1. **Focus on Hygiene:** The hygiene here is absolutely top-notch! Every corner, even the bathroom, was meticulously clean. All the amenities were tidy and dry, making my stay feel incredibly reassuring. 2. **Focus on Location & Transport:** The location is superb! It's right next to the subway/attraction, and a food street is just outside the door. Transportation is incredibly convenient in all directions, so getting around is completely hassle-free. 3. **Focus on Breakfast:** The breakfast downstairs offers a wide variety of delicious options with fresh ingredients. The dining area is comfortable, a perfect way to start a day full of energy. 4. **Focus on Soundproofing/Sleep:** The room has excellent soundproofing, and the surroundings are quiet. Both the mattress and pillows are very comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep until morning.

I extended my stay! The front desk staff were very warm and attentive, and there are tons of restaurants downstairs. Plus, it's super close to the Grand Bazaar.

I've never stayed in a hotel this bad. Cockroaches crawled on my face while I was sleeping, which scared us so much we checked out at 7 AM. The hygiene is appalling. When I told the front desk about the cockroaches, they just stared blankly without any reaction, not even an apology or an offer to clean. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures online; the room carpets are grimy, and every corner is dusty. This hotel is worse than a county guesthouse. I have no idea how their misleading environmental photos got approved online. I reported it to Ctrip, but the hotel didn't even apologize about the cockroaches. Their service attitude is nonexistent. This is genuinely the worst hotel I've ever stayed in—absolutely terrible! I don't know how they managed to fake their sales figures online.

The hotel environment is excellent, clean, and has a great view. The service attendant was very kind and beautiful, providing a lot of help. A very good experience!
