This stay exceeded my expectations! The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful; they proactively upgraded my room for free upon arrival. The new room was much more spacious, with better lighting and views. The hotel itself is very new and spotlessly clean. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. All the amenities were comprehensive, and transportation was convenient. The staff were gentle and patient, and check-in was efficient and swift. The value for money is absolutely outstanding. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town. Highly recommended!

My stay at the Torch Building City Intercontinental Hotel in Urumqi was truly fantastic! As soon as I entered the room, I noticed a humidifier was provided, which was such a thoughtful touch given Xinjiang's dry climate. It made for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast deserves special commendation – it was incredibly varied and delicious; you could taste the care put into every dish. The hotel staff were also very warm and attentive, providing excellent and efficient service that made me feel right at home. The overall environment is elegant, and the facilities are comprehensive. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it to everyone and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Urumqi!

Lovely hotel, the staffs are super helpful. We had issues to locate our guide, wong kit the sweet lady from reception is super helpful. We are very grateful for her assistance. The room is functional and clean, there's soft drink and fruit juice in the fringe provided to the customer free of charge, the breakfast is catered to suit everyone. The fresh fruit juice is refreshing and yummy. I enjoyed the noodle bar as well. The laundry room is handy for the traveller as well.

This is the best hotel in Wuxian. It is very suitable for people who pursue freedom and come to solotrip. Here you will meet great partners. Whether it is the little sister and brother of the hotel or the roommate, it is very kind, gentle and friendly. Helpful, it is the sweetest memory of my trip. The bathroom is very clean. And it can be said that this place is the most design. The atmosphere is very warm and free, there is coffee, and it is very cowboy atmosphere. You can make an appointment for horse riding activities, and the uncle will take some beautiful places. 10 minutes by taxi from the snow field

The Conrad Urumqi was a perfect experience! The environment, facilities, and views were all impeccable. I have to give a special shout-out to Grace at the front desk. She was incredibly warm and friendly, processed everything quickly, and paid attention to the smallest details. She even proactively shared local travel tips and patiently answered all my questions whenever I had them. Her service was both professional and incredibly soothing. After a tiring journey, her gentle service was truly a balm. I highly recommend this hotel – you can't go wrong staying here when you visit Urumqi!

Everything at this place is inspiring and catchy, in one way or another. Comfortably furnished, with a clean common space that has a nice bookshelf, a reading area, dining table and a soft furry couch. If there is one thing visible through the layout of this inn, it is that they take living with art with gusto, and this is an advantage for artsy guests. To top it all off, cat lovers would actually appreciate this place due to its feline thematics and the mascot cat Hanhan. For its price, it is a wonderful place for a stay in Urumqi.

The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the public areas are clean and elegant. It's also conveniently located near a shopping district, making dining and shopping very easy. Throughout my stay, I could feel the staff's dedicated service, with professionalism evident in every detail. It's perfect for both short trips and longer stays. I've already saved this place and will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

We arrived Urumqi early in the morning, but we got a surprise coming at the hotel. All the staffs were superx3 nice and helpful. For check-in, a staff not just gave us a super early checkin, but she also got us an upgrade. Another staff was so patient with us to figure out how to help us for the airport transfer the next day, that she offered us an alarm call and help to call taxi to the airport. For the room, it is spacious, clean and warmly-looked. The settings is nice and comfortable. Toilet is spacious too, convenient for 2 to use at the same time, which I think good and smart. And finally, the special view to the park in autumn was so peaceful. For location, the hotel is near several attractions and you can take a taxi to Grand Bazzard with reasonable cost. Definitely and strongly recommended to anybody who come to Urumqi.

The room is nice, the room height is high, the hygiene is good, and the room supplies are complete. The only problem is that the location is a bit off. It doesn't matter for guests who have cars for business. There are no restaurants or supermarkets downstairs, and it usually takes more than 40 minutes to deliver food. The front desk clerk was very good on the night of check-in. He was very proactive in helping with any needs and sent a fruit plate. When I checked out the next day, the early shift front desk staff was a bit indifferent. When I asked about the items I had stored, they said they didn't know and hadn't handed them over. There was no smile on their face. When I mentioned two boxes of fruit and two boxes of stuff, one of the staff members secretly laughed at me, saying that two boxes of fruit were just two boxes of fruit, why did they say two boxes of stuff. There was a lot of luggage and no one was there to help at the door. 4 points for service were all given to the security guard and front desk staff on the night of check-in, and zero points for the morning shift

The hotel's location is great, right next to Urumqi International Grand Bazaar, and there are lots of restaurants in the nearby Consular Lane. However, the hotel room is quite big, but the staff's service attitude and efficiency really need a lot of improvement. After checking in, the air conditioning wasn't working. The floor attendant didn't understand Mandarin, and even after calling the front desk multiple times, there was no response.
