"I booked this hotel during my layover in Urumqi on my way to Almaty. I had stayed here before and liked it, so I booked it again. It's very conveniently located, right on a main road, making it easy to get anywhere. The room facilities are quite new, and the room itself is spacious. The bathroom is clean and tidy. The staff are patient and meticulous, and their service is polite and thoughtful. They even gave us complimentary fruit and yogurt. The breakfast selection is comprehensive and varied, and the room rate is affordable and reasonable. It was truly a very satisfying stay!"

"The hotel is located right inside the airport. It's just a few minutes' walk from the transportation hub, following the signs, without even having to leave the airport building. The room was spacious, and the bedding was clean and odorless. Noise levels were also very low. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside is that there's no convenient way to return your room card outside the room itself; you have to go all the way down to the lobby on the first floor to return it, then go back upstairs to the skybridge connecting the hotel to the terminal."
