GGuest UserThe Bellagio Hotel is great! I started booking hotels two months ago when I finalized my Xinjiang itinerary, and I chose this one for my Urumqi stop. What really attracted me was their foot massage service, and it's also not far from the Erdaogou Grand Bazaar. As soon as I arrived, a staff member immediately came to help with my luggage and greeted me warmly throughout. They even offered coffee in the afternoon, which was a nice touch! It's a new hotel with smart room features throughout, and the vanity and shower areas are separated, which is perfect for families as you don't have to queue for the bathroom. When I wanted to try a different specialty pillow, they promptly swapped it out, and any questions I had were quickly resolved. I had a very comfortable stay.

Our favorite part was the breakfast buffet every morning! It was incredibly rich and offered a great variety. The new hotel's location is also fantastic, making it convenient for getting around. It's right next to CC Mall, so you can walk there directly. Plus, our room was set back from the main road, ensuring a quiet night's sleep. They even provided fresh fruit during our stay! Thank you! Highly recommended!

That said, we received consistent service, friendly staff, and no surprises. They accommodated our needs. About a 10 minute walk to the Nanhu square station. Don't mind recommending it to families and solo travelers, alike.

It's conveniently located with lots of dining options nearby. What I appreciated most was the early check-in. I arrived on an international flight early in the morning and was so tired, so I was really glad the hotel let me check in, otherwise I'd have been stranded. The front desk lady was also very welcoming.

GGuest UserHostel is about 5 - 7 minutes away from the ”Sports Centre” metro station, which is about 25+ minutes from the airport.
The hostel entrance is next to the Tesla shop, and you have to press the buzzer, for the security guard to open the gate for you.
Then, after writing your name down in the guest-book, you go up to the 10th floor in the lift.

The staff speak little to no English, but they are very helpful.
They will try to solve your issues, as long as you patient with the translation software.
Also, it is difficult for staff to check you in, if you do not have a contact number or Alipay/Wechat contact.
(This is a CN Govt requirement)
The dorm rooms are basic and you may get the city views.
There are no privacy curtains and there was no air-con, in my one.
The hostel staff can provide fans, but we did not need any, as it was still cool at night.
The beds are OK.
There is a bathroom in the dorm room too, but there was almost no privacy for the bathroom, as there was a gap between the door for others to see and you can see through the frosted glass into the bathroom too!
The hostel is relatively clean, quiet and well-located,
except there may be other local guests, who are loud and smoke sometimes in the other rooms.
Next to the hostel is a nice up-market shopping centre and with really lots to eat, in the food-court on the 3rd floor.
