My stay at the Torch Building City Intercontinental Hotel in Urumqi was truly fantastic! As soon as I entered the room, I noticed a humidifier was provided, which was such a thoughtful touch given Xinjiang's dry climate. It made for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast deserves special commendation – it was incredibly varied and delicious; you could taste the care put into every dish. The hotel staff were also very warm and attentive, providing excellent and efficient service that made me feel right at home. The overall environment is elegant, and the facilities are comprehensive. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it to everyone and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Urumqi!

This is the best hotel in Wuxian. It is very suitable for people who pursue freedom and come to solotrip. Here you will meet great partners. Whether it is the little sister and brother of the hotel or the roommate, it is very kind, gentle and friendly. Helpful, it is the sweetest memory of my trip. The bathroom is very clean. And it can be said that this place is the most design. The atmosphere is very warm and free, there is coffee, and it is very cowboy atmosphere. Gina provided 24-hour service that was professional and efficient, and her reception was polite and appropriate, with no cumbersome procedures throughout my stay. The room decor was simple yet upscale, with exquisite soft furnishings, and the entire space was immaculately clean, free of odors and stains. The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a superb quality of rest. The facilities were well-maintained; the lobby was elegant and quiet, and the environment was tranquil. The location is prime, with convenient transportation. From the service to the amenities, everything showed great care. The value for money far exceeded other hotels at the same price point. It's my first choice for travel accommodation and worth repeated bookings!

I have to give a huge shout-out to Candy at the Executive Lounge! She spoke fluent Cantonese, which made communication completely seamless. She was so thoughtful and meticulous, handling my pre-arrival arrangements perfectly. The lounge service was incredibly attentive and detailed. My second stay at the Conrad Urumqi was excellent! I felt such a strong sense of warmth and familiarity in a foreign land. Service was 10/10, and the experience was top-notch!

During our 2 week travel we choose this hotel because of its location (which is great) - the hotel is literally just a few steps from the metro station, which was a lifesaver during our 2-week stay. The hotel is right next to the park, which makes it super convenient for a morning run. The complimentary swimming pool is part of a third-party gym located at the south end of the park. It's a 40-meter pool. The lanes are a bit narrower than standard, but for a free amenity, I can't complain, and it's definitely better than the typical small pools you find at most hotels. In the mornings, the park has a great jogging atmosphere, with lots of people exercising and even a breakfast market, which is quite interesting. The hotel's breakfast overall is just okay, but the beef noodles are incredibly fragrant! As you can see in the picture, three of us had five bowls – those noodles definitely get a thumbs-up!

The hotel was very clean, the rooms were spotless, and it was conveniently located close to the ski resort. The guesthouse owners were all very kind, welcoming, and easy to talk to; my stay was very comfortable. There were also two adorable and affectionate dogs in the yard.

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone with a tight schedule in Xinjiang! It's super close to the Xinjiang International Grand Bazaar, and you can see a landmark building right from your room just by opening the curtains. The hotel has a rich ethnic vibe, with spacious rooms and beautifully decorated hallways and lobby. The breakfast even includes Xinjiang milk tea and yogurt.
