Hotels with Parking in Urumqi

My last two days in Urumqi were a much better experience than my first. My room was upgraded to a larger one, and the cleaning lady was exceptionally good. She proactively brought a foot bath and filled it with water for me both nights. The room was also cleaned thoroughly and meticulously. Definitely worth a high rating!

The hotel's location is excellent, just a two-minute walk from CC. The room was clean and tidy, the service was superb, and it offered fantastic value for money. Five-star recommendation! The environment was quiet and comfortable, and the hygiene was spot on. The front desk service was warm and attentive. A perfect stay experience, I'll definitely be back next time!

Super satisfied with our stay with the kids! The room was spacious, clean, and safe, and our child slept really soundly. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. However, I would like to share our experience with the complimentary photo session so that future guests know what to expect. If you book through Trip.com, please check carefully what is included. We were informed by the photo studio that our complimentary photo session did not include the traditional costume, while if th guests who booked through some other travel agencies were able to use the costume free of charge. We found this difference quite surprising. Another disappointing experience was the complimentary photos. The hotel receptionist told us that we would receive 3 free photos per person, so as two guests we expected 6 photos. However, when we arrived at the photo studio, we were told that the offer was actually 3 photos per room. The inconsistent information between the hotel and the photo studio caused unnecessary confusion and disappointment. I hope the hotel and the photo studio can provide consistent information in the future, so guests know exactly what is included before they arrive.

Everything at this place is inspiring and catchy, in one way or another. Comfortably furnished, with a clean common space that has a nice bookshelf, a reading area, dining table and a soft furry couch. If there is one thing visible through the layout of this inn, it is that they take living with art with gusto, and this is an advantage for artsy guests. To top it all off, cat lovers would actually appreciate this place due to its feline thematics and the mascot cat Hanhan. For its price, it is a wonderful place for a stay in Urumqi.

The hotel environment is quiet, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, so relaxing on the bed was pure bliss. [flexed biceps] Downstairs, there's a wide variety of shopping and dining options, making getting around super convenient. The price is reasonable, and the service is incredibly detailed. As a frequent business traveler, this Holiday Inn Express in Urumqi is one of the most reliable I've stayed at. The room was clean with no strange odors, and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The 24-hour hot water and laundry room are incredibly practical, perfect for business travelers. Breakfast was fresh and filling. The front desk staff were efficient, making check-out a breeze. The location is convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, it's a stress-free and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

The location is good because it is not far from the expressway, and there are both slow and fast EV charges available at the hotel, the check-in process was not as smooth as other hotels as per my experience, they did not add the Wechat in advance which led to slower communication. The amenities were not good because we booked a room for three, but they only included items for two people, even after requesting for extra drinking water, we only got two more bottles, the washroom was not completely clean because we found strands of hair and the drain was not completely unclogged, it is still value for money based on the price I paid.

The service was great! They even gave me a free room upgrade, which was a thoughtful touch. The breakfast was delicious. Every time I stay here, the staff are so welcoming, and all the front desk personnel are lovely. I really love this hotel. There are good restaurants downstairs, and it's close to where I like to go shopping. It has a nice, relaxed pace of life.
