The room looks exactly like the pictures, no touch-ups needed. You can see the Malacca River from here. It's clean and hygienic, and the bedding is of good quality; I had three wonderful nights of sleep. The room was also cleaned very well every day 👍. The elevator was never crowded, always empty. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to Jonker Street, and there are many delicious small eateries nearby, though you need to pay attention to their closing days and operating hours. After dinner, you can also take a leisurely stroll along the Malacca River to digest. The only thing that could be improved is that sometimes the breakfast replenishment isn't timely; it feels like the staff are overwhelmed, but the variety of food is quite good.

Overall, I really liked this hotel with its strong Nanyang (Southeast Asian) charm. From the exterior to the room decor, everything felt great. It's within walking distance to attractions and close to the TBS bus station, just a fifteen-minute drive away. However, there were a few things I wasn't happy about: 1. I didn't realize beforehand that breakfast here is à la carte and only starts at 7:00 AM. It also takes a while for the food to be prepared. Since we had already booked our bus back to Kuala Lumpur for 9:00 AM, there was no time to eat. It was a shame, and we couldn't get a refund either. The staff kindly packed two boxes of bread for us, but for a breakfast costing several hundred for four people, it wasn't worth it. If you want to enjoy breakfast properly, definitely plan your time carefully. 2. We were three adults and one child, but we were required to book two rooms. Even though the rooms were spacious, we couldn't add an extra bed. 3. The soundproofing in the rooms was very poor. We could clearly hear our neighbors showering and flushing the toilet at night, and it was quite noisy. 4. We were charged 600 RMB for the two rooms upon check-in. I paid with a credit card, but upon check-out, I was told the refund would take 15 business days to be credited back to my account. That's quite annoying.

The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. The hotel is newly opened and is already one of the better options in the area. The hotel breakfast was average; while there were many options, the quality was just so-so. The Strait of Malacca is nice. You can also go to Jonker Street to try the 'monster instant noodles,' which are very unique!!!

The room is beautifully decorated; you can tell a lot of thought and effort went into its design. The overall style is very cohesive, and it's well-equipped with excellent soundproofing. Its location right on the Strait of Malacca is fantastic. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great during my two-day stay, so I couldn't enjoy the panoramic views, which was a shame. I highly recommend staying here.

1. There was an attendant at the entrance who wanted to charge for parking, but we were waived the fee after informing them we were hotel guests. 2. The parking spaces within the hotel were not clearly marked on the road, and there were few of them. There were other parking spaces outside the hotel. 3. I requested a sea-view room with a balcony at the front desk, but was told it was fully booked. In reality, the hotel wasn't that full. They couldn't even accommodate this request, so I won't be coming back. 4. Our room was on the 2nd floor and we had to carry our luggage up ourselves as there was no elevator. 5. The room we were assigned was in a remote area, with no view of the sea or the pool, only the balcony of the next-door room. The lighting in the room was quite dim; I suggest adding two more lamps. I was very disappointed with the room arrangement. 6. Cleanliness and tidiness, full marks. 7. Breakfast had limited choices, but the tableware was clean and the quality was good. 8. Check-out was quick. 9. I will consider whether or not to return in the future.

Very comfortable hotel with a pool, suitable for kids. Great location near the River Cruise jetty, and walking distance to Dataran Pahlawan along the riverside path. Beautiful views... worth it. Shops, especially Speedmart99 and Mamak Sri Sahabat, have really delicious and affordable food. The staff, from top to bottom, are all kind, friendly, and welcoming. You should definitely stay at this hotel... it's worth it. I stayed 1 night, then extended to 3 nights! 😆😆

This hotel offers incredible value for money! Melaka generally has a low cost of living, so 180 MYR a night here feels equivalent to 500 RMB a night back home! The room was very spacious; it could easily accommodate four people. It was fully equipped with everything you'd expect from a star-rated hotel. Although the hotel facilities are a bit old, it doesn't affect the fact that they keep everything spotlessly clean! A fantastic experience overall! The breakfast was amazing!! It's originally 30 MYR, but it's completely on par with a star-rated hotel's buffet breakfast, offering chicken, fish, beef, and ham. The specialty curry dishes and bread were also very delicious! The hotel's 'restaurant' area has a pool. This pool is shared with the two residential buildings next door, and the water is incredibly clean! There's even a waterslide and a play area in the middle! Great value, I'd definitely come back again! The only issue is that the front desk staff don't speak Chinese, so you need to communicate in English.

Located in a town area therefore convenient with easy access to nearby amenities Room was spacious and comfortable which made the stay more relaxing The highlight was the TV sport channel. Very enjoyable as it coincided with the World Cup season. Will be more entertaining if have TV in the room too. Breakfast was served buffet-style with an adequate selection of food options. Not extensive but sufficient and satisfying Overall had a pleasant staycation

Absolutely one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Melaka! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcomed with their warm hospitality and professionalism. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the facilities, especially the swimming pool, were well maintained. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Excellent value for money and outstanding service. I will definitely return to Swan Garden Resort on my next trip to Melaka and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

Overall, the experience was acceptable the ocation was convenient about a 10-15 minute ride to the city centre, which made getting around quite easy. However, there were several issues during our stay Cleanliness: We noticed some smallinsects on the floor. While it didn't significantly affect aur stay, it would be better if the rooms could be more thoroughly checked and cleaned. Customer Service: All communication had to be done online through WhatsApp, as there was no face-to-face front desk service. This was quite unconventional and sometimes made things less convenient when we needed assistance urgently. Room Equipment: One of the air conditioners in our room kept switching on and off by itself and wasn't functioning properly. Even more concerning, the hairdryer had a short circuit, produced a burning smell, and even sparked flames. This was a frightening experience, and although it was eventually replaced, waiting a full day for such a serious issue was very disappointing.
