Atour Hotel (Urumqi International Grand Bazaar Minjie)

I've been staying at Atour for a few years now, and I really like their pillows and service. This time I booked in a hurry through Ctrip and it didn't include breakfast. I spoke with the manager and they kindly gave us three complimentary breakfasts. Thank you so much!

The hotel is right next to the Grand Bazaar, making it super convenient for getting around and exploring local eateries. The room was spotless, the bedding comfortable, and breakfast offered delicious local specialties. The front desk service was attentive and helpful. It's definitely a top choice for anyone visiting Urumqi.

The hotel is very close to the Grand Bazaar, just a few minutes' walk away. The service was also excellent; they took great care of the items I mailed. The underground parking was very convenient, and the hotel rooms were quite comfortable!

The room with a window offered a view of buildings, not the sky, so no sunlight could enter. The last picture shows the shower – don't even get me started on the water quality. My home uses a similar model, but even if the previous guest had just left and it had been cleaned, it wouldn't be like this. When I showered, I picked up the showerhead, and there was someone else's hair on it! Since I was already undressed, I didn't grab my phone to take a picture. Definitely not worth the price. The breakfast was good. As for the congee at night, I hope the hotel staff supervises it better. I went at 10 PM and found a plate of salted duck eggs where all the yolks had been scooped out. So ridiculous.

The room was very clean, and the pillows were quite comfortable. All the towels came in individual disposable bags, which was a nice touch. The location is also good; it's a convenient 10-minute walk to the Grand Bazaar. Since we were traveling by car, the parking garage was easy to find, and there's a direct elevator to the hotel. The breakfast selection was ample, and they replenished items quickly. Special thanks to the front desk lady who proactively upgraded our room for free. Her service was excellent.

I stayed for three consecutive nights and was so satisfied! 👍 The breakfast was rich and varied, and tasted amazing. The congee in the evening was also very refreshing. The laundry room was clean, the room was comfortable, and I slept soundly every night. It was also convenient to go out for shopping.

Every stay at Atour feels incredibly reassuring. The overall style is simple yet sophisticated. The room has great natural light, is spotlessly clean with no strange odors, and the mattress and pillows are just right, ensuring a fantastic night's sleep. The front desk staff are warm and polite. The common areas are quiet and elegant, and the attention to detail is impressive, from the tea selection to the toiletries. It offers excellent value for money and is my top choice for travel.
