"First of all, I am very grateful to the hotel for upgrading me to a business room type for free because they had available rooms. The communication was very smooth. I have always chosen Dushanzi Hotel in the past, and the service was pretty good. In a word, I am quite satisfied. Regarding this stay, I would like to make two suggestions: the first is about the hotel's free items. I hope that all rooms can provide disposable toilet pads, instead of only providing them for deluxe rooms. I called and promised to give two, but when they knocked on the door, only one was delivered and they said that we generally do not provide them. I think that as the customer service department of Dushanzi Hotel, they should not limit themselves to one or two toilet pads; the second is about the 48-person buffet breakfast. I went downstairs to eat at 9 o'clock, and the physical sensation was really bad. Eighty percent of the hot dishes and buns were all cold, and only the sausages were heated. I think that as a hotel, no matter how many people stay, at least the meals should provide statistical standards. The hot dishes and buns were all cold in the middle of winter. I don't know if they are reluctant to turn on the electric heating to keep warm or for some other reason. I hope the hotel manager can see the above two points and make quick rectifications. I also hope that the hotel will get better and better!"

"My overall experience at Lan Zun Hotel was fantastic! The front desk staff were professional and patient, and very efficient. I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel offers free airport shuttle service, which is incredibly convenient for out-of-town guests. It's also rare and wonderful that they are pet-friendly. In my downtime, I could go swimming or use the gym, and the self-service laundry machines were a lifesaver for long trips. My room had excellent natural light and an expansive view, and admiring the stunning scenery of Bogda Peak in my spare time was just beautiful. The hygiene was well-maintained, service response was quick, and it offers great value for money. Highly recommended!"

"We had stayed here for 5 nights. Hotel staffs help us to stay in the 4th floor which connected to all convenience both breakfast canteen and laundry room. Thank you Ms.Xiao Ting, a hotel staff, assisting and supporting our request as much as possible. By the way, even we reserved non-smoking rooms, the smell still remaining every time we get into the room. (We already reported this to the hotel) Over all, we satisfied with this hotel !"

"Due to a change in plans, I booked this hotel at the last minute and was pleasantly surprised! Being a new hotel, all the facilities are spick and span. They even upgraded us to a family room for free; sprawling out on an 1.8-meter bed all to myself was incredibly comfortable. I didn't expect a budget hotel to include breakfast, which was a great bonus. The location is also quite convenient. It's within walking distance of the museum, and there's a bus stop nearby that goes to the Grand Bazaar. Getting to the airport is easy too, about a 30-minute taxi ride."

"Everything was good except for the sound. The room was very close to the elevator, and we could hear people constantly coming in and out, we could even hear the elevator music every time, especially late at night and in the morning. In the booking, we even requested a "quiet room", so maybe other rooms are even worse."

"Traveling around Xinjiang can be tiring, but this hotel provided a wonderful rest experience. The room was very clean and spacious, the bedding was soft, and the water pressure in the bathroom was stable. The staff were friendly and responsive to any issues. The location was convenient for getting around, with easy access to food and taxis. The hotel was quiet, allowing for a very sound sleep at night, which is a huge plus for long-distance travel. Overall, it exceeded my expectations."
