station is literally just a 30-meter walk away, and there are tons of dining and entertainment options nearby."

"My only complaint is about the airport pick-up service! The driver and the hotel front desk clearly didn't coordinate properly. I had called to book it in advance, but when I landed and called the driver, he said he hadn't received any notification and that his car was full. What's that supposed to mean? If it's full, you just don't pick me up? It was a late-night flight, and I was already exhausted and sleepy, then I had to wait an extra 20 minutes at the airport. Why would I book a hotel near the airport if not to get some rest quickly and conveniently?!"
