The room looks exactly like the pictures, no touch-ups needed. You can see the Malacca River from here. It's clean and hygienic, and the bedding is of good quality; I had three wonderful nights of sleep. The room was also cleaned very well every day 👍. The elevator was never crowded, always empty. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to Jonker Street, and there are many delicious small eateries nearby, though you need to pay attention to their closing days and operating hours. After dinner, you can also take a leisurely stroll along the Malacca River to digest. The only thing that could be improved is that sometimes the breakfast replenishment isn't timely; it feels like the staff are overwhelmed, but the variety of food is quite good.

The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. The hotel is newly opened and is already one of the better options in the area. The hotel breakfast was average; while there were many options, the quality was just so-so. The Strait of Malacca is nice. You can also go to Jonker Street to try the 'monster instant noodles,' which are very unique!!!

The room was excellent, boasting a fantastic view of Malacca city. Being on a high floor, humidity wasn't an issue at all. It was incredibly comfortable and impeccably clean. The service was outstanding! Absolutely superb!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, host very friendly, and the facilities were excellent and well-equipped. It is a perfect place for families, with everything needed for both adults and children. The location is excellent, close to many popular attractions, shopping areas, and great local food, making it very convenient to explore Melaka. The breakfast offered a good variety of delicious local and international dishes. Overall, the hotel provides great value for money with excellent service and a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend Bayview Hotel Melaka to anyone visiting Melaka and would be happy to stay here again.

Absolutely one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Melaka! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcomed with their warm hospitality and professionalism. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the facilities, especially the swimming pool, were well maintained. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Excellent value for money and outstanding service. I will definitely return to Swan Garden Resort on my next trip to Melaka and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

We didnt bring any car, no comment about parking. The unit is enough for 6 adult. Aircon work good at living room, but not at the 3 bed room. They need to fix it. We have decent stay at the unit, towel and drinking water provided. One thing minus from the building is the Elevator, only 2 slow Elevator to provide all the unit with 26th floor. There is one time we need to go emergency exit just to go down to the ground floor. 😅

Plenty of food options nearby, and it's less than a 10-minute drive to Jonker Street. I'd recommend using Grab if you can, to avoid the hassle of finding parking.
