Urumqi Belle Hotel (Hotan 2nd Street Jingyi Road Branch)

The Bellagio Hotel is great! I started booking hotels two months ago when I finalized my Xinjiang itinerary, and I chose this one for my Urumqi stop. What really attracted me was their foot massage service, and it's also not far from the Erdaogou Grand Bazaar. As soon as I arrived, a staff member immediately came to help with my luggage and greeted me warmly throughout. They even offered coffee in the afternoon, which was a nice touch! It's a new hotel with smart room features throughout, and the vanity and shower areas are separated, which is perfect for families as you don't have to queue for the bathroom. When I wanted to try a different specialty pillow, they promptly swapped it out, and any questions I had were quickly resolved. I had a very comfortable stay.

Service: First and foremost, the service was absolutely exceptional. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was incredibly attentive and patient throughout our stay. They even upgraded us to complimentary breakfast for two, which was incredibly rich and delicious, and they have a coffee bar too! Environment: The hotel's location is very quiet and peaceful. All the facilities are new and high-quality, ensuring a great and tranquil night's sleep. They even provided a foot bath tub, which was perfect for soaking away all the day's fatigue.

The service was absolutely amazing! I arrived in the early hours of the morning, and the lady at the front desk was incredibly patient and welcoming. She even offered me a foot soak to help with my flight fatigue and upgraded my room – big shoutout to the lady working on the 30th early morning shift! 👍 Complimentary Executive Lounge Coffee: I left too early in the morning before it opened, but they kindly packed me a coffee for breakfast. Complimentary Minibar: The minibar had free drinks, including a special apricot peel tea. Breakfast was also very rich and varied.

The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful, and all the staff had a great attitude. The room decor was quite exquisite, definitely felt like a step above its price point, and it was very comfortable to stay in. My only minor complaints are a slight odor from the bathroom and that the soundproofing in the hallway wasn't the best. Otherwise, everything was satisfactory, and it offers great value for money. It's also conveniently located within about a 20-minute walk to attractions like the Hotan Phase 2 Grand Bazaar.

This is my second time visiting Xinjiang, and I chose to stay here again. The service is absolutely top-notch! It's not the cold, trained politeness you find in five-star hotels; all the staff here radiate a genuine warmth that makes you feel incredibly comfortable. **Service:** No matter how late it was, the front desk and the security guards at the door were always so welcoming, greeting me warmly and proactively helping with my luggage. Plus, they offer a special nightly foot bath service, which is incredibly thoughtful. **Minibar:** There's even a little card on the table reminding guests to help themselves – they practically insist you eat and drink! 😂 The breakfast is also very rich, with a great variety of vegetables.

The front desk upgraded our room for free. This was the first hotel we stayed at in Xinjiang, and the location is pretty good, tucked away in a small courtyard. You should definitely try the private BBQ right outside. The room design is spacious, and the toilet and shower are separate, which is a big plus. It's highly recommended! We even got to enjoy a foot bath at night, and my family loved the drinks from the mini-fridge.

The hotel is conveniently located close to several well-known attractions in Urumqi. The front desk staff seemed a bit aloof, but the doorman and the housekeepers were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which definitely left a positive impression. The hotel itself has a modern design and is well-equipped, even offering self-service laundry facilities. What really stood out was the complimentary self-service foot bath offered every evening – it's the first time I've seen something like that, and it's a unique touch! :)

I stayed here for a business trip, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is excellent, making transportation convenient and travel efficient. The room was clean and tidy, with good soundproofing, ensuring an undisturbed rest. The service was professional and efficient, with prompt responses and meticulous attention to detail. The facilities were comprehensive, making it easy to work and relax. This is definitely the top choice for business travelers in Urumqi, and I highly recommend it!
