GGuest UserThe Bellagio Hotel is great! I started booking hotels two months ago when I finalized my Xinjiang itinerary, and I chose this one for my Urumqi stop. What really attracted me was their foot massage service, and it's also not far from the Erdaogou Grand Bazaar. As soon as I arrived, a staff member immediately came to help with my luggage and greeted me warmly throughout. They even offered coffee in the afternoon, which was a nice touch! It's a new hotel with smart room features throughout, and the vanity and shower areas are separated, which is perfect for families as you don't have to queue for the bathroom. When I wanted to try a different specialty pillow, they promptly swapped it out, and any questions I had were quickly resolved. I had a very comfortable stay.

GGuest UserMy first impression was just okay, but after staying for 3 nights, I actually quite liked it. First off, the location is incredibly convenient – Times Square is just a short walk away, making for excellent shopping. There's a coffee corner in the lobby with great freshly ground coffee. From my room, I could even see the pagoda in Red Mountain Park.

GGuest UserStaying at the Four Seasons Modern Hotel was a real bargain! The price was incredibly reasonable, and while I initially thought the experience would be mediocre at such a low price, it completely exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable—lying down felt like being enveloped in a cloud—and I slept soundly all night. The bathroom water temperature was also excellent, with plenty of hot water, making showering a wonderful experience. Plus, the hotel's location is great; it's very convenient for dining and shopping nearby. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

GGuest UserThe service was truly exceptional. I had an early flight and asked the front desk if I could check in early, which they happily arranged. They even upgraded my room for free, which I really appreciated. The front desk also had complimentary bottled water and fruit, a very thoughtful touch. They even gave me a free breakfast, which was also fantastic with a great variety and delicious food. Overall, it was an incredibly good experience. The front desk staff and security guards were all very friendly. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xinjiang. It's also close to the metro station and has plenty of restaurants nearby.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel has a great location: a brisk 5-7-minute walk from the metro (exit A). The route itself is interesting: on the left and right are entrances to the Grand Bazaar and plenty of street vendors selling fruit, food, clothing, and souvenirs.
The hotel was unusual for us as tourists. When you open your room, the curtains automatically open, and you hear a voice message in Chinese. We didn't understand what it meant, though.
The room was large, beautiful, and comfortable, with good beds, a huge TV, and panoramic windows. The courtyard view means the windows overlook other hotel windows through a narrow pedestrian walkway with a transparent roof, allowing you to see other guests—and they can see you. Although our silhouettes weren't very clear, we still felt uneasy, so we asked to change rooms. We were upgraded to a room with smaller windows. The sink was separate in the room, and the bathroom had only a toilet and shower. The toilet didn't have a flush button; it flushed automatically and had a small blue light, which was convenient if you want to use it at night in the dark.
At first, we were very disappointed that the room didn't have a refrigerator (minibar), as stated in the room description, as we had strictly chosen a hotel with a minibar. At reception, we were told we could put food in their refrigerator. As compensation, they allowed us to check out a little later for free.
Also cheese yoghurts «Tea Ballet» were offered every day. They were very tasty and of good quality.
There are several robots roaming inside the hotel, but we didn't understand their function either. You can pick up some essentials for your stay on the ground floor (tea, sleeping masks, hair elastics, and other suitable stuff).
We really enjoyed the breakfasts. The selection wasn't huge compared to other hotels, but they were all well-prepared and delicious. The food wasn't too spicy, with pleasant seasonings, good milk tea, corn, etc., which gave the impression of a healthy meal.
We had a few small suggestions regarding the room: it would have been very helpful to have more towel racks in the bathroom and a bit more storage space for clothes. Also, we noticed there were no forks available during breakfast, which was a little inconvenient.
We believe addressing these small details would make the guest experience even better. Thank you for your hospitality!

GGuest UserI stayed here with my family while visiting the hospital nearby. The location was very convenient, and the room was spacious enough for my child to play around. The hygiene was good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were very patient when we had to switch rooms twice because of my child. We stayed for 4 days, and they even gave us a discount and complimentary breakfast for the little one! It was a very satisfying stay! We'll definitely come back.

GGuest UserHostel is about 5 - 7 minutes away from the ”Sports Centre” metro station, which is about 25+ minutes from the airport.
The hostel entrance is next to the Tesla shop, and you have to press the buzzer, for the security guard to open the gate for you.
Then, after writing your name down in the guest-book, you go up to the 10th floor in the lift.

The staff speak little to no English, but they are very helpful.
They will try to solve your issues, as long as you patient with the translation software.
Also, it is difficult for staff to check you in, if you do not have a contact number or Alipay/Wechat contact.
(This is a CN Govt requirement)
The dorm rooms are basic and you may get the city views.
There are no privacy curtains and there was no air-con, in my one.
The hostel staff can provide fans, but we did not need any, as it was still cool at night.
The beds are OK.
There is a bathroom in the dorm room too, but there was almost no privacy for the bathroom, as there was a gap between the door for others to see and you can see through the frosted glass into the bathroom too!
The hostel is relatively clean, quiet and well-located,
except there may be other local guests, who are loud and smoke sometimes in the other rooms.
Next to the hostel is a nice up-market shopping centre and with really lots to eat, in the food-court on the 3rd floor.
