The toilet was blocked, (the child found out after going to a toilet) the front desk immediately called someone to solve the problem. But the person who dredged the toilet said that my child threw paper in it. My child said no, and I didn't find the toilet paper thrown in it. He was still saying that there was no possibility of blocking it. It felt very bad! !

Maybe because it was the off-season, I booked a room for 6 days. The front desk helped me upgrade the room type for free. I was very satisfied. The service attitude is also very good, they will greet you when you come in and out. There is a little robot in the lobby, which is very cute. The decoration of the room and the hotel are very good and integrated. There is a smart toilet in the room. I am also very satisfied with the pillows. There are 2 high and low pillows and 2 thick pillows. I usually don't like beds when I go out, so I sleep here. All very good. Sound insulation is very good.
