Lee Sook ChenFrom the night before check-in, the hotel already impressed us with its thoughtful service. We received detailed arrival instructions, including directions via Waze to the car park located behind the hotel. Upon arrival, staff were waiting for us at the back entrance and kindly escorted us to the front desk for check-in, which made the whole process smooth and welcoming.
The hotel also offered complimentary afternoon tea around noon, which was a lovely gesture after our journey. The property features a unique and elegant Nanyang-inspired design, creating a warm and sophisticated atmosphere.
Our room was exceptionally spacious and comfortable. The bed was excellent, and we appreciated the choice of three different types of pillows. A wide variety of complimentary snacks and beverages was also provided. To make the stay even more special, the hotel manager personally wrote a welcome card for us.
The bathroom was well appointed with a full range of toiletries, and the bathtub was wonderfully large. The only minor drawback was that the hot water became cool halfway through filling the tub.
Breakfast the next morning was served from a menu with both Western and Chinese options, offering a good variety of choices.
Overall, this was a truly impeccable experience. It was clear that the hotel genuinely cares about every detail of its guests’ stay. We felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of throughout our visit, and we would not hesitate to return.

Lilian Ong Li LuanFantastic location, exactly in the city centre, walking distance to joker Street and those tourist landmarks. Nearby a lot of very good nyonya restaurants and shop lots.
Hotel interior very unique, exactly baba nyonya style. Room slightly small but good for 2 paxs. Amenities good.
Breakfast good with a few types of nyonya kuih.. Oh ya, this hotel served welcome drink as well. Everyone who check in will get an ancient coin to exchange a glass of drinks (either tea or coffee or juice)
Overall good, will priority consider this hotel again if visit to melacca.

The location is great, just a few doors away from the BaBa House which just happen to be a lot more renovated and furnished and they charged $250 for the same period i stayed in at Hereen Palm Suites which cost me $105 via Trip.com. It is just 3 minutes walk to Jonker Street and is on the quieter side so you dont get bothered by car traffic and human yet is convenient enough to all the shops and eateries.
The whole place has only 10 suites and the rooms are HUGE and clean. Bathroom is huge and water pressure is great and heater works very well, if i am to be picky, it will be complete if they have a bathtub and they should install some toilet hangers for the clothes when you shower.
The room aircon is via concealed vents , so its well distributed compared to a standalone FCU unit. Aside from teh bed there is also a daybed in the room, which is comfy and great for lazing and watching the TV.
The only flaw i can pick is the mini fridge was not working in my room.
Outside of the room, i wish they can open the window in the common area/ corridor, as all the internal space are really not ventiated and they dont turn on the A/C, so you cannot really enjoy the common spaces.
Overall, its super value for money and breakfast provided was quite good spread and tasty enough, no complains given that its complimentary.
I would give it 8/10 rating.

LULUking1. There was an attendant at the entrance who wanted to charge for parking, but we were waived the fee after informing them we were hotel guests.
2. The parking spaces within the hotel were not clearly marked on the road, and there were few of them. There were other parking spaces outside the hotel.
3. I requested a sea-view room with a balcony at the front desk, but was told it was fully booked. In reality, the hotel wasn't that full. They couldn't even accommodate this request, so I won't be coming back.
4. Our room was on the 2nd floor and we had to carry our luggage up ourselves as there was no elevator.
5. The room we were assigned was in a remote area, with no view of the sea or the pool, only the balcony of the next-door room. The lighting in the room was quite dim; I suggest adding two more lamps. I was very disappointed with the room arrangement.
6. Cleanliness and tidiness, full marks.
7. Breakfast had limited choices, but the tableware was clean and the quality was good.
8. Check-out was quick.
9. I will consider whether or not to return in the future.

Anna Li 6373This is my second time staying at this hotel. The bar staff even speak Mandarin, and there are more food options nearby, especially the breakfast noodle soup and iced coffee next door, which are really to my liking. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Joey PakThis is my second time staying at Silverscape Premier Suite, and I'm still very satisfied with the experience. I really like the location; it's convenient for transportation, and parking is easy. The whole environment is quiet and comfortable, making you feel like you're staying at home, which is very relaxing. The bed is also super comfortable, and I slept very well at night.
The host is very kind and friendly, and keeps the apartment very clean and tidy. The self-check-in process was smooth; just follow the video and check-in guide provided by the host, and you can easily get settled.
Although it's a small apartment, it's fully equipped with all the basic necessities, making it very convenient and feeling just like a warm home.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with this stay. There are cafes and Chinese restaurants right across from the apartment, and the host also recommended a great restaurant serving local and Western cuisine.
My favorite place to visit is the 1-Altitude Sky Deck Bar & Restaurant on the 43rd floor, where you can enjoy beautiful 360-degree night views of Malacca. It's definitely worth a visit. Also, I highly recommend visiting the Chinese Muslim Mosque; the architecture is stunning and perfect for photos.
This stay was truly enjoyable, and I will definitely come back to stay here again on my next trip to Malacca! 😊😊👍

mary goslowAbsolutely one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Melaka! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcomed with their warm hospitality and professionalism. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the facilities, especially the swimming pool, were well maintained. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Excellent value for money and outstanding service. I will definitely return to Swan Garden Resort on my next trip to Melaka and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

Melaka Apartment Hotel – A Relaxing Stay with a View
Our stay at Melaka Apartment Hotel was truly enjoyable and exceeded our expectations in many ways. One of the first things we appreciated was the spacious and ample parking area—a big plus, especially when traveling with family by car. We never had to worry about finding a spot.
The location is also a major highlight. It's close to the city center, popular attractions, and plenty of dining options, making it easy to explore Melaka without spending too much time on the road. Whether you're in the mood for sightseeing or just looking for local food, everything is just a short drive or walk away.
The apartment came with a balcony facing the sea, and this was easily one of our favorite features. It was so relaxing to sit outside, feel the sea breeze, and watch the cruise ships from a distance—a simple but memorable experience that added a peaceful touch to our trip.
The swimming pool was large and clean, perfect for both adults and kids. Our children especially had a great time splashing around and enjoying themselves, which made the stay even more worthwhile for us as parents.
Overall, Melaka Apartment Hotel offers comfort, convenience, and scenic charm—ideal for families looking for a short getaway with everything within easy reach. We would definitely return!

I think I need to inform the amenities here which will be useful for others. Amenities like toilet roll, plates, bowls, cups, hair dryer, soap, towel, ironing set, shampoo, laundry soap are all available.
Excellent wifi.
Toothbrush and toothpaste are not available.
Everything is good, just that the sofa and 1 of the bed sank down at one side due to long term used by many tenants. (Maybe landlord can consider changing it)
Each room comes with 2 queen size bed. One of the room has 2 extra mattresses. So it is able to accommodate around 10 pax.
Location wise, it is good if you have a car. A 5 mins walk to a few restaurants. The more popular one requires to walk more but I have a baby that requires to push stroller. I didn’t try to go there as it seem difficult to cross the road.
It is near to Melaka mall, Jonker street, aeon, Mahkota mall, Pantai Klebang. Taking grab cost between 10-25rm which is quite convenient during non peak hours.
One thing inconvenient, grab car is unable to go in. So I have to walk out but understand it is for safety purpose.
I thought my fan controller is spoil and they arranged a handy man up within 30 mins. Host is very quick in action.
There were some rubbish left by previous owner which may be overlooked.
Overall, for the price paid, it is still worth it. It is very spacious.

Guest UserPlenty of food options nearby, and it's less than a 10-minute drive to Jonker Street. I'd recommend using Grab if you can, to avoid the hassle of finding parking.
