This hotel is great, with a wonderful atmosphere. I stayed here twice within a week. Lucy was very attentive, she arranged the room in advance and even turned on the humidifier, which made for a very comfortable stay. She also thoughtfully introduced local restaurants and hotel facilities. I really had a good experience and will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The room, facilities, and location were all excellent, but what truly stood out was the service. Martin, even after his shift, proactively asked guests if they wanted to experience the hotel's activities and arranged everything perfectly, ensuring no one missed out or had any regrets. This thoughtful service made our Urumqi trip very satisfying.

As a business traveler, time is money. Grace made the check-in and check-out process incredibly fast, taking less than three minutes in total. The billing was clear and accurate, with no unnecessary hassles. It perfectly meets the efficiency needs of business professionals.

You can always count on luxury hotel chains; the ambiance and service are consistently impeccable. The service, in particular, stood out. Our butler, Bella, was very attentive. We even asked her about purchasing the bedding and bathrobes because they were so comfortable. The parking attendant, Master Dalong, and the concierge on the first floor were also incredibly helpful, assisting us with all our luggage.
