The hotel facilities are complete, the room is clean and tidy, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The soundproofing is excellent, and the front desk staff are very friendly. My favorite part is that it's pet-friendly! I look forward to coming back and staying here again for my next vacation.

The room was clean and tidy, with an complimentary upgrade. The bedding was comfortable and soundproofing was good too. The staffs at the breakfast place and front desk, especially Xiao Ma were welcoming and attentive. Check-in was highly efficient and the location is convenient, making it easy to dine out and get around with Didi. Great value for money and highly recommended for a luxe and comfy stay in Urumqi.

I have to give a huge shout-out to Candy at the Executive Lounge! She spoke fluent Cantonese, which made communication completely seamless. She was so thoughtful and meticulous, handling my pre-arrival arrangements perfectly. The lounge service was incredibly attentive and detailed. My second stay at the Conrad Urumqi was excellent! I felt such a strong sense of warmth and familiarity in a foreign land. Service was 10/10, and the experience was top-notch!

My stay here far exceeded my expectations. The hotel environment is elegant and clean, the room is spacious, and the hygiene is impeccable. All the facilities are complete and work perfectly. The staff are attentive and patient, and very friendly and approachable. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend it for your travels and accommodation!

Stayed in Urumqi a couple of times, this is by far the best for value property I've stayed in. Lovely, friendly service, spacious, modern rooms, huge TV, plush interior and comfy bed. Items in the mini bar were free so was the breakfast, tea and supper... definitely a winner in my books. I'm coming back for sure, thanks to the team that made my stay a memorable one.

The place is okay for a short stay. The room was clean. However there are some things that bothered me during my stay: - Bathroom is very small, and the water was leaking to the room after the shower. There's no towel to put on the floor to make it dry - Every day I returned to the hotel my key card was unable to open the door. I had to go to the reception to reactivate my card - Laundry room has 3 washing machines, however they are always occupied. People load the machines, and not coming back to take their clothes after work finished. You also can't unload the machines, because all baskets occupied as well. I saw some people just take the clothes from the machines and put it randomly in the room, then the owner coming back and can't find it. Very messy.

This is a rather quirky hotel. Floors 1-25 are office spaces, while floors 26-38 are the hotel, with the lobby located on the 38th floor. The hotel has a small amount of ground-level parking, but ample parking in the underground garage. Restaurants are scarce in the surrounding area, but the hotel's top floor has a restaurant with a variety of cuisines, including local specialties. Breakfast is quite abundant, with many local dishes. It's worth noting that you cannot access the hotel from the main road, no matter which direction you're coming from. You must turn onto the service road at the intersection to reach it.

Stayed in a dorm room then moved to a private once one became available. Both rooms were clean and comfortable, I especially liked the softness of the beds and the strength of the AC, as it was summer when we stayed. The hosts were always very helpful and their cat is adorable. The public spaces were also cozy and had amazing views of the city below. It was easy to bring our bicycles up the elevator and store them in the hostel.

Clean hotel. Parking free. Taking parking garage and show your license plate when you check out. Walking distance to Grand bazaar. Hotel is on 32nd floor, reception on ground floor of the building. Big rooms, cleans. Staff helpful. No breakfast but lots of shops around.
